My stay was wonderful. I had a room with a full view of the beach. Best of all it is located on the boardwalk close to everything. Especially the 40 40 club. I can't wait to visit again.
The service was outstanding without a long wait. Restaurants located inside as well as the casino. The best part of it all was that i was located on the boardwalk in the heart of it all. If you enjoy shopping the mall is like one block away. You can shop for the kids as well as yourself. The beach is about two blocks away and the hotel provides an umbrella, towels and chairs. Once you get there you won't want to leave.

Great location on the beach. Perfect as it was smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk and convenient to all the shops, other hotel/casinos, restaurants etc. Great views from rooms. Room was very spacious and roomy and very nice with a very comfortable bed to rest in. Enjoyed most all amenities at the hotel/casino. Only real objection was the poker room where they have installed all the new Poker Pro machines and eliminated all live play with dealers.
Great and worth it.

I really enjoyed stay at the Trump plaza. The room service was great and it didn't take long for them to bring our food up. The staff members where so helpful and housekeeping was outstanding. The rooms where so beautiful and I loved the pictures that where in the room. If I knew someone who was visiting Atlantic City and wanted to know about a hotel. I would recommend this one because of the staff members and how they make you feel like your home. Thanks for a great stay.

Check-in time was 4pm. I got there at 4:45 and my room was not ready. I ended up walking the boardwalk with my handbags for another half and hour before I can get in the room. The toilet in the room was not working properly. I had to fill the waste basket in the bathroom and fill it with water to flush the toilet. The view was awful. I visited the cafe in the hotel, and had a dirty fork. I inform the waiter about it. He apologized. Paying almost 200.00 for a one night stay and experiencing it like this, makes me not want to visit this place again.

For this hotel being one of Trumps I expected more from it.
The hotel room did not have a wastebasket in the bathroom. The Iron smelled like it was burning and leaked water on my clothes. We didn't even hear the housekeeper walk in through the door. And the closet space was small and awkward. My husband and I did not have enough space to put our clothes away.
He claims that all of his business is conducted with perfection. I expected more from one of Trumps properties.

I have been to Atlantic City many times before, but for business. I thought the Trump Plaza was centrally located, especially being right on the Boardwalk and ocean. The ocean view was excellent considering I was on the 29th floor.The room was quite a disappointment. It had not been vacuumed very well, the bathroom floor had numerous chips on it, and the wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom wall.In addition the shower curtain rings were not the right size so it was very difficult to move the curtain back and forth. I really had expected more luxurious accommodations.
The casino I went to was supposed to be smoke free. However, there were people smoking! Being allergic to smoke, I was not a happy camper.
The 24 hour cafe in the hotel was convenient, but the service was slow. There weren't any daily specials so after several days, the menu became boring. Also, there wasn't a breakfast buffet available in Trump Plaza so I had to go to another hotel if I wanted a buffet style for breakfast. It was great to be near the beach and the weather was cooperative. All else was less than acceptable.

I simply had a very good time. I loved the hotel the minute I stepped in. The person in the front desk was very polite and gave us the best room I could imagine. Very nice view of the ocean and a very spacious bathroom. What stroke me most were the clean sheets and the decor of the room. The online reservations that I made, offered show tickets as well." The Aluminum Show" was a success. I will most certainly go back and enjoy some time in the beach and in the pool.

We started out in room 1925 which we were not completely pleased with because we wanted an ocean view. The next day we were allowed to change rooms and was given a room in the East Tower with an ocean view. We loved it. We also was appreciative of the complimentary tickets to the aluminum show. Although my husband did not particularly care for the show, I enjoyed it. We both enjoyed the complimentary drinks that were given to us before the show. Overall, we had a lovely weekend.

I was very happy at my visit to Trump Plaza. My only concern was the sensor air conditioned rooms.
Every time we came back the room was soooo hot and took a long time to cool off. When your on vacation and you spend the day on the beach you want your room to be comfortable. another concern would be the pool it was very old looking and didn't appeal to me. There was no bar at the pool or anything to offer.

I requested the double bed, but when i checked in around 4pm, double bed room was not available.

They told me that I had to wait another couple hours if i want to have the double bed room. I just took the king size bed since I was too tired to wait. I was not happy about that. Except the bed, other things ok. Good location since very center at Atlantic city. I enjoyed gamble at Trump, too.
I would recommend to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Room was very nice and clean. We experienced no problems, except with the issue of towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach. If you get to the beach after lunch like we did, the chairs and umbrellas are gone. The resort does not have enough. After a few hours, another couple left the beach and allowed us the use theirs. The only issue, the attendants come around and start collecting umbrellas and chairs at 4 PM. If you want to take advantage of this perk, get to the beach early(before 10AM). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we liked the location! We never moved our car.

I recently stayed in one of the Suites on the 21st floor. Needless to say, it was absolutely beautiful. Having stayed here many times before, I knew the hotel was nice, however, I just fell in love with this room! I am without a doubt coming back and staying in another suite. The service exceeded my expectations, as usual. I really like the Trump Plaza because they have a clean and friendly environment and staff, a large, well maintained and functioned casino, and a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who said they would like to take a trip to Atlantic City!

IT WAS A GREAT STAY. I LOVED THE BEACH AND THE INDOOR POOL. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREATER IF THERE WAS AN OUTSIDE POOL/BAR. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS BAD WAS THAT THERE WAS FOUR GIRLS IN ONE ROOM, AND WE HAD TO CALL ROOM SERVICE THREE TIMES FOR EXTRA TOWELS. THE RESTAURANTS WERE A BIT EXPENSIVE. THE BEACH WAS OKAY. IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE MALL, WENT SHOPPING. WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME AT TRUMP PLAZA.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the ocean and loved it, although the walls were thin! The Beach Bar and the Water Bar were great hangouts for the night. Just watch out for the riff-raff in front of the hotel. When you walk out of the hotel you are right on the boardwalk and within walking distance of the amusement pier. Morton's Steakhouse is just across the street and I would highly recommend it for dinner. Be sure to get a player's card so you can get a free gift at check-in.
