My experience at Trump Plaza was very pleasant. My companion and I had a great time and we will definitely be going back in the future. The only complaints are the ice machine next to our room was out of ice and the buffet dinner was too expensive and limited in variety. Other than that the stay was marvelous and I will recommend this hotel without hesitation. I want to suggest that visitors apply for the Trump One card and use it immediately - it is possible to save a few dollars this way.

My stay at Trump Hotel & casino was absolutely awesome! The room was amazing I was surprised to see that it was so tidy. Normally when I stay at hotel I have a complaint about the cleanliness of the bathroom but to my surprise that wasn't the case. The room service was excellent and the service was just extraordinary. My food was delivered in a reasonable time frame,who can argue with that right?. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I can't wait to return to Atlantic city just to stay at this hotel and casino. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one, see you soon!

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel for our girls weekend. Close to so many restaurants, upscale shopping, outlet shopping, casinos, clubs, bars and fun! We really liked the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and 24 hr late night snacking; and we loved the hotel bar Liquid Assets for enjoying drinks and meeting people. The rooms were nice, large and the service was great. We made a request to housekeeping that was met with exceptional timeliness and efficiency. We were impressed and would stay again.

I had a great time in Atlantic City. I enjoyed the shops and the mall. I also like the outlet center the Walk especially the Coach store. I spend way too much money there. The Trump Plaza was nice. I was expected a little more. I did not care for the shower. I usually do not care for hotel bathrooms anyway. The staff at Trump Plaza and the staff at Atlantic city stores are extremely nice and friendly. The Trump Plaza was in a great location. I would definitely recommend it. I book my stay with AtlanticCity.com and it was so easy and we got a great deal. I would recommended booking through AtlanticCity.com

The experience we had was one to remember. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very luxurious. The best part about the hotel was the security. I felt safe and protected during my stay. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel and if we were ever to return to Atlantic City we would know where to stay. Further more, I would definitely recommend the Trump Plaza hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was just the standard room but it was still very nice. Every time I left the maid-service sign on the door, I came back to a made bed and a clean room, new soap, towels, etc. Speaking of the bed, it was huge and soooo comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I had a pretty decent view of the beach from the huge ceiling to floor window. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Check in took no more than a few minutes. The hotel was clean at all times. I didn't get a chance to make it to the spa but the pool was nice. Indoor, so you can take a swim in any weather, plenty of seats. Suitable for children.

To whom it may concern: As soon as my husband & I took the elevator in the East Tower, I knew we had made a mistake in selecting Trump Plaza. When we got to our floor, the first thing I noticed was the faded, worn-out carpeting in the corridor, the fake floral arrangements and the dated décor. Our room was certainly not worth the $486 we paid. In the bathroom, there was a rusty shower curtain rod, a shower head that should have been replaced 20 years ago & peeling wall paper. We were also quite surprised when we had to pay $20 to park in the parking garage [at the very least, this should have been included with our stay] & I darn near fell over when I was told that there was a $15 fee to use the fitness center.

In addition, we ended up losing $4 in the vending machines on the 6th or 7th floor [wherever the ice cream / soda / snack vending machines are] as the vending machine on the 9th floor was sold out of everything.

At the end of what was supposed to have been a fantastic weekend @ Trump Plaza, my husband & I checked out feeling quite cheated by our experience. It is my sincere hope that you will do whatever is necessary to redeem yourselves in our eyes. Sincerely, Myriam Hosler

Really nice room for the price. Clean and comfortable. All went well EXCEPT when checking in we were told at 4:00 pm that check in on Sunday's is at 6:00 pm. Had we known we would have arrived later. The hotel held our bags while we killed a couple of hours but we were more than ready to be checked in at 4:00. The staff was friendly and courteous. I liked that the hotel is sort of situated in the center of the boardwalk and across from the mall.

This hotel was great, nice clean rooms, the staff are really nice people. Easy to check in and check out. I would really recommend this hotel...but you better book this hotel through www.atlanticcity.com to get an excellent rate.
This hotel is located right in the board walk and close to everything, shops, mall, restaurants, and the nicest thing there is a RAINFOREST CAFE right inside this hotel... great food and drinks. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thanks atlanticcity.com

The hotel was beautiful, the room was absolutely great with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and we said "I Do" on the beach!! Then we got tattoos of the date. So that stay will be remembered for a lifetime. The staff from the front desk, to room service to housekeeping were all very professional, and very nice. We didn't even leave that hotel and casino to see others, everything we wanted was right there! We thank everyone there for a wonderful stay!

This hotel was very nice. I wish they had better restaurant options during the week. The casinos were also very nice, and the hotel is located in a great location to go shopping. I do believe if I had a chance to go again to Atlantic City I would go to Trump Plaza. I don't believe this hotel offers enough during the weekdays however this is characteristic of most the of the Atlantic City hotels. Even with that being said, I would repeat my stay.

A very clean hotel. My son and I had a pleasant relaxing time. Location was great for exploring the boardwalk and other casinos. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Parking was fast and easy as well as hotel check-in. Food at the restaurant was very reasonably priced and the dinner was good. Received passes to the chairmans club which was complementary and was nice to have a free snack during the day, (drinking was also included). Definitely recommended.

Ratings are based on what was applicable to my stay. I did not require any business related services so I cannot rate that accurately. Only complaint I had was they tried to bill me an extra 120 bucks at checkout and will not know the result of that until the statement comes at the end of the month. Other than that our stay was quite enjoyable. The location is right on the boardwalk which provided added flexibility to our plans.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Valet parking cost only $5 for my entire stay! Since the hotel was right on the boardwalk, and in the center of it all, I never needed my car. I was able to walk to where I wanted to go. Great location and excellent value!! I would definately stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants boardwalk access. My only negative: internet access was $12.95 per day (although it was wireless!!).
