The hotel service was great the casino was great room service it's an all around good hotel I will recommend this hotel to anybody looking to book a room in Atlantic city the food in hotel was great it was also great service from the waiter's and waitress..the Trump Plaza Hotel is exactly what I was looking for on my romantic getaway and I will be coming back more often...so thanks to the staff at the Trump Plaza Hotel for helping me enjoy my vacation the right way.

The Trump Plaza was a great casino to stay at, from the moment we arrived - everyone was so helpful and kind! We went for a concert and the hotel was right next to the concert venue! We were able to check in early and had a great dinner right in the hotel! We were also close to all the great shopping - the new outlets and the high end shops. Checking out the staff was very courteous overall a great time and highly recommended!

I have stayed at many hotels in Atlantic City over the years, and the Trump Plaza is among the best. To a "Germophobe" like myself, the room seemed very clean. The hotel's motto is, "at the center of it all", and it really is. Making the rest of boardwalk very accessible. The casino is not the biggest, but as far as atmosphere is concerned, it is among the best. I had a great stay, and will be a repeat customer.

The hotel was very clean. All the staff are very pleasant, personable and helpful with any questions you have. It was a great 4 day getaway and had many things to do besides gambling if that is not your thing. I am not a gambler, though my husband enjoyed gambling at the slots and tables. I would definitely recommend. This was my husband's and mine first vacation in 25 years together since our honeymoon and we had a great time. The best part was we were able to do what we wanted, when we wanted. If we wanted to gamble at 3 am, we could, if we wanted to eat in a restaurant at 3 am we could.

For those who choose a fine hotel for beach side stays, quality dining and relaxing spa, please look elsewhere. The added fees/costs for routine resort amenities (WiFi, jacuzzi, etc.) was like annoying airlines fees. While gambling is the heart of their business, the advertisements allude to relaxing stays and enjoyable beach life. Their TV promotional channels pointed viewers to the hotel web address, then charge a WiFi connection fee through a third party for 24 hour use. The additional fee for the jacuzzi and exercise room use seemed a bit unreasonable.

Trump Plaza has a very comfortable environment. This has been the fourth time staying here. There is a Starbucks right downstairs, my significant other just loves breakfast in bed, especially loves those morning buns and a nice cup of tea. I myself enjoy the gaming tables, especially blackjack. The dealers and pit bosses are very friendly. It's just too bad we can only stay one night at a time, we would love to walk the beach and lounge round for a day. We are looking forward to another opportunity to stay here again.

I wasn't really impressed with this hotel. The person at the front desk was nice. The room was ok, but the a/c could of been better. There were no plastic bags in the garbage cans and in the ice bucket. The vending machine on our floor was out of service. The internet service wasn't that good. Last, but not least, no iron in the room. You had to call if you needed an iron. I thought Trump could afford iron in the rooms. This was my first time at this hotel, but not in Atlantic City.

When we checked in we wanted to shower after a 6 hour drive,but the water was not hot. We called the front desk and they told us that the rooms on this particular floor were not used a lot and you have to let the hot water run until it gets hot. So finally after 15 minutes we did get hot water. So, every time we wanted to take a shower we had to run the hot water over 10 minutes to get it hot. Not what we expected. Very disappointed and it spoiled the trip.

This is the best hotel that I have stay in.
I have stayed there before and I will be back. Everything in the room was so nice and clean. We only got to stay one night so we didn't get to use the room service. I think maybe next time we will have to stay a few more days. I will tell my friends who come to Atlantic City to try this hotel for a few nights not just one. I know I will next time.

We like the Trump Plaza because it's a great hotel/casino- as all we've stayed in so far- but especially because of the location. One day we walk one way on the boardwalk, the next day the other and we visit most of the casinos. We also like being so near the outlets and the pier since shopping's always a part of our trips. Because of our work schedules, we usually visit AC on Sundays and began staying overnight when we discovered the hotel bargains. Thanks AC!

There were not enough dollar tables for blackjack. There were only three and they were full and then there were 5 and 10 dollar tables that weren't being used. When sitting at machines no one brought me any drinks even when my service light was on. The room was clean and smelled nice. The staff at the front desk was nice. The boardwalk was convenient from the hotel. Our room was terrific. They upgraded us to a suite because I wanted a king bed and there weren't any available in the regular rooms.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The service in all the restaurants was very good. A little pricey for the meals any where you eat in Atlantic City.
I expected to pay a lot for parking at Trump Plaza, because I had read gripes about it. Don't believe them! We pulled right up to valet at the hotel, asked, and was told its $5 for valet, or $5 to park yourself. Of course we chose valet. It is $5 total, not per day!
Our room was very nice, and the view was breath taking. This motel is right in the center of boardwalk, which makes it nice if you are planning to visit other area hotel casino's.
Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. I definitely give this motel a huge thumbs up, and without a doubt would stay here again!

Had a great stay at the Trump Plaza. The room was gorgeous and had an ocean view. The casino employees were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect! right in the center of the boardwalk. Went to a great seafood spot I believe was called "Phillip's" both for the price and the meal. All in all we got way more than we payed for and really looking forward for our next trip. The only i would watch out for is the check in check out which was a bit slow and frustrating and the slot machines, they'll eat up your money and quick-Enjoy your stay!

Self parking garage is too far to walk with any baggage or beach gear. Should have mini bus that runs from hotel to self parking garage. Very hard for handicap and older people who have a hard time getting around.
Need some type of map and hotel information/services offered given out at check in, was very hard finding restaurants, never new there was a pool. Did not know about beach rentals offered. Buffet not opened. Should have bell boys to assist all patrons not just valet parking. No night entertainment was available.

Check in line was so long I couldn't believe it. Other than that this is a great place to stay. Room was big clean and all the public restrooms were also. You have internet in your room but had to buy it which was a big down fall for me. Almost everywhere you go motels offer free internet all they had for free was a area in the lobby some cafe. Who wants to do that nowadays? It is a very nice place other than that so for the price I would consider it again.
