My husband and I where very suprised to see our room. For the hotel to be "Trump Marina", the room was very basic and nothing special to us. Also, we went to use the pool and found that it was closed, due to a young boy kicking out a light in the pool. One of the reasons we wanted to stay there, was to use the pool and other spa areas of the hotel. When we asked for a refund or at least to stay at another one of "Trumps" other casino's we were told no and that there was nothing they could do. We found ourselves spending most of our time in the casino and walking on the board walk. We really were looking forward to spending time swimming in the pool and maybe enjoying a room that should have been something special.

"The Donald" should be ashamed to have his name associated with this dive. They segregate you so unless you are an "executive" member you cannot take their shuttle to the other two Trump hotels in AC, pay for parking and other obnoxious things. Their exercise room closed at 6:00??? Their ATM charged $9 to get less than $50? The rooms had paper-thin walls so loudmouths woke you up at night and noisy neighbors ruined your sleep. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel on the boardwalk.

Hotel needs to be updated. The entire town needs a make over. New Jersey is missing a great chance at having a mega tourist spot because of the bad parts of the town.AC should expand away from the boardwalk and marina area into the center of the city getting rid of the crime ridden area that you must pass thru to get anywhere.The outlet area is a great start,but there is to many other parts of the town that makes AC feel unsafe.These areas look like a crime infested urban area where you do not feel safe traveling thru.New Jersey and AC have not made the full effort in making this a destination resort and because of this it is missing out on a lot of tourist dollars.I am look forward to the day when you can walk around all of AC enjoying the city. As for the current hotels they need to keep updated and strive for better customer service hiring people that have some work ethics.

Right from the start was the worst. Too far off the strip no shuttle for reg people to town charge for guest to valet park no place to eat after midnight, not given room asked for and my sister was given their room on the other floor just a rotten time and will send a letter of complaint to the trump company. Never again and will tell everyone that i can the same. We looked so forward to this stay. And it was bad.....

My sister and I went for a sisters weekend, we wanted a nice getaway. 1st room wreaked of chlorine, front desk said they would meet us at 2nd room to make the change but never came up, we had to schlep back down to the front desk. There was no flip flops at the spa and a huge roach had to be killed in the spa dressing room!! This hotel was definitely not up to the standard I was expecting from a Trump property and we will not be staying here again.

The staff was awful, it was just a big mess about our reservation. When I booked my room I took the 20 dollars bonus (which included free breakfast, free spa, free parking) when I get to the hotel I did not have any of these. It was "buy one, get one free" That was lying to your customer and this is not good for the reputation of your hotel, moreover the staff was just horrible. I do not think that we will come back and I am going to pass the word at my country club that this hotel is not for us.

This was definitely not what I had expected.

The first morning I was too late to discover that no bath towels were in the room. I ended up drying off with two hand towels and a wash cloth. When I asked one of the service people about the absent towels; "All you had to do was call, dude. We would have found some."

The room staff was also "overly active" in the bath, completely re-arranging the contents of my toiletries bag on the vanity, including placing my toothbrush bristles down on top of my hair brush.

The final straw was the disappearance of empty hangars I had packed and hung shirts on in my 2-suiter.


The casino "slot dollars" package was a farce. No one at the signup counter bothered to actually say it had to be used ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN. But, be forewarned, Cinderella, if you check-in at 900p, you have only three hours left in which to use those house dollars.


At least the Trump was an easy cab jaunt(not walkable) to the Borgata across the parkway which was my actual destination.

This hotel was very disappointing. The woman who checked us in was not informative in any way nor was she pleasant to deal with. As we entered our room, one bed had a huge stain on it and the closet and hairdryer were broken.

The only perk to this hotel is that it is near the marina where we went on a happy hour cruise. If you desire an interesting nightlife staying at the Trump Marina is NOT in the prime location for that.

This hotel is best for those of an older age bracket.

It is truly one of the worst and remarkably expensive hotels I have ever stayed. This hotel does not have any chance to have even slight comparison to any decent hotel in Las Vegas. In addition, even during the Saturday night all restaurants and businesses were closed?! Plus there was the smell in the room?! For such rate, bathroom was remarkably unsophisticated – similar to some cheap motel. Very truly did not like that hotel and would never recommend it to anyone!!!

The best thing about this hotel would have been the pool. This hotel and casino was so far away from the boardwalk; it took us 45 minutes to get to the Boardwalk using the Jitney. Housekeeping did not come to make the beds in the room. There was no reasonably priced restaurants inside the hotel or outside because you were too far away from everything. Most of the entertainment (like the nightclub) is only open on the weekends; so for those staying during the week; you will not benefit. I would prefer one of the other Trump hotels and casinos.

The check-in was not until after 6p.m. The only resturant that was open was the buffet,for breakfast and supper.Maid service left us no towels in the room and when you spoke with the maid on the floor she only smiled as she did not speak English.We were very uhappy and our next trip we will stay on the boardwalk.The marina and bar were great as there was a band and light foods,other than that forget it.

The Ethernet connection did not work. There was no desk or table in the room on which to place a laptop although there was a useless couch by the window. In the shower, the basket holder was pulling away from the wall. There were no convenient 110V outlets for plugging in cellphone rechargers. I forgot to bring my razor, so I called housekeeping and they said that I could buy one at the gift shop. There was only one choice of disposable razor at the gift shop and when I used it to shave, it was the worst razor and the most painful shave that I have EVER experienced!

We needed to go to Atlantic City for a convention and booked very late. Trump Marina seemed to be the best hotel that we could get into, but I would never stay there again even though it was fairly cheap.

The hotel needs a lot of work to make it look better. It's been neglected for a very long time. I didn't know how far it would be from the Boardwalk and that made it very inconvenient. It's just not a very appealing facility. The buffet is a joke. For $17.99 there weren't many good selections and it's no wonder why the restaurant was practically empty on a Thursday night. It's kind of inconvenient getting from the parking ramp to the hotel lobby. You have to drag your luggage up an escalator. I didn't see an elevator.

i was very upset because of the room i was assinged to. The bathroom was horrible. I was garanteed a king size bed and was not given one. I ordered food twice from rooom service and the food was not enjoyable. I ended up spending most of my stay at the tropicana. I even checked out a day earlier. I think the for what we paid for this two night stay this was a waste of money. i Went there for my birthday and I did not enjoy your hotel. The only thing that was a little better was the casino

The room smelled. The chairs had stains on them and there was a rattling noise that woke me early in the morning. We were not allowed to bring the baggage cart up to our room wihtout a bell boy. Signage was not clear for entrance and parking, etc.
On a positive note, we did like the view of the marina from our room, unfortunately we did not want to stay in our room any longer than we had to. Internet access required making arrangements with an alternate provider...too much of a hassle, they need to either provide the service free of charge or have the ability to access and charge your room without going to a third party.
