The wait time in line was only 10mins. but then again I actually was enjoying the music that was playing that kept me entertained. The lady that waited on me was very accommodating to my needs because I changed my room from two full size to a king which was not available. So they extended my check out time to 2pm. Which I thought was great because I came down to celebrate my birthday. But when my family said to come home because of weather I checked out early on Monday instead of Tuesday. I called the desk and it was after 12pm. The good thing I was able to check out and get reimburse for my second day. I greatly appreciate that! The room service was awesome and so was the people who delivered and whom I spoke with on the phone to place my orders. I could feel their smiles through the phone as they talked as I seen the smiles on the faces of the delivery personnel. I used Valet parking for the first time ever! It was a great experience and will use it again. Didn't have much luck at the slots but had trouble with the machine taking my $20. An assistant came over and changed it for me and made sure that the one she gave work. She put it in the machine herself. I was impressed! I enjoyed my stay! Thank you for having me!

Enjoyed my stay at the trump. No hassle, had the family with me and everything went smoothly. Checking in was Great. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable of the hotel & the surrounding area.
The room was nice size and clean.
The children enjoyed a walk thru the hotel and its different views. the staff was accommodating to having an infant with us. Can not wait to return to the Trump for a romantic stay.

My wife and I came up from Virginia Beach for my brothers surprise birthday party and thought we would stay in AC an extra night to hit the casino. We were pleasantly surprised with our beautiful room and how clean everything was. It had been several years since our last stay at any Atlantic City Hotel & Casino as we have been going to Las Vegas but I believe we will be coming back again after seeing how nice things have changed!

My husband and I expected more from a Trump standpoint. Our room was rather small. We had a corner room near a stairwell, so we heard noises all night long. We actually had to turn sideways in order to fit between the bed and the tv. They still have the big bulky tv sets (no flatscreens) Our bathroom was very cold and the shower felt very uncomfortable due to the water streaming at a very forceful speed. It was broke.

First off, You should never travel in the midst of a Blizzard, or Blizzard recovery. With that being said, my stay at the Trump Plaza was overall very good. Nice rooms, Great bed, and a great view of the ocean, even though it was winter. But, I assume due to road conditions after the storm, everything, or so it felt, was closed. Including restaurants, spa, the bar, and so on. Even on the second night of our stay, our anniversary, the one restaurant that we really had our hearts set on, before we even got to the hotel, was still closed. The Casino was pretty good, had a good time, except for the poor service of the service of the Drink Servers. But my biggest issue was with the Front desk. I used a travel site to book my reservation, and got some great incentives, including free valet services, food vouchers, and so on. At Check-in nothing was explained to me, as far as how to redeem any of this, causing me to have to come back down and wait on a very long line once again. And upon Checking out, I found out that varies different papers were supposed to be given to me upon my check-in, that would verify my deals. Because I was not given these papers, I was told there was no proof of any such deal so I was forced to pay extra to get my car back from valet, which was kind of upsetting, having to pay for the mistakes of employees. Overall I would return under different conditions possibly, and now that you know what questions to ask, I would recommend others.

A wonderful stay. Great front desk service and even added a few unexpected extras such as $20.00 a day food credits and spa use! Super security. The room was fresh-smelling and clean! Very nice house-keeping staff also. They did a superb job and even helped me get back in my room when I had inadvertently locked my key inside (not to imply that they indiscriminately opened room doors - they saw me open door and come out and then realize my key was still inside! Saved me a trip down to the front desk!

My experience at the hotel was the icing on the cake for my birthday weekend....I will be definitely be retuning for another visit. This time, I may even make it a girlfriends trip!

The rooms were well kept, the service was amazing, and the casino was BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious! I couldn't had asked for a more perfect evening.

I'd like to thank all of the staff at the Trump Plaza for making my birthday weekend so special.

The room we stayed in was wonderful. It had a separate bedroom, 2 televisions, and a steam shower. The room was very clean. I was a bit nervous about the bed bug problem many hotels in Atlantic City are reported as having. The first thing I did when I arrived was to check for signs of bed bugs. Happy to report I found none. The only thing I did not like about this room was that it did not have a bathtub. Also vending machines and ice machines on the 17th floor were out of order. I had to go all the way to the 7th floor to find ice and soda's.

My wife asked for a robe she was told she needed to be from the richer section from the hotel or have a hostess. Who decides who is richer because I spent a lot at this hotel so they were wrong about that and rude about it.
House keeper some English problems. Room was great, view was ok you could see construction being done or a lot of unattractive things from window. We would like to be able to see more of the boardwalk less unattractive things.

This Hotel needs work. The rooms were very old and need an upgrade. The location was excellent, we had a room overlooking the water. It was raining the two days we were there so we could't walk the boardwalk. We wanted to eat at the 24 hr. place but they were closed because they were cleaning and we wanted breakfest so we went next door to Ceasars. Overall our stay was good and we did win at the casino which paid for our stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I wish that they would upgrade to some of the newer slot machines. The card tables were nice and the dealers were very nice and treated you very kindly. Overall it was a nice stay at the casino. I would recommend the casino to others who plan to visit Atlantic City in the future. The Restrooms were also very clean and the food was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will be returning.

I did like the hotel. The staff was helpful and polite. The lobby and casino were nice. The room could have been a little cleaner (nothing major, just a little dust) but had a beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk. I didn't like the pool hours in terms of them allowing children in. It was very limited. I feel that since they want to keep kids out of the casino, they should be more liberal with the pool hours. All in all, I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.

This was my first trip not only to see the ocean but also a Casino. I was amazed at the beauty of the hotel when I entered. The employees were all friendly and helpful. We had an Ocean view room and it was clean and amazingly beautiful. The Casino was clean at all times. I spent 4 days at the Trump Plaza and it was the best weekend of my life. I can not wait to return in the spring for another Romantic Getaway with my significant other.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Check in and out was great and fast. The staff were all great and very helpful. The room was clean, ocean view was great, bed was comfortable. Location on beach was the best. We will come back next year and will stay at the trump plaza again. We will also tell all family members and friends about the great time we had in Atlantic city. Can't wait to come back next year, sooner if possible.

I was traveling with friends, this was not one of the choices above. Conveniently located next to Boardwalk Hall. We were there for a show at Boardwalk Hall. Had a problem with the waitresses at the Beach Bar, we were sitting at on of the bar tables and were totally ignored. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me put in a complaint. I gave her names, I don't know if anything will be done about it, but at least she tried to help.
