When we made the reservation, we asked for an ocean view and a king size bed. We checked-in at 4:00pm (just as the reservation stated) to find out what we requested was not available. Then they offered us a corner room with an ocean view out of one window. Room was small, nothing like what we saw on the website. The maid service did not replenish the coffee and toiletries supplies in the room. Security was great...very polite and helpful. We managed to have a good time.

I found the Trump Plaza to be very relaxing. It's not an elaborate hotel but it is comfortable. The room was OK, a little narrow and the bathroom needed updating but it was clean and comfortable. Having an ocean view was a plus. We got comp tickets to see the show which was fabulous! We laughed through the whole show. I have seen at least 3 shows at Trump and each one was very good. This hotel is a good value.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trump Plaza. The hotel is fairly compact ...in a good way.....less walking was important since I was traveling with an elderly parent. The hotel was beautiful, the room was fantastic and the location was right in the center of everything. We ate at 24 Central Cafe twice and I loved the atmosphere....the food was okay. I had never stayed at the Trump Plaza before but we will be going back soon.

Couldn't get a light bulb replaced in the room although the front desk said they would. The lock on the door malfunctioned and would not lock, although they very quickly repaired that with no hassle. The rooms are starting to show their age but they were still fairly nice. Peeling paint on the windows and worn looking furniture. The location was perfect as it is right in the middle of everything. The pool was nice but smaller than we thought it would be. We enjoyed our stay at the Trump Plaza.

The hotel was very nice and convenient to the boardwalk VERY CLEAN, The restaurants at the Trump were very good ,food was excellent and service was great! everything you needed was right in the hotel.entertainment was a plus in the lounge, plus the show was great ,check in was a breeze and it was nice to get in our room earlier than expected which was a plus!.valet parking was nice upon arriving and leaving. we will definitely recommend to our friends.

The Trump Plaza Hotel was in a great location, easy access to the beach and smack in the middle of the Boardwalk. The hotel staff, room services, and all connected to the hotel were first rate. The Beach Bar directly on the Boardwalk Beach was fun packed and the staff were excellent. We were here for lunch and dinner and both times were excellent. Never having been to Atlantic City before we were impressed by everything and everyone and look forward to a return visit.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. For what I spent on the hotel, I thought it was a little pricey and not worth my money. Otherwise, I thought the hotel was very clean, friendly and fun. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and in the center of Atlantic City. It is also right by the outlets on the pier and the outlet in Atlantic City. Would recommend staying here if you are going with family, friends or just a romantic night away.

I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren to Atlantic City and stayed at Trump Plaza. I found it had the most reasonable accommodations for a nice room. We were able to check in very quickly and much earlier than expected. The hotel is located at almost the center of the boardwalk which makes it very convenient to walk to both ends for shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend Trump Plaza to friends and family. The only drawback I found was the bathroom. The shower didn't work well and there wasn't any vent to circulate air. Also, there wasn't any magnify makeup mirror on the vanity.

What a great place to stay. Me and my friend loved the atmosphere at the Trump Plaza. When we got their 11am they let us check in early. We were really close to the beach and the boardwalk. Shops and restaurants were just steps away from the hotel. The lobby was amazing and big. We are hoping to go back to the beach next year. When we do we are going to stay at the Trump Plaza again. Because we loved it alot.

We were both pleased with our room, the view and everything associated with our trip. The hotel was easy to get in and out of on car or on foot, we walked most everywhere we went. We had a great time on the Boardwalk, people watching and just relaxing. When we were checking in, they didn't have us registered, but it didn't take long to clear things up since I had a copy of my reservations. We hope to go again.

We were treated like a number. Poor service at the desk...no incentive to spend money at the Casino. Did not get the room we requested and didn't get compensation or apology for unsatisfactory service. Room cleaning was great. Check-out was made easy. We felt like we were not as important as the VIP's. We had to go to Bally's to enjoy the entertainment we came to TRUMP Plaza to get. But as for Atlantic City, we enjoyed the stay. Plan to come back but to chose a different a hotel.

Great location, in center of boardwalk. Great proximity to all other casinos on the boardwalk. Outdoor sitting areas, and beach bar were wonderful. The weather was great. Outlet mall was fantastic, especially the Coach Store. I would stay here on my next visit, which hopefully will be next year. The only area of concern was the lobby layout. It took us until our last day to not have to stop and orient ourselves once we got off the elevator. However this was just minor compared to all the other great amenities the hotel had to offer.

The Trump Plaza is very slow in getting people into their rooms. Checkout is noon, but they do not clean the rooms fast enough on weekends to get the new guests checked in. The check-in time is only guaranteed by 6pm. This is very inconvenient and ruins the first day stay. This was not told to me by Atlantic City dot Com when I made my reservation. I waited 4 hours to get into my room. The front desk tried to expedite, but it made no difference. They are probably understaffed.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. We caught the show "Carnival of Wonders" with comp tickets. We had great seats for the show. The room was clean and we were upgraded to an ocean view room for no extra charge. The windows to look out over the ocean were a little dirty and the music from the beach bar was loud until the early morning hours. Great location for beach and restaurants. Overall, a great value for the money!
