Convenient to Caesar's Pier Shops and Restaurants. We visited because of the Boat Show - shuttles were provided. Dinner at Phillip's Seafood (on the pier) was excellent. Be sure to catch the water show at the end of the pier. Prices in Trump Plaza bars are outrageous. BYOB ! We were fortunate to get an ocean view room which was certainly a treat. If you arrive in a car, be sure to visit nearby Smithville and folks who enjoy the outdoors will certainly enjoy the 7 mile drive through the Brigantine Wildlife Refuge just a few miles north of Atlantic City off Rt 9.

The hotel was excellent for the value. The bed was comfortable and the tv in the room was larger than the standard hotel tv. The only somewhat inconvenient thing was having to dig out the hotel key to get to the elevators and then to use it once again to ride the elevators. There were many dining options, although the 24 Central cafe ended up being much more expensive than we expected for breakfast. The Rain Forrest Cafe is also a very unique dining experience.

I had the worst experience ever at my check in at the hotel. The manager was rude and it just spiraled down from there. The manager Carmen Russo who has NO customer service skills was rude and just did not care. His words to me were I have no options. The situation was: I was in Atlantic City for The Verizon Wireless Kick off (A company that is known for its customer service) and instead of staying @ Caesars with friends I wanted to stay @ Trump. I checked in to a room I already paid for and the receptionist asked for my license and credit card for security deposit. Now due to recent identity theft issues we only travel we cash. That is reason we paid for room prior to arrival. We asked if we could leave $100 cash for security deposit and drivers license? We just did not have credit card with us. We also advised that the website did not state anywhere that we needed a credit card @ time of check in with $100 credit limit for room service/ security deposit. The manager stated we have no options. I was in tears and advised that I have to be changed and next door @ seminar in 30 mins - he advised me looks like you have a problem. I have no options for you.
I Have never been treated so poorly. I was treated better in best western. We have have been all over the world traveling and never treated like this.
We also never received the 2 spa passes that came with our reservation. Plus no one told us you had to swipe your key in the elevator to get it to work .We originally had ocean view room then she changed us to 3 floor view of pipes and back of hotel? We couldn't quite make out the view. All and all it was awful. I was greatly disappointed. That manager needs serious coaching!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and am very likely to return. I wish that the casino provided some poker tables. I feel like that would complete that area of the hotel. Everything else was very good, the service at check in/out was well done and the dining was also good. Perhaps a bar and/or restaurant geared more towards my demographic could help bring more people in. We considered staying at other hotels for that very reason. However, the stay was enjoyable and I'm sure we will be back

Overall the stay was great!! Room service was great and on time and all the employees were very polite and courtous. They made me feel very much at home and comfortable. I am excited to return on another trip, this was my first time there and it definitely will not be my last it was a great experience for me and my spouse. Customer service is key and you fulfilled it very well thank you very much for this exciting and rewarding experience

The hotel room was in poor condition; wall paper peeling, room had stuffy odor or had been used as a smoking room, not enough supplies in room, bed spread was stained, whirlpool not hot enough. Liquid Bar had glasses stored on dusty shelves.
Bartender did not know how to make cosmopolitan.
No security staff around to report that right out side hotel we noticed stolen wallets and a purse nearby. A disgrace for a "Trump" property. Decided not to discuss with hotel staff as I didn't want to ruin my stay.

The staff was accommodating in room selection. The front staff gave my wife and I a beach front room when I requested it. The price was right so I booked the room. The room was clean when we checked in. I would consider booking the Trump Plaza again on our next stay in AC.The room was very nice. We ordered a King size bed No smoking and the mattress was of very good quality.
The view was beach front was looking over some debris from another facility.
The staff were accommodating.

It was a great hotel for a romantic getaway I recommend this hotel for anybody they have what your looking for,and Atlanticcity.com is very helpful too, thanks again. This Hotel was great for the price and everything was nice except for the shower and the neighbors using the showers, terrible noise. But I would stay here again. We did gamble here and in other casinos but came back to this one. We dined at the 24 cafe and walked on the boardwalk.The front desk staff was wonderful and made us feel welcome. Valet parking was great for the price we paid, other parking facilities were asking a lot more to park there.

It was a great hotel, great service, located right on the boardwalk with with so much around to do be it shopping, eating etc. That was my first time going to Atlantic city and I am very pleased I picked this hotel because the casino is conveniently located in the lobby and it also features a great bar and restaurants. The maid service was great kept the rooms clean, overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone going on a leisure travel.

Great hotel the room were very clean and the location was easy to get to off the highway. The Casinos could have had lower table playing amount at night. The hotel allowed us to check out late which was great after a long night of partying. The band that was playing in the hotel did a great job of getting the people to really enjoy them. The valet parking was just what every hotel needs and it was only five dollars. Great time all the way.

The Trump Plaza associates were amazing and always eager to help when needed. At the time we were there, the pool was being renovated and the noise was very loud. My husband and I, would have appreciated knowing this before we went. But, overall the Trump Plaza's ocean view, security, location on the Boardwalk and the competent staff members, made our romantic getaway extra special.
In the future, if we venture out here again I will definitely book with AtlanticCity.com. We were given the best room for the money. I was very impressed with their service.

Rooms have been recently refurbished and I had good view of ocean and boardwalk. Bathroom could use some regular maintenance, specifically tub and tile sealant and regrouting. Other than that the room was fine. All throughout the hotel and casino the faded, warn out simulated gold-plating on the railings and other metal fixtures is really looking shabby. If you can ignore those things, the place is ok for its age.
No wonder the marina is now the place to be seen.

The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.The room was clean and fairly spacious.The hotel itself is centrally located on the boardwalk which is a huge plus. A number of machines in the casino were out of order but since it was a weekday it did not affect my ability to find a machine that I would want to play.We did not eat in the Plaza so I can neither recommend nor discourage their restaurants although they seemed to have a wide range of places to eat at.
