All the hotel staff were very courteous & knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The lamps could have a brighter light bulb. I liked the security guard before getting to the elevator and using your room key to go up to your floor. We liked the outside view from the elevator instead of looking at the four walls. The bed was very confortable and the extra pillows is a nice touch along with the iron and the ironing board and the hair dryer. The bathroom is very nice with the telephone being a plus. The bathroom but could have used an adjustable shower head and a heat lamp.
Overall a great place to stay especially the location.

My Fiance and I needed to spend some time together at an affordable, but renouned place. Planning a wedding is a full time job, and Trump Plaza offered us reliable service..allowing us to enjoy ourselves. The newly renovated hotel and casino is amazing! Even if you do not stay at the Trump Plaza, you must come and see for yourself what they have done. My Fiance and I were greeted at the door with smiling helpful faces, which made our long drive seem that much more worth it. I would recommend this hotel and casino to couples young or old...we had a wonderful time! Thank you Trump Plaza, we are looking forward to staying with you again soon!

Good location. Good service. Friendly dealers and staff. Meals were top rate with quick service and restaurants were convienently located. Parking fee was reasonable and car deliverly time was good. Smoking sections were available and I hope the city keeps this option available in some form for the future. I liked the security of the card input in the elevator and the guards located at various locations. Cleaning and maintenance service was ongoing but did not provide inconvenience to public during walking in hallways or lobbies. Overall courtesy of staff in all locations was always excellent. I will return in the future.

My husband got me a night out at the plaza as a Christmas gift and it was the best gift I got! The hotel was clean and classy - beautifully decorated for the holidays! Everyone was helpful and had a big smile. The check in was quick and easy. We ordered room service- the food was good and the service was very quick. Valet was good considering the fact that they were extremely busy. My view sucked, but I guess that is the downside of being a smoker! We will be back very soon! Thanks for an enjoyable stay and a memorable Christmas!

The hotel was well laid out(easy to find things) Our room and the room of our friends was nice and large but the tubs in both rooms need to be retiled and or rechaulked. We all loved the smoke free casino area which happened to be located right off of the elevators of the east wing where our rooms were. It was strange that check in on Sunday is 6:00. Check out on Monday is noon but housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:45 to see if we were still there. Lucky for them that we were already up and they did not wake us.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a really nice room, but I would have liked to had a balcany.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was very clean. We had dinner at the Italian resturant and it was delicious! Some of the resturants were a little pricey. The bartender that worked in the evening in the east tower was the best. He had such a great personality and we really enjoyed talking with him. We did feel a little young because there were a lot of older people there. We helped them out as much as we could. We would definitly stay here again.

My m in law and I stayed for one night.. We enjoyed ourselves very much.. Friendly service, speedy check in and we took advatage of the express checkout.. WE have no complaints..Easy access to caeser's,bally's and shopping.. The rooms were clean..One thing that upset us was the bathtub did not drain like it should have..The maid service was friendly..I asked for a local paper and we stepped out for a bite to eat and under the door they had slipped a local paper with all the happenings Atlantic City had to offer..





HAve fun if you decide to stay..We did..

The front desk people and everyone who works here for that matter are very nice. The room was spik and span, nice bed, nice beach view. It might be a little noisy for some rooms at night but mine was just fine. The bathroom is very clean and spacious too.

Needless to say, this hotel is ON the boardwalk, good casino floor especially for the slot machine lovers, good restaurants and the new beach bar is not so bad. The stay here is not complete without a massage ( they have professional massage therapists here) and dinner at Max's steakhouse.

Great Hotel, but found the casino to be a little bit tight with the winnings. Spoke to quite a few people and they said that it was difficult to win at any of Trumps' places. I am not a big gambler so it didn't bother me but if that is a priority for you then you may want to consider that. Aside from that the room was beautiful and the service was great as well. Plenty of places to eat hotel is situated perfectly on the boardwalk. Short walks to plenty of attreactions on the boardwalk.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate. The bathroom was also a good size. Dining at the hotel restaurants was also a pleasure. Although not all of the restaurants were opened, what we did experience at the restaurants was good service, excellent cusine and not overly priced.

The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. We were checked into the hotel quickly and our room was ready for us, even though we arrived before check in time.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The only criticism would be that many of the slot machines at the Casino were not in working order.

We had a great time!! We didn't have much luck at the casino but we will definitely go back again!!! We were slightly disappointed with the Broadway buffet. The guest room was bery clean and cared for nicely. The bathrooms were all very clean and the staff was outstanding. The security guards were very nice and understanding when we asked for direction and were all very pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out on the boardwalk and having a few drinks at the bar. Our view from our room was very good and the fellow guests were all very nice. The check in process was very quick and convenient and the express check out was even faster. We are frequent visitors to Atlantic City and would without a doubt return to any of the Trump hotels or casinos to spend a night or even just to gamble. We are currently planning to go to Las Vegas and we are thinking about staying at one of the Trump hotel and casino when we go. IN the next month or so we are going to go on another romantic getaway with a couple of friends of ours and will make our reservations at Trump.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very easy to check into the hotel and the staff was very friendly. When we got to the room, my first impression was a good one. The rooms are very well kept, very clean, deodorized, bathrooms very well cleaned (which is a pet peeve of mine). The view from the room was also very nice, we could see the boardwalk and the ocean. I would also highly recommed the casino. There are many fun games to play and you can always find a seat. I would highly recommend a stay here on your trip to Atlantic City for any reason!

Usually when I go away I will book it a bit in advance. When I went to Atlantic City it was more on a spontanious night away and I was still able to book a room at the Trump hotel a few nights before at a very decent rate. I arrived to the hotel earlier than checkin time and I was still able to check in and bring my bags up to the room without a problem. I have been to Atlantic City before but I have never stayed in the Trump hotel. When I entered my room it was very clean and spacious. I did not feel like I was in a hotel room. There were magazines/room service books showing me what there was in the area in terms or events as well as food services. Although there was not a direct view of the water I was able to see a pretty side view of the water from my window which is always a nice thing to be able to wake up and look out at. I am not much of a gambler but I went down to teh casino and had a nice time playing some slots. My friend played some table games and the dealers were very nice. If I were to return to Atlantic City again I would defenitly enjoy staying at the Trump hotel again.

I thought the hotel was excellent even though it was under renovations at the time. I would recommend it highly and I would stay there again. The steakhouse on the 7th floor was AWESOME. The SERVICE EXCELLENT...The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't win any money there but I didn't loose either. About the tub it was pretty crappy looking. It wasn't dirty just stained and the finish was coming off. I didn't win any money there but I didn't loose either. Even though I did win somewhere else I thought it was a pretty good casino compared to some of the others.

had a great time food was great people were nice.. had a wonderfull time have been there many a time and will come back again..would like to get a few comps however spent a lot of time in your place and would love to come back again... bars were nice as well. we will be back in the winter just hope that the casinos are not closed down again like the last time we were there that put a damper on our whole experience.. we know that it was not your fault but it did not help us any with everyone telling us that the casio will be back on line in a few hours.. that was a total lie.. you just wanted to keep us there.. but all in all we had a good time.. we walked the board walk and visited several restaurants that we had not been at before. hopefully you will respond to this email and give us a few comps and we will be back again to have a wonderfull time and enjoy our vacation again. thanks for being there for us and giving us a time to remember.. you are the best. keep in touch
