This hotel has the perfect location for you and your partner to stay , the shopping area and resturants are in the perfect location, my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and relatives and urge them to get away it is good to relax and free up your mind from work and house chores.Thanks to the staff from check in to check out and this include the house keepers who took care of our room they did a wonder full job.

We found our stay at Trump Plaza very enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The location is ideal in regard to the boardwalk, with easy access to the beach which is right across the boardwalk. We were in the east tower and our rooms were clean and roomy and were kept clean by the housekeeping staff. We would definitely stay there again which we hope to do next year. (Wish we could have done a little better in the Casino, but am sure everyone feels that way)

We had a good time. I would recommend this hotel and casino to every friend and family because this hotel has good service, good entertainment, rooms are very clean, and the people of the hotel are very friendly. I will think next opportunity in the future to visit this hotel and casino with more friends and family with me. This hotel and casino was the best hotel we have stayed in yet. We have stayed in lots of other hotels in Atlantic City, but none of the other hotels are as a great as this one.

The hotel room needed to be cleaned again when I arrived. I was able to find a housekeeper with a vaccumm. Check in was a very long process (not enough staff on site). Every time I called the front desk they were in the middle of some emergency. As we were leaving we were told that we wouldn't be able to have a bellman to bring our luggage to the front lobby for quite some time. I made three trips and did it myself. I was very disappointed In the Trump Plaza and would never stay there again!

We had a great ocean view over looking the boardwalk and loved how close we were to the boardwalk and the beach. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Facilities included many great restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed that internet was not included with the cost of the room and that the pool was only open for a few hours a day for children. But over all a great place to stay, friendly staff, clean, quiet and close to everything.

I expected more from the hotel, and was disappointed overall. The service was so-so, the rooms looked outdated, the internet in the business center was $0.35/minute. The room size was nice, the bed was comfortable and we had a partial ocean view. Those were the positives. We stayed for 2 nights and housecleaning never came to make the bed. My husband didn't like the shower/shower head at all. Again, the room, including the bathroom just felt outdated. It certainly should not be categorized as a 4-star place. I would have given it maybe 2-1/2 stars at best.

My wife and I with our two daughters had a great time for our 2 day stay at the Trump Plaza. My wife loves the casinos so the Plaza was a good choice for what it offers as well as the other casinos being close by. The girls really enjoyed the shopping at the outlets too. The hotel is in a great location on the boardwalk and of course the beach is right there. We had a view of the ocean as many of the rooms at the plaza do - no extra charge!

We chose to stay at the Trump Plaza because of the location being in the middle of the boardwalk. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the 32nd floor, that i wouldn't trade for any other amenity they could offer. The real only bad thing we can even say is the walk sucked from the parking garage to the check in station. We would highly recommend taking advantage of the valet parking if your have luggage (lesson learned). Over all we had a great time and the hotel stay was beyond enjoyable.

Real nice room with an oceanview. Good housekeeping. Easy in and out access from parking garage to casino, and to the rooms. Easy access from room to casino, to boardwalk. Nice view of room. Housekeeping supplied the room with plenty of towels and soaps and shampoos. Check in was real simple, it took about 5 minutes and we had the keys to our room. Check in was at 4:00, we arrived at 3:00, but they accommodated us and we were able to enter room right away. Real nice stay .

The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino was clean, inexpensive, and easy to find. I was also pleasantly surprised by its choice of restaurants and entertainment, as well as the size of the casino. Given that the hotel is located on the boardwalk, it is the ideal getaway spot for families, young adults, and tourists alike. Every member of the hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and made my fellow guests and I feel very welcomed. I would surely recommend this hotel to just about anyone!

Hotel employees were very friendly.
The pool was pleasant, and the hotel very pretty and clean. Our room was a nice size, and the security was very good. You needed to show room key to use the elevators in order to get to your room.
Location is perfect for the beach and boardwalk shopping.
We saw a show in their theater, which is quite small, and unless you have seats close up, its hard to see since the seats are chairs and not elevated row to row.
Still there were some seats up close and the ushers made it a point to fill them, as we got lucky and were moved up front.
All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I was surprised to find out that Trump Plaza does NOT have a poker room..that was the reason I went and that is why I am not sure I will stay there again. I had to go next door to play. I thought the room and staff was great, very polite, room was great. I thought the casino was great, the dealers at the black jack tables were very funny and knew what they were doing.

Front-desk service was exceptional with friendly, helpful personnel. Check-in and check-out on a weekday afternoon was accurate and very efficient. Rooms in the new tower exceeded expectations with large size, big bathroom, and nice ocean front view. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and fresh. Only negative with hotel experience is that the Spa is not up to Trump standards. Casino was a little tight relative to the slot machines, but had a good mix of games. Prefer that there was an increase in 1 dollar slots ... these were hard to find.

I was terribly disappointed! I chose the Trump Plaze because I thought that "Trump" denoted a certain standard, so I thought the (almost) $400 per night stay would be worth it. However, the room was small, drab, and reminiscent of a truck stop hotel room. The carpets were so filthy you couldn't even tell what color they were supposed to be. Additionally, the floor hadn't been vacuumed. We requested a room with 2 queen beds facing the Boardwalk, but got a room with 2 full-size beds and the window was so dirty you could barely see anything out of it. The Check-In/Check-Out clerk I had on the day we left was generally complacent and lacked any cordiality.

The Bell Desk folks, and Marc in particular, were the best reflection on the whole stay. They were always professional, helpful, and even pleasant.

After years of being a single parent and not being able to afford a getaway of any kind, to finally be able to take my children away for a couple days and have this be the experience was again, terribly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
