The hotel was beautiful. We had a really nice room, but I would have liked to had a balcany.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was very clean. We had dinner at the Italian resturant and it was delicious! Some of the resturants were a little pricey. The bartender that worked in the evening in the east tower was the best. He had such a great personality and we really enjoyed talking with him. We did feel a little young because there were a lot of older people there. We helped them out as much as we could. We would definitly stay here again.

We paid the full weekend rate because the show we wanted to see was at the Trump Plaza. We were given an oceanfront room which provided us with a spectacular panoramic view. The room was more than adequate. Room service for our two breakfasts was excellent both in delivery time and quality of food. The Trump Plaza offers a lot of eating options (at least five restaurants). We really liked Maxs Steakhouse for a special treat. Everyone at the Trump was very friendly and cordial. While we are not avid gamblers, we spent some time at the slots. The hotel is very large (expect to do a lot of walking) and has several casinos (one is even smoke-free!). All in all, we were very pleased with our two day stay at the Trump Plaza.

The hotel was well laid out(easy to find things) Our room and the room of our friends was nice and large but the tubs in both rooms need to be retiled and or rechaulked. We all loved the smoke free casino area which happened to be located right off of the elevators of the east wing where our rooms were. It was strange that check in on Sunday is 6:00. Check out on Monday is noon but housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:45 to see if we were still there. Lucky for them that we were already up and they did not wake us.

My husband got me a night out at the plaza as a Christmas gift and it was the best gift I got! The hotel was clean and classy - beautifully decorated for the holidays! Everyone was helpful and had a big smile. The check in was quick and easy. We ordered room service- the food was good and the service was very quick. Valet was good considering the fact that they were extremely busy. My view sucked, but I guess that is the downside of being a smoker! We will be back very soon! Thanks for an enjoyable stay and a memorable Christmas!

Good location. Good service. Friendly dealers and staff. Meals were top rate with quick service and restaurants were convienently located. Parking fee was reasonable and car deliverly time was good. Smoking sections were available and I hope the city keeps this option available in some form for the future. I liked the security of the card input in the elevator and the guards located at various locations. Cleaning and maintenance service was ongoing but did not provide inconvenience to public during walking in hallways or lobbies. Overall courtesy of staff in all locations was always excellent. I will return in the future.

My Fiance and I needed to spend some time together at an affordable, but renouned place. Planning a wedding is a full time job, and Trump Plaza offered us reliable service..allowing us to enjoy ourselves. The newly renovated hotel and casino is amazing! Even if you do not stay at the Trump Plaza, you must come and see for yourself what they have done. My Fiance and I were greeted at the door with smiling helpful faces, which made our long drive seem that much more worth it. I would recommend this hotel and casino to couples young or old...we had a wonderful time! Thank you Trump Plaza, we are looking forward to staying with you again soon!

All the hotel staff were very courteous & knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The lamps could have a brighter light bulb. I liked the security guard before getting to the elevator and using your room key to go up to your floor. We liked the outside view from the elevator instead of looking at the four walls. The bed was very confortable and the extra pillows is a nice touch along with the iron and the ironing board and the hair dryer. The bathroom is very nice with the telephone being a plus. The bathroom but could have used an adjustable shower head and a heat lamp.
Overall a great place to stay especially the location.

the hotel was a good place to stay. my wife loved the beds, they were very very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. the restraunts in the hotel was very good, we ate at max's steak house. the shopping was o.k. the casino floor was very nice, lot of choices to choose from with alot of different options. the only issue in the casino was the lack of the waitress coming around to the tables. the wait time was 45 minutes or longer for each round for the waitress to come to the tables. i was on the blackjack tables and my wife was on the slot machines. we both had the same exxperience. other than that the trip and stay was great.

Trump Plaza is one of the finest hotels in Atlantic City. It has a prime location on the boardwalk and is only a stones throw from nearby casinos like Bally's and Caesar's. It is a beautiful hotel on the inside and has some of the nicest people in all of Atlantic City working there. The casino is top notch. With many tables and various fun slot machines, it is impossible not to have fun at Trump Plaza. Donals Trump has come through again. If you ever go to Atlantic City, make sure that you visit Trump Plaza. Even if you don't stay the night, be sure to check out the casino for some year round fun in AC.

This was a very nice hotel, and during the week anyway reasonably priced. It is centrally located on the boardwalk, and accessable to almost everything you could want to do in Atlantic City.

The casino was very nice, and my only complaint was that I could not find any five-dollar tables, even at 8AM! That would make it nicer for the mid-week vacationer, who is not a serious gambler. However, all of the machines were very nice and interesting.

We ate at three resteraunts associated with this hotel; Rainforest Cafe, Starbucks, and another one like "Club 24" - I can't remember the exact name - that were all nice, though the last was a tad expensive.

Overall, a very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Atlantic City.

It was a little disappointing that after spending almost $800 on a two night stay that we couldn't receive a smoking and king bed size room. Then the room we were given was not cleaned properly, had a broken tv closet door and a splendid view of a/c ducts. But, upon notifying the staff, we were upgraded to a lovely suite and were very pleased with the expedited response due to our concerns. The dining and casinos were adequate, but the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the hour and a half wait for my car upon checkout.

This was my first time staying at your hotel. I liked your hotel so much that I wound up booking another room for two nights for my daughter who was supposed to stay at the Red Roof Inn. The receptionst was able to give me joining rooms Thanks. This meant so much to me because she had just got back from Iraq and we had had a wonderful time as a family reunited again. Your room service was excellent and the people that delivered the food was very pleasant. The maid service was also great and the room was clean.

At 3:30 PM the room is not ready and I took a Handi-cap room, which did not have a tub, and resulted in the entire bathroom getting submerged each time I took a shower.
A half eaten Pizza from next door was there my entire two day stay.
Kids ran wild 24 hours a day.
Internet was impossible to get connected. Dial up was .85 cents per minute. (Robbery)
Room air was very dry, resulting in several bloody nose incidents.
Not a place for business meetings.
Internet connection across the room from the desk that you would typically used for a computer.
Uncontrolled smoking makes this hotel undesirable.

It was our first return to Atlantic City since 1970!!!!!!!!!!!!!; quitw a few changes since then Had a fine time and will return. Tired of the Ct. casinos.

It's an easy place to get to for us as we jump on Interstate 91, to Interstate 84, then NYS Thruway south till Garden State direct to your door.

I am looking forward to coming back when Beach Season is in.

You should Market it as such.Also as an great stopover for those using the Cape May Ferry, the alternative to the road from hell when going south., I 95!!!!!

Everything was great about the hotel except for room service. Which never showed up with our order. Also the service for drinks on the casino floor was a bit slow. Besides the service we would definetly rate this a 4 star stay!!! the location of the hotel was great nice and central. The resraurants in the casino provided great food and excellent service! The restrooms in the casinos and throughout the hotel were extremely clean and well maintained. we were definetly impressed with our room, the size and view for the price we paid for our room were an exceptional value.
