the hotel rooms have been much improved although the tv was out of wack. The buffet was pretty good with plenty of choices. The staff was awesome, front desk and cleaning staff - very attentive! The casino was ok, not much action, kinda "reserved" and the waitresses where not friendly nor readily available - hard to find! even after tipping 5 bucks for a cup of coffee!!! All in all, was an ok visit, i would go back. I would recommend to family and friends. I'd like to try a saturday night which is really hard to get - Would be a nice try!!!

My husband and I where very suprised to see our room. For the hotel to be "Trump Marina", the room was very basic and nothing special to us. Also, we went to use the pool and found that it was closed, due to a young boy kicking out a light in the pool. One of the reasons we wanted to stay there, was to use the pool and other spa areas of the hotel. When we asked for a refund or at least to stay at another one of "Trumps" other casino's we were told no and that there was nothing they could do. We found ourselves spending most of our time in the casino and walking on the board walk. We really were looking forward to spending time swimming in the pool and maybe enjoying a room that should have been something special.

I made reservation on line and when I arrive at hotel to check in I was told that they had to place a $300.00 hold on my card. I was very upset and at time of check out I know I stood in line about a hour waiting and waiting. There was only two associates checking customers out and they were taking their sweet time. This was my first stay at this hotel and the rooms was not as nice as the interent showed it to be, for the price that I paid I could have went to a four star hotel and paid a small difference and had a wonderful time.

The hotel is a very nice place directly at the marina in Atlantic City. When booking the hotel, I specifically called there to ask if they have a high-speed internet connection in each room. I was assured that yes, there was. Once at the hotel, there were nothing but problems with the internet & I spent several hours with a tech person on the phone to resolve the issue. The problem was never resolved and I even had one tech tell me that this hotel always has problems with the internet connection.

I spoke with the front desk about the internet and they said the internet was working on another floor. They switched my room to another floor.... I had the same problems.

On a lighter note, the asian resturant on the second floor was spectacular. I shared the Peking duck with a friend and really enjoyed it. Also, the Hooters resturant was just as good and staff was very friendly.

Don't let the internet thing deter you. It was excellent value and a great stay.

It was beautiful! I loved the view and the service was great. No waiting and everyone was friendly. I went with my significant other and just the environment itself was romantic. I found it to be quite affordable also.

It was my first experience in Atlantic city and I enjoyed it. I feel like they should have a cheaper rate on the weekends once in awhile though. You know for those youngings as myself who need to work during the week and is looking for a close but fun getaway for the weekend.

All in all I found it to be perfect and whould love to return or even try another of Trump's Hotels.

The hotel was definetley for older people. i am twenty one and i think the youngest person there besides me and the people working the hotel had to be 45. i am not saying that i had a bad expeirence i just like to hang aroung people my own age not my grandparent's age. the room was and the resturant was probally the nicest thing there. other than that the casino seemed limited and full os slots. now i like the slots but my boyfriend likes the texas holdem' poker rooms and this hotel did not have that. we had to go to ceasar. then to Bally's. but if i was just staying for the room then i would stay again. the price was not that bad. for in march. my boyfriend was a little upset with no poker room and the machines are a little boring to him.that is my opiniion on the trump marina

The person at the desk was great but the first room I was given was not made up and then getting maid service the rest of the time I was there was nearly impossible. I was given a new room immediatly but there should be some care not to put people in something like this. The place just seemed to not be clean.
The casino was fine, and the food was good. I've been to the Marina for entertainment before but I've never been so dissatisfied in my trips to Atlantic City. At least the desk people seemed to be embarresed by this.
I'm not a person to compalain about much but this was just wrong.
The shops seemed to be standard fare for most of the casino's in Atlantic City. Parking was fine. The overall view of the bay side was good also.
Overall I liked the casino side but I would suggest even staying in a non casino hotel then to stay at the Trump Marina.
Again I want to say that the people there were very nice and did move me to a new room immediatly. There just seems to be a let down in communication as to what rooms have been completed.

Over all a good hotel and casino. There seemed to be some construction or improvements taking place which created some excess noise on the floors in early am but this seemed to be a temproray situation. Check-in was fairly slow but I checked in very late so that might have contibuted to that situation. Casino is large, alot of slot machines. Overall the hotel seemed to be clean, security was present at the entrance to the elevators which seemed to be a good idea for improved security. Overall service seemed to be quite efficient throughout the hotel.

I would recommend other's to stay at this hotel and casino. Can be used for business meetings, simple vacation use or various other reasons. Large enough to get around and see and do many things from gambing to meetings or dining etc. Though not on the ocen as many of the other hotels/casinos in atlantic sity are, there are good views of the marina and present a good visual expereince from the rooms.

Once again I would recommend the hotel for other's, not necessary the best hotel or casino in atlantic city, but a very good stay for the rates charged.

To expensive for a hotel that does not have Casino facilities and is off the beaten path. Access to the outlet stores was convenient but that's it. I paid $279 (not including taxes) per night. I also thought it very cheep that the parking was not included in my stay, I was charge an additional $15, I think if your a hotel guest your parking should be included at the very least. I will say that the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Although I will say, if your not a regular AC visitor, and by that I mean we get down to AC about twice a year (all our busy work schedule permits) you really end up paying top dollar for rooms, if you can get one. In the city that is full of comps, I think they could at least make your stay a bit more reasonable. We would come down for weekends more often if we could afford a nice room.

I would appreciate that very much. you see we think of a getaway on the sper of the moment. not always does my spouse and I think it through. so if there are special deals that we can take advamtage of we may just do that. so again if you can send me some emails about some upcoming deals or even some special week end or weekday specials that should be good. alsom we had a good time at the casino. I know that some casinos give you some playing money when you get there. do you have different kind of specials that even have some money back for playing? as long as you can email me some of these specials that would be great. I love the view on the ocean front hotel, Atlantic Palace. It has a spectacular ocean front view in many of the rooms. It is an older hotel, it could use some renovation, but I like the size of the suites, having a kitchen is very nice and the hot tub in each room is a great addition. I can picture some old time Atlantic City stars staying at this hotel back in the day....
It is very convienent to the boardwalk too, there is an entrance right at the hotel, so can't get any closer to the beach. But of course Atlantic City still has it's homeless and beggers so that makes the beach visit not as pleasant as it should. Not a place for kids at all.

Had problems when dropped off my luggage, they wouldn't let my car stay there, had to move it and they took my luggage, but they need to change their method, it is not very customer service oriented. Made me feel unwelcomed.

Then had to walk to back of hotel, then up one flight to a separate reception area. The woman at the desk appeared nice and called me Suzette instead of Sue,w hich I corrected her at the time, but she gave me a room. I then was called out of the pool later in the day and accused in front of every one in the pool that I gave her the wrong name, which I did not. It was quite embarrasing and I had to stand dripping wet at the reception where I showed her my ID and the manager who was quite embarrassed realized that I had the same name as one of the owners and they gave me her room. They compensated me, but it was something that should not have happened.

Customer satisfaction was not the main focus of this hotel. My experience was not pleasant to say the least. On July 19th I forwarded a letter to Mr. Frank LaRosa, Director of Hotels, which was also not responded to. I would be happy to forward a copy of it to you if necessary. I was insulted by staff, served out of code beer that was half full with the cap still on. Room Service took over half hour to come up with a new fresh one and said they were busy checking coolers. I would have thought bringing my beverage was priorty. And the spa had no working sauna & jacuzzi, I had to sit out in public wearing only a robe while people worked out at the gym in the same room. I was extremely uncomfortable. The spa is located in the same place as a gym and hair salon? If I had known this and had time I would have made arrangements at another spa in another hotel. I was told when I made the appt. on the phone I could use the sauna & jacuzzi. I was told when I got there it's been broke for awhile. Very disappointing.

nice rooms great service very friendly people, Everything was convienient and easy to go from one place to another. Food values are not the best but the buffet was good quality. All staff were extremely pleasant, much more so than other hotels. Don't ignore the smaller slots, (pennies and nickles), they were fun and seemed to pay at a much higher rate. The Texas hold em game was against the dealer, which is different but seems to give you slightly better odds. This was a better value for your money, than many of the other hotels we stayed at in Atlantic City.

The room was very small,especially the bathroom . The casino smoke was over-powering . Our eyes were burning from the smoke . There was only one breakfast restaurant ( excluding the buffet ) and it was rather dark and not too cheerful with very poor service . We ate there 3 times and each time we had to find either a waitress or waiter to serve us more coffee or water . The valet parking was excellent and the valets were curteous . The check-in and check-out desk was excellent with the people being extremely curteous . All in all we would return , requesting a larger room .

The room smelled. The chairs had stains on them and there was a rattling noise that woke me early in the morning. We were not allowed to bring the baggage cart up to our room wihtout a bell boy. Signage was not clear for entrance and parking, etc.
On a positive note, we did like the view of the marina from our room, unfortunately we did not want to stay in our room any longer than we had to. Internet access required making arrangements with an alternate provider...too much of a hassle, they need to either provide the service free of charge or have the ability to access and charge your room without going to a third party.
