My husband and I decided to stay at the Trump Marina because we figured hey it's the Trump. When we arrived at our room it was disappointing. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, and B.O. and it was a nonsmoking room. My husbands wallet was stolen, and the workers at the casino were not very helpful and all spoke broken English. Nightlife and restaurants there not to impressive, or attractive. Honestly would not stay there again. Next time Plaza

Very loud party was going on in a room across the hall all night. The party spilled out into the hallway and people were sitting on the floor leaning against our door form 3-5 am. I called security twice but they didn't do anything. Resulted in a very unpleasant stay.

We ate at the Harborview restaurant. The service was very slow but our waiter was awesome. Food was pricey for small portions but we still enjoyed it. Great view of the marina.

Small hotel/casino. Good for older people who don't like to walk alot. Main restaurant is buffet. 2-3 of restaurants in hotel were not open. Hooters restaurant upstairs is o.k. No hoppin bars during the week. Just lobby bar. Rooms are o.k. not great. Only one roulette table and one crap table was open in the morning.
Hotel is located in Marina section of town. $10 cab fare to boardwalk. 10 minute walk to Harrah's also in Marina district. Good rates during the week. Overpriced on week-ends.

This is a quiet and relatively inexpensive place to gamble and stay the night, that is right on the water. They gave me great comps once I arrived and are located very close to the Borgata if you want to venture into cash table for Poker or a really active nightlife. There are not a lot of things that we found to do here except gamble, but it served its purpose. We would definitely come back here for a short stay or one-night pop in.

I stayed here 4 times in the past year, every time I go there I enjoy myself but this was the worst time I ever had at any hotel . The tv was out there was toenails on the floor, mold in the shower and a stain on the floor . I call the manager and they said sorry I can't do anything for you I can only send house keeping. I think they should have done something more then just sending up house keeping.

I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice. The parking garage was a mess and under construction. The bathrooms were dirty and dingy. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a lot of food places in the hotel to eat or just get a snack. I enjoyed gambling at the casino with the crowd that the casino brings in. There was no check out on the tv and the phone system to the front desk was very confusing and nobody would answer.

My husband and I went with another couple to hang out, shop and walk the boardwalk. We really just wanted somewhere nice to stay without spending a lot of money. Someone suggested this hotel for price, location and free parking (with the Trump players card). The bathroom was nice but the room was very dated. It was just okay. I wish we had spent a few more dollars to stay at a better hotel. If I am looking at cost alone, I might go back, otherwise I would stay someplace else.

My wife and I recently returned from a two day stay at the Trump Marina. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday which turned out to be anything, but happy. When we arrived and checked in, we went to our room. The room was not acceptable since we had asked for two queen size beds so we had to change rooms for the 1st time. This was very time consuming and tiring since we had just traveled two hours to get to Atlantic City. The 2nd room was fine, but at 2:00 a.m. in the morning the people down the hall were having a party, running in and out of their room and yelling. The next morning we informed one of the desk clerks and we were advised that we could again change our room for the 3rd time. We again transferred our bags and moved to the 18th floor which was fine.

When we first arrived, we were going to go for a swim in the pool once we were settled in our room, but upon trying to enter the pool we discovered, it was “closed for maintenance”. Nobody told us about this and no one apologized for the inconvenience. Trump has two other hotels with pools which we could have used, but no one ever offered this option to us.

The facilities in the hotel were not very good (restaurants were closed). In April, we stayed at the Trump Plaza with two other couples and the facilities were excellent.

After this experience, we don’t think that we will be spending anymore time at the Trump casinos! Our stay was very disappointing to say the least.

The room was very nice, except the bathroom could have been refurbished. There were dishes left in the hallway for a very long time. The buffet restaurant food in the evening did not look appetizing and we had left. At the morning buffet, fruit was not very fresh, but we ate there anyway. Hot food was good. We had also tried the cafe restaurant which was good. Good service in restaurants. Caters to a much older crowd of people. I think the hotel could use a little updating.

seems to be outdated. The service at the front desk eas fanatastic but the overall appearance of the hotel seems old and outdated. The room was great but has no view at all,in fasct the view was of the lights that light the building in the evening.This was not our first choice but the showboat and Taj Mahal were sold out and the Borgata was to expensuve for a few hours of sleep. We were in town for a concert at the House Of Blues !!

Customer satisfaction was not the main focus of this hotel. My experience was not pleasant to say the least. On July 19th I forwarded a letter to Mr. Frank LaRosa, Director of Hotels, which was also not responded to. I would be happy to forward a copy of it to you if necessary. I was insulted by staff, served out of code beer that was half full with the cap still on. Room Service took over half hour to come up with a new fresh one and said they were busy checking coolers. I would have thought bringing my beverage was priorty. And the spa had no working sauna & jacuzzi, I had to sit out in public wearing only a robe while people worked out at the gym in the same room. I was extremely uncomfortable. The spa is located in the same place as a gym and hair salon? If I had known this and had time I would have made arrangements at another spa in another hotel. I was told when I made the appt. on the phone I could use the sauna & jacuzzi. I was told when I got there it's been broke for awhile. Very disappointing.

I love the view on the ocean front hotel, Atlantic Palace. It has a spectacular ocean front view in many of the rooms. It is an older hotel, it could use some renovation, but I like the size of the suites, having a kitchen is very nice and the hot tub in each room is a great addition. I can picture some old time Atlantic City stars staying at this hotel back in the day....
It is very convienent to the boardwalk too, there is an entrance right at the hotel, so can't get any closer to the beach. But of course Atlantic City still has it's homeless and beggers so that makes the beach visit not as pleasant as it should. Not a place for kids at all.

Had problems when dropped off my luggage, they wouldn't let my car stay there, had to move it and they took my luggage, but they need to change their method, it is not very customer service oriented. Made me feel unwelcomed.

Then had to walk to back of hotel, then up one flight to a separate reception area. The woman at the desk appeared nice and called me Suzette instead of Sue,w hich I corrected her at the time, but she gave me a room. I then was called out of the pool later in the day and accused in front of every one in the pool that I gave her the wrong name, which I did not. It was quite embarrasing and I had to stand dripping wet at the reception where I showed her my ID and the manager who was quite embarrassed realized that I had the same name as one of the owners and they gave me her room. They compensated me, but it was something that should not have happened.

To expensive for a hotel that does not have Casino facilities and is off the beaten path. Access to the outlet stores was convenient but that's it. I paid $279 (not including taxes) per night. I also thought it very cheep that the parking was not included in my stay, I was charge an additional $15, I think if your a hotel guest your parking should be included at the very least. I will say that the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Although I will say, if your not a regular AC visitor, and by that I mean we get down to AC about twice a year (all our busy work schedule permits) you really end up paying top dollar for rooms, if you can get one. In the city that is full of comps, I think they could at least make your stay a bit more reasonable. We would come down for weekends more often if we could afford a nice room.

The person at the desk was great but the first room I was given was not made up and then getting maid service the rest of the time I was there was nearly impossible. I was given a new room immediatly but there should be some care not to put people in something like this. The place just seemed to not be clean.
The casino was fine, and the food was good. I've been to the Marina for entertainment before but I've never been so dissatisfied in my trips to Atlantic City. At least the desk people seemed to be embarresed by this.
I'm not a person to compalain about much but this was just wrong.
The shops seemed to be standard fare for most of the casino's in Atlantic City. Parking was fine. The overall view of the bay side was good also.
Overall I liked the casino side but I would suggest even staying in a non casino hotel then to stay at the Trump Marina.
Again I want to say that the people there were very nice and did move me to a new room immediatly. There just seems to be a let down in communication as to what rooms have been completed.

The hotel was definetley for older people. i am twenty one and i think the youngest person there besides me and the people working the hotel had to be 45. i am not saying that i had a bad expeirence i just like to hang aroung people my own age not my grandparent's age. the room was and the resturant was probally the nicest thing there. other than that the casino seemed limited and full os slots. now i like the slots but my boyfriend likes the texas holdem' poker rooms and this hotel did not have that. we had to go to ceasar. then to Bally's. but if i was just staying for the room then i would stay again. the price was not that bad. for in march. my boyfriend was a little upset with no poker room and the machines are a little boring to him.that is my opiniion on the trump marina
