This is the second time that we've stayed at The Trump Plaza. The second time was the charm, and we liked the changes that were made to the casino. The atmosphere was great and the assistance we got from the security staff was also great. They answered our questions pleasantly and courteously. The room service was excellent. I requested a cake and sparkling water be sent to our room once we checked in, and that's exactly what we got. I would recommend this hotel/casino to anyone. My wife was very satisfied with the size of the room and the tasteful way it was decorated. I give this hotel 5 stars:))

I couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable way to spend my birthday. I had absolutely no complaints at any point while we were there. It was classy and elegant inside and the service at the front desk was wonderful. She gave us the option of what type of room we wanted and we ended up with a beautiful view of the beach! The bathroom was one of the best parts as well. I felt as though I was staying in a resort hotel for the price of a motel! Amazing place to go if you're looking for reliability and relaxation.

Our Hotel stay was very nice.
We enjoyed the Restaurant in the Hotel in which the service was very good and the food was excellent.
The Room was very clean and we were impressed with the service of all the staff.

Upon checking in the woman behind the counter was very helpful and informative.

The only thing that I would say the Hotel should improve on is not to charge the Hotel Guest to stay in the parking lot. It should be free.

Trump Plaza is showing a little age, but it was clean and very glitzy. We loved the massive chandeliers, glass and decor in general. The casino may not be the largest in Atlantic City, but it was still huge. Restaurant (Cafe 24) was excellent, with prices reasonable for the area. There is a new Beach Bar open. Loved the proximity to beach, boardwalk and convention center. Room was small, but elegant, and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a king bed and were given 2 doubles, but the young lady at the front desk gave us a different room with no hassle. Get a Trump One card (for free) and accumulate points to use towards comps. Overall, great experience. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel decor leaves something to be desired, but its central location on the Boardwalk and closeness to the outlets make up for it. The casino was never full; in fact there are places where you could be the only one in an area gambling. I thought casinos were now non-smoking; but obviously that is not the case at Trump. Overall I liked staying at the hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to others as well as stay there again. I went during the week, so it may be different on the weekends. I am planning another stay in Atlantic City in September and probably will stay at Trump. The only thing I might do differently is actually go to the pool. I have no idea where its at, and they definitely do not advertise its location.

Nice hotel located at the center of the Boardwalk with a beautiful and clean beach. Great location, great food and restaurants, well organized and serviced, comfortable room and safe environment. Reasonable rate. Highly Recommendable.

Overall the Trump Plaza offers a lot. The board walk area seems to be well policed providing a calm feeling of safety and security whether walking on the extensive board walk both ways or being at the beach.

Hotel was very nice, not extraordinary but very comfortable. Front desk check-in upon arrival was quick and easy, I think do to the booking with Atlantic City.Com. I would recommend this service to anyone. Yes I would stay here again for room rates were great for the time of year and days I wanted. Staffers great and my room was excellent especially the shower. I felt very secure there. Food was excellent as was our waiter also. I did not do that great as the casino. But all in all, I came down here to relax and I was able to do just that. I would highly recommend this hotel for the room, service, ease of check in and the secure feeling you have while you are a guess.
The only negative I would say is they should have there own bus to transport guess around Atlantic City or at least give us a voucher to use.

Convenience of location and help fullness of staff. Will visit again in near future. The large plus was being on the boardwalk , provided alternative to casino. One draw back to area, not the hotel, i was not able to locate any live music.
Not looking for big name shows just wanted to find a lounge , bar with some live music for evening entertainment. Room with Ocean view was great, clean etc. Room service was excellent reasonably priced etc. No complaints!

Stayed here April 10-12, 2011. Stayed in the East Wing (great view of ocean) and also in the regular wing. Both had nice, large (clean!) bathrooms and tasteful room decor. Security asks for your room key, which keeps out the riff-raff. You can tell that they have recently put money into both towers of the hotel. I was pleasantly pleased with the rate ($49 for a Sunday & Monday). Do yourself a favor and eat at Evo. Paid $10 for a blackened talapia meal.

I was in Atlantic City for a conference at the convention center. This hotel was half the price of the one at the convention center which was the reason that I chose it. It was a few blocks and thus within walking distance of the convention center which also influenced my choice. I most likely will stay here again if the price remains reasonable when my next conference is held in Atlantic City. Although my stay was acceptable, I did not have internet access as the cost was more than I was willing to pay. I therefore wouldn't stay here again if I really needed to have access to the internet.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Trump Plaza, the room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I love the soap and was wondering if I could purchase/have some. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The only thing I would have changed was the rates, we wanted to stay two nights for our wedding anniversary but the second night was almost tripled the price of our first night. Other than that way to go Mr. Trump!

The Hotel is in a great location on the Boardwalk, close to shopping and good restaurants and entertainment.
The Trump Hotel has security precautions to prevent anyone publicly visiting the casino to enter into the hotel section. I thought this was great and felt more secure in my hotel room and leaving my personal luggage in the room. The one fault with the hotel stay was it took longer to check in than I expected. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon, and waited at least 30 to 45 minutes. There was only two desk clerks working.

The room was clean, comfortable and affordable. Any time we had a question, the staff was always courteous and very friendly. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends and family. We plan to return again in the summer and hope to be able to stay here. We were especially happy with the large amount of non-smoking areas on the gambling floor. Valet parking is the best. They take your car and you don't have to worry about where to park. When it was time to leave, we had a very short wait for our car. Nice people.

My boyfriend & I enjoyed our stay at Trump Plaza hotel because we needed to get away from all of the stuff that was going on. The service was absolutely relaxing. Anytime we needed something & I called, room service was there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone because its peaceful & the hotel room fee was reasonable.The only thing that was disappointing is that neither one of us won at the casinos but overall, the trip was great. Also, we are planning to come back very soon.
