Oaks, The: "Best scallops I have EVER had in my life!!!"

I brought my boyfriend to this restaurant for his birthday. He ordered the salmon and I, the scallops. I was absolutely amazed at how delicious the scallops were. I told him and the waiter that it was the best scallops that I had ever had in my life. Well worth the money!!!

Though expensive, The Oaks offers an extensive menu that offers Beef, Seafood, Poultry, Veal, and Lamb. The Rack of Lamb is incredible and the portioning is the best part. The food was cooked to perfect specifications. The Oaks service is also top notch with people ready to help you at any given moment.

We waited about 30 minutes to get our salads then the main course time was on time. Wine came fast and the checking whether we wanted more continued through out the meal. Clean up went fast and we got desert menus without asking. All the food was very good, service was OK but the prices were very high. If we stayed at the Hilton again we would eat out to save money.

The steaks are very good. This restaurant prepared my wife's and my steaks to perfection. I also highly recommend their sides. I had a baked potato that was as large as I have ever seen. The spinach was also very good! The service here was outstanding, very friendly and attentive.
