Hotel was nice, service was slow, elevators were a nightmare though,my card would not work at times for the upper rooms.View was really nice,beach view spectacular, casino atmosphere was pleasant and very clean, casino was not smokey, even in the areas that were considered smoking the smoke was not thick, very good ventilation system, I was disappointed that the rooms did not provide Wi-Fi, you had to enter a certain area for it. Security was very good.I would stay again.

Staff very friendly, courteous,accommodating, except at beach bar. "Music" bounced our chairs on beach; complaints met with arrogance and indifference. During night, "music" supposed to stop at midnight, but went on until 2:00 a.m. Were awakening at 4:30 a.m. to leave, so didn't get much sleep; again complaints ignored. Restaurant sign said open at 5:00 a.m. but still closed at 5:30 a.m. Not serving breakfast anywhere in hotel before 7:00 a.m. Manager offered nothing.

The Hotel was the best on the Boardwalk. It was close to the Outlet Mall. The Ocean view was spectacular. The Jitney was easy to use. The Boardwalk was fantastic and we enjoyed taking the rickshaws along the Boardwalk. The service in the hotel was excellent. We needed more towels and they were there immediately. We needed a cot and was brought up right away and it was comfortable and the size of a normal single bed. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable. The food in the Restaurants were excellent.

Trump Plaza was a nice cheap Hotel-Casino. Ask for a beach view, service was great but if your looking for a classy upscale spot, this isn't it. The rooms look like and are furnished in the 80's. The water pressure sucked but I didn't come to AC to stay in the room. Me and my wife had a good time. It's close to the real gaming casinos and on the strip. All in all I give this hotel 3.5 stars, worth the money and location.

From the minute I arrived, starting with the
parking garage attendant to the hotel lobby staff, I was greeted warmly and well taken care of. My ocean view room was spectacular and the hotel is simply awesome with all the restaurants and casino action.
I plan on making AC a yearly vacation stop now that I have experienced such a fabulous hotel as Trump Plaza.
Thank you for all your hospitality and I hope to return in the near future.

My husband and I wanted a short vacation for just us. This was our first trip to Atlantic City. I wanted the beach, he wanted the casino, so we got the best of both worlds. The hotel was nice, could have been a little cleaner. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel location was ideal, we were in the middle of everything. Loved the Beach Bar. My only true complaint was I wanted ocean view and was upset to find the balcony had no railing so the door was unable to be opened. When we return for our next visit we will be calling The Trump.

My Husband and I had a Very terrible stay here. Our room was non-smoking but had a very strong odor of smoke. I had to wash and dry clean all of our clothing because jut from staying in the room they smelled very strongly of smoke. The bathroom shower was filthy with a rubber mat for non-slip purposes but I removed it because it was unsanitary. The air conditioning did not work even after a tech was sent to our room to fix it!

We were very disappointed in the Trump name and will never stay in a Trump casino/hotel ever again!

The view was spectacular of the beach and the city. First time we have stayed at the Trump Plaza. My wife and I always stay at Resorts. But it seems Resorts is not being kind to their former players. My wife and I had a great time at the Trump Plaza. It was easy to get used to and they had alot of different slot machines that are not at Resorts. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The check-in was very easy and the express checkout was great.

I stayed here with a few friends. The room was not as big as we expected for the price but was still nice. We only stayed one night so didn't check out the pool or anything, just the beds. The room did have a nice view of the beach from the 30th floor. Everything was close by too- the casino, bars, restaurants, and of course the board walk. All in all, nice room, would come back again to the Trump.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay; but I expected more from the room. When we initially tried to get into our rooms out keys did not work and we had to go back to the front desk, but that was not a big deal.The bath tub had those slip mats and that is a complete turn off for me. I don't use one of those in my house because they collect germs, and to see it in a hotel disgusted me. Also, the drain got stuck and the water would not go down; we had to call to get it fixed. The casino was great, no complaints there, but I do have a complaint about their out of date signs. The night before my trip my sister and I looked up some of the eateries and were looking forward to the cookie shop. Later when we arrived, we all had the craving for cookies and ice cream. After about 10 minutes of followings signs we found out that the shop had been closed down 2 years ago. It annoyed me that the signs and web sight had not been up dated, its misleading.

This is the second time that we've stayed at The Trump Plaza. The second time was the charm, and we liked the changes that were made to the casino. The atmosphere was great and the assistance we got from the security staff was also great. They answered our questions pleasantly and courteously. The room service was excellent. I requested a cake and sparkling water be sent to our room once we checked in, and that's exactly what we got. I would recommend this hotel/casino to anyone. My wife was very satisfied with the size of the room and the tasteful way it was decorated. I give this hotel 5 stars:))

I couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable way to spend my birthday. I had absolutely no complaints at any point while we were there. It was classy and elegant inside and the service at the front desk was wonderful. She gave us the option of what type of room we wanted and we ended up with a beautiful view of the beach! The bathroom was one of the best parts as well. I felt as though I was staying in a resort hotel for the price of a motel! Amazing place to go if you're looking for reliability and relaxation.

Our Hotel stay was very nice.
We enjoyed the Restaurant in the Hotel in which the service was very good and the food was excellent.
The Room was very clean and we were impressed with the service of all the staff.

Upon checking in the woman behind the counter was very helpful and informative.

The only thing that I would say the Hotel should improve on is not to charge the Hotel Guest to stay in the parking lot. It should be free.

I stayed at the Trump Plaza and had an overall good time. Would have liked to experience more of what they had to offer but was only staying one night and then headed out early to play some golf. Table games were nice and had no problem finding a seat and dealers were very friendly win or lose. Free drinks were a little slow coming around, but hey they are free so not really that bad at all. Room was a great price and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel.
