Would like to have free WiFi internet connection in hotel room. Shower head was too "conservation"/"economic" in its design. It takes away from the pleasure of what I would consider a nice shower experience. The view of the ocean was an added bonus, however, slightly blocked by the hotel itself, but still very nice to gaze upon in the morning. Overall, the room was clean, adequate/good lighting all around and the bed was reasonably comfortable. They were kind enough to give me a later check out upon request.

I have stayed in AC before at Resorts & Bally's, the rooms were much cleaner and by far a better value. At $400 a night you would expect the ice-buckets to be clean of the last persons filth. It was quite disgusting and to say I was disappointed is actually being kind. I will be crossing Trump Plaza off my list for future consideration. P.S. The toilet leaked too, that sure was nice to walk through first thing in the morning.

My wife and I decided to stay here for a quick romantic getaway. We were extremely glad that we chose the Trump Plaza. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our hotel room was very, very nice. The room was immaculate. The ocean view was breathtaking. The various restaurants located in the casino/hotel were great. Whether you want to grab a quick bite to eat or a sit down dinner, they have it all. We were very pleased with Trump Plaza and would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I were celebrating our 13th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted somewhere special and inexpensive to stay and when we googled Atlantic City Reservations we were drawn to Atlanticcity.com. We found the best deal at the spur of a moment and were very pleased.

The hotel and the personal is the most recommendable. Nice persons on the game tables, croupiers etc.

My problem was at the slots machines. In fact I win U$ 4000 at 50 Lions slot machine but the tax involved on the system reduced the amount to U$ 2650.
I play the maximum at the different machines but nobody say to players the tax in the machines when win.

I have a deception, caused in my country the winner is a respect person and the casinos pay the exact value given by the machine.

Please inform this situation to others.

Very nice stay, beach bar is great, beautiful ambiance etc.
Service to check had lack of professionalism,
does not represent the quality of the hotel.
The Casino staff must be informed on tickets offered by the casino.
In a due time I would be back.
And now I have a good knowledge of different service that is offered to us
see you again.

The rooms were comfortable and the bed a dream. The people were very friendly and courteous.
The rooms were clean. TV could have had a better selection. The restaurants were very good. The pool was sooo relaxing. The water was so soft. I could have spent the entire day just in the pool alone. I never felt chilled once. It was almost warm to the touch. That to me made it worth the trip. The Spa .If I could have spent more time there I would just for myself. My husband of course liked the casinos. You had a nice amount of the lower amount slots which is what w like .We don't go down on the buses. We would love to just get away for a couple of days once in a while now that the kids are grown, and Trump was perfect.

We decided to try the Trump Plaza for our honeymoon. We first arrived at 4:15 our room was still with housekeeping. Housekeeping left our room unfinished. NO SHEETS/NO PILLOWCASES/DIRTY GLASS.

2nd nite the hotel lost power in our entire tower. Nothing was given as a comp besides a free coffee.

We went for a drink at the liquid bar. We were ignored.

Beach Bar server Mike was very nice. Kudos to Mike ONLY. I will never go back.

The entire atmosphere and surroundings was inviting and comfortable. The security in not enabling just anyone to go up to the rooms in the elevators is very important and I appreciate that you took the time out to put this system in place. I truly felt safe and relaxed when I went up to my room. The employees at the check in/out desk were very courteous and pleasant. The room was clean and did not have that "hotel odor" that I am so used to smelling. It was a nice, fresh aroma. Thank You.

After a beautiful wedding, we found this to be a fabulous place to get away and relax. The Trump Plaza is steps away from the beach with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our room had a full ocean front view and the staff was accommodating in finding us the right room for this special vacation. This is not the glitziest or newest of Atlantic City hotels but it was a great value, the staff were helpful & friendly, and it was centrally located on the boardwalk.

My wife and I were sorely disappointed with the quality of the room. Although it was a non-smoking room, there was evidence lingering in the air that person(s) were smoking and there was a faint smell of vomit on the bed. The bath tub was small, the shower head was too low, and there were several broken tiles throughout the bathroom, which was in need of grouting. The service was horrible. One day we left the room at 9:00 a.m. and returned at 3:00 p.m. to find the bed not made up and the bathroom not tidied up.

My family wanted to get away for a quick end of summer blast and this was the perfect place for us. We had the beach with entertainment and the indoor pool. The room was comfortable and clean. WE had nice meals and I even got to gamble a little. My 5 year old just loved riding in the elevator. There were a lot of activities that we did not get to do but would be entertaining for our young son.
We would definitely return again winter or summer.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel. However, the room did not have a bathroom fan that worked, the blow dryer cut out during use and there was no comforter on the bed when we waked in, that was a little unusual to me. I would have asked to switch rooms because of the fan but it was too late about time I realized. I don't think that guest should have to pay for parking either. This was a little disappointing.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The condition of the bathroom though was not very clean and expected for such a huge hotel company. Also, the check in time took extremely long and there were not many people assisting to speed up the process. We were a bit annoyed we were not able to check in early and then had to wait in this long line. Hopefully this is taken care of for the future.The rest of the time was fun.

We stayed at the Trump Plaza hotel and casino for 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel was lovely, beautiful and clean, the room service was great. We really enjoyed the Beach Bar right across from the hotel. The restaurants inside the hotel was excellent and the prices was not expensive. The room is not as big as shown in the picture, but overall it had a lovely ocean view. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. Only downfall is why should we have to pay for the internet as much as these rooms cost per night it should be free, you can stay a most inexpensive hotels, motels, suites and inns and get it free.
