The employees was very nice. The room Was clean. Everything was great. I will recommend this hotel to my family, friends and co workers. In the summer time i will surley bring my whole family here. My husband and i just wated a mini mini vacation and we very sceptic about the booking and rooms. But let me tell u we got more than we bargin for in a great way. With all the discounts and everything else. After 28 years of marriage, it was the first time my husband and i actually went to a hotel and relax and enjoy ourselves. I wish we could of stayed longer. But some body have to work to pay the bills. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back soon.

You need more restaurants..and shopping malls.. First of all the building's been old..parking fee free..internet free..younger waitress..more exciting music! Also, you need club..your company need to change something..
There is No concept...if you wanna have more guests, you should give them more special service..for example, free room, free parking, free Internet...in addition, breakfast discount, there is no energy..your workers looks likes dead people without energy..Ruse? He is good..very kind..so funny..you need to training worker's service..anyway u need to change!!!!

The employees at the check-in were absolutely horrendous! We tried to check in around 2:30 and rooms weren't ready, which I could understand with the busy wrestling weekend. Went back at around 4:15 only to stand in a huge line for 45 minutes. When I got to the desk the staff was anything but friendly and were moving slower than sloths. She proceeded to tell me that our room was still not ready and the maid would be another half an hour. I demanded my keys and went to my room and waited for the maid to be done. Room also smelled like vomit. Not a good experience and would not go back. I've stayed at several hotels in A.C. and this would certain rank in the bottom two.

Trump Plaza was way overbooked due to a big wrestling event. We had 3 (40 to 65 year old )females in our room and were told we had a choice of smoking 2 beds or nonsmoking 1 king a cot. We chose the latter, but needless to say the hotel ran out of cots, then blankets! So my 45 year old sister-in-law slept on the floor with 1 blanket. Horrible service from front desk and housekeeping. No one wanted to except responsibility for the terrible oversight.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and convenient. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the spa and hot tub area were not coed. I went with my boyfriend, so in order for us to use this facility we would have separated when in fact we went to spend more time together. I would definitely stay here again for the casino and the hotel itself. The restaurants were reasonable priced and very good.

Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino is Beautiful!!! I really enjoyed my stay there!!! I had a great massage, which helped me to unwind. The Spa is Beautiful. I had my hair styled(I loved it!!) then did a little gambling on the slot machines. I would highly recommend Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino!!! Everyone was so courteous and helpful!!!! The view from my room was amazing!!!!The sunsets were breathtaking!!! The food was great!!!I enjoyed the shopping!! I can't wait to go back!! Thank you again!!!

The hotel was ok... I expected a little more from the appearance of the room. The casino was ok but preferred other casino's in the area much better. I would go again to the Trump Plaza but would rather stay at another casino. The Trump Plaza was a little out dated compared to the others but all in all the staff was really nice and would come back real soon. Thank you for your hospitality employees we enjoyed.

The hotel service was great the casino was great room service it's an all around good hotel I will recommend this hotel to anybody looking to book a room in Atlantic city the food in hotel was great it was also great service from the waiter's and waitress..the Trump Plaza Hotel is exactly what I was looking for on my romantic getaway and I will be coming back more often...so thanks to the staff at the Trump Plaza Hotel for helping me enjoy my vacation the right way.

The Trump Plaza was a great casino to stay at, from the moment we arrived - everyone was so helpful and kind! We went for a concert and the hotel was right next to the concert venue! We were able to check in early and had a great dinner right in the hotel! We were also close to all the great shopping - the new outlets and the high end shops. Checking out the staff was very courteous overall a great time and highly recommended!

I have stayed at many hotels in Atlantic City over the years, and the Trump Plaza is among the best. To a "Germophobe" like myself, the room seemed very clean. The hotel's motto is, "at the center of it all", and it really is. Making the rest of boardwalk very accessible. The casino is not the biggest, but as far as atmosphere is concerned, it is among the best. I had a great stay, and will be a repeat customer.

The hotel was very clean. All the staff are very pleasant, personable and helpful with any questions you have. It was a great 4 day getaway and had many things to do besides gambling if that is not your thing. I am not a gambler, though my husband enjoyed gambling at the slots and tables. I would definitely recommend. This was my husband's and mine first vacation in 25 years together since our honeymoon and we had a great time. The best part was we were able to do what we wanted, when we wanted. If we wanted to gamble at 3 am, we could, if we wanted to eat in a restaurant at 3 am we could.

For those who choose a fine hotel for beach side stays, quality dining and relaxing spa, please look elsewhere. The added fees/costs for routine resort amenities (WiFi, jacuzzi, etc.) was like annoying airlines fees. While gambling is the heart of their business, the advertisements allude to relaxing stays and enjoyable beach life. Their TV promotional channels pointed viewers to the hotel web address, then charge a WiFi connection fee through a third party for 24 hour use. The additional fee for the jacuzzi and exercise room use seemed a bit unreasonable.

Trump Plaza has a very comfortable environment. This has been the fourth time staying here. There is a Starbucks right downstairs, my significant other just loves breakfast in bed, especially loves those morning buns and a nice cup of tea. I myself enjoy the gaming tables, especially blackjack. The dealers and pit bosses are very friendly. It's just too bad we can only stay one night at a time, we would love to walk the beach and lounge round for a day. We are looking forward to another opportunity to stay here again.

I wasn't really impressed with this hotel. The person at the front desk was nice. The room was ok, but the a/c could of been better. There were no plastic bags in the garbage cans and in the ice bucket. The vending machine on our floor was out of service. The internet service wasn't that good. Last, but not least, no iron in the room. You had to call if you needed an iron. I thought Trump could afford iron in the rooms. This was my first time at this hotel, but not in Atlantic City.
