Everything was perfect. We were up on the 31st floor and had a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean along with the the boardwalk. We were there to celebrate my son's 21st Birthday. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Room service was very courteous and quick. We would definitely stay again. The hotel is elegantly decorated with many beautiful designs,chandeliers,plants,etc. We had a great time. There is much to view and not enough time to spend. Maybe, next time round. Thanks for everything.

Hotel was wonderful. Ocean view of a winter storm was great! The facility was not to crowded but enough people around to make it a lot of fun. We had an emergency at home so we left a day early. No hassle on checking out ahead of time and they had our car ready when we got to the lobby.We are looking forward to going and doing it again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except the room was a bit in need of attention; wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the mat in the tub was needing to be changed out. It felt a bit run-down and neglected.

Also, the windows in the elevators were all dirty, which felt, again, like neglect.

Service and staff were outstanding. I would stay here again, but probably check out some of the other hotels nearby and compare the experiences at each.

The hotel was comfortable. All of the workers were hospitable. Parking was good and I enjoyed my meals at the two restaurants my wife and I dined at as well.

The entertainment was great. The walls in the rooms were a little thin, as I heard my neighbors during the early part of the next morning.

I enjoy myself in the spa area. The workers there were very pleasant. I felt that all of the guests we were around we pleasant and folks were happy to engage in discussions.

The hotel was great. The service was excellent except for cleaning the room the next day. They did not clean the room till after 4 o'clock the following day. The restaurants were excellent. I would give it a total of 4 stars in total. I would go back again with no problem. They had plenty of table games that were very affordable not only 25 dollar tables. For a Saturday night they had 10 dollar tables that I thought were very good and in my gambling range.

Had a wonderful time,all the staff I met were very good at their jobs and seemed to enjoy it!I wish we stayed longer I would have liked to tried the pool.The room was very nice,clean and well stocked.The view was awesome,ocean front with a beautiful skyline.I liked the fact that there was plenty to do,but not over sized and easy to get where we needed too without getting lost or worn out. Had a blast!

It took a while to get extra towels and shampoo. But once we did everything else was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We felt safe and secure in the hotel and the casino at all times, this was important since we were single women traveling alone. The money we paid for the room was well worth the cost and we found that everything we needed was right in the hotel, no need to go anywhere for anything! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

My stay at the Trump Plaza rated on a scale from one to 10 was surely a 10! The start of our night began at check-in, staff was courteous and accommodating. My room was upgraded to a Villa Suite with a pull out couch and 1.5 bathrooms since they were sold out and I had already paid for the room. The room was clean, I requested to have more pillows. I called housekeeping and they were there within 15 minutes with extra pillows. Atmosphere and view from the room was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay at the Trump Plaza. I plan on returning within the next 3 months.

We were impressed with the service and professionalism of the hotel staff. The room was clean, and we had a great view of the ocean. We would recommend The Trump Plaza to our friends. We are planning to come back this summer so that we can walk on the boardwalk. It was too cold and windy this time around. We also plan on taking full advantage of all the services that the hotel has to offer. Again, Great Job! Thank You.

Upon early arrival our room was clean and ready. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. I thought the staff at the spa was very professional. I used the jacuzzi, steam bath and spa shower and would recommend Martha for a truly fantastic massage. The casino staff made you feel important and always had a smile. Check out was as easy as could be. Everybody from the valet when I arrived to the time I left was great. I can't wait to go back.

Its a nice hotel with big clean rooms. The ocean view from the hotel rooms is amazing.
There is enough food choices within the hotel/casino premises.
The casino is not the best casino but you can walk to the other casinos in few minutes as the hotel is located next to many casinos. You can get to Caesars as quickly as to plaza casino from your hotel room.
There were no coupons or parking pass given by the hotel. When I stayed in Marina some time ago they gave a lot of coupons (almost of the same worth as the room price) and the parking was also free.

My first time visiting Atlantic city my husband and i had great time. The only thing I would complain about was the weather was terrible and the showerhead in my room was terrible. There was no water pressure at all in the shower.Our room was very nice though. When we went to the liquid bar we did see a mouse run across the floor, very surprised on that.I think that the waiters at casino area should of came around more often.

The staff at Trump Plaza Hotel not only accommodated our needs, they were friendly, entertaining, and professional. The rooms were clean and updated. Room services were delivered quickly. The casino portrayed an exciting atmosphere. It was easy to access; shops and gourmet restaurants can be seen from the windows. Visit the 24 central cafe; the food is excellent and priced right. The dealers were very friendly and willing to help new gamblers learn the different games. It made the gambling portion of our stay pleasurable.

I had a very romantic stay at Trump Plaza. The service there is excellent and the staff was very helpful.I requested a king size bed a smoking room and a oceanfront and my wish was granted. When you walk into the lobby it is so beautiful the room will make you feel like a celebrity.I was impressed with the security in the elevator. when you get into the elevator you have to insert your key before the elevator will move. This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
