hoping to get some discount on my next trippIhave e mailed before but not received anything att all the hotel ws very good sure come back spent some good day's there. the people are nice the only poblem is the elevator on a trafic day it could take some time to come up !heard some people complaining. as for the rest is fine. hope to receive some free promotion so we can spent some canadian dollars par with the usa byeee

The hotel is in a very nice location and we enjoyed our visit. The check in service was very quick and all of our information was in the system. We found parking to be an issue up and down the strip and always a charge. Being a guest and using your casino one would expect parking to be provided at no charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay at hotel and we plan on visiting Atlantic City three or four times a year.

The overall stay was average. The night scene would have been dull at best if not for the dozens of bachelorette parties. I had no idea that so many women spent their last night as a single woman in A/C. The energy levels were amazingly high while the drinking tolerance levels were so low. But when one of my guests left their credit cards in the hotel room after checkout, the hotel/casino security team came to the rescue. The cleaning staff immediately contacted management, who then contacted the security team.

I have stayed at the Tropicana several times and with each visit have been treated extremely well and the hotel in general is very clean. We also enjoyed the air show that just happened to be going on when we were there. The entire Casino and Hotel are very enjoyable to visit. We plan on returning again either later in the year or possibly again next summer. I want to thank the personnel who work at the resort many times over for being so friendly.

I hadn't been to Atlantic City in twelve years. Decided to take my girlfriend and check it out. We had a great time, won some money and enjoyed and the shops and services. We were only there one night which really wasn't enough time to see all the possibilities in the complex. We met some friendly patrons and even got treated to a meal by one of your frequent customers. I plan to return and spent more time there in the future. All in all it was a great time.

My daughter and myself took her three children to see the ocean for the first time. We stayed at the Tropicana. It was a very nice hotel. The location was great. It was a bit difficult taking children there because this hotel seems to be geared to accommodate adults. The hotel did go out of its way to accommodate our arriving one day early. They found us connecting rooms large enough to accommodate three children and two adults with a living area between the rooms. The only problem was that the television in the living area did not work. They did send a repair man to fix it but it only worked for one day. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel.

I stayed at the Tropicana the last time I stayed over night in Atlantic City. My Experience was okay then, which is why we returned to the Tropicana. This time, however, the glitter!!!! or ambiance was different. I was not satisfied with the size of the room and its amenities, i.e. the sitting area very tight (uncomfortable), no coffee pot, no radio, would have had to pay for TV music access, morning paper only once, only paid access to the internet, and the sign- in indicated that it was not secure, then asked for my credit card information.

There was always a long wait for the elevator.

The staff was hospitable, receptive, and very helpful with giving direction.

Everything was fine except the brawl that happened across the hall. About 12:00 that evening, security was called and almost an hour later, the group was finally escorted out. This was not appreciated.
Other than that the casino has improved, but maybe more signs are needed for direction. We still couldn't get our bearings on where to go for things.
The bed in the room was comfortable which was a plus after a busy day of traveling and enjoying the casino after our arrival.

The hotel itself was nice. But the room, it took them from the time we checked in, until 11:00pm to come and check out our tv that did not work. The 1 light had a short in it and the carpet in front of the frig was all wet and the switch at the front door didn't work. it also took them over an hour to come get our luggage. other than that we had a great stay. The magic show was great.

This hotel is good for a night out of dinner and drinks. The places to eat in the Quarter area are very good restaurants. The casino could use some work, needs to pull you in more. The room is too dull and closed in; it could use more around it and needs to open more tables up at all hours. The rooms are very nice and not dirty. They are not five star, but get what you pay for. I would suggest this hotel for a getaway.

I was at this hotel many times,but it does not give you many comps, I wish it would have coffee pots in its rooms.I will see if they send me any comps and,they maybe I will return again.I will always go to Atlantic City but not sure what hotel I will stay in.I will stay at the hotel that gives you back good comps.Like free rooms or free food,or money back.This is why most people have those card you put in the machine for good comps. And my Husband & I did not get any comps from the Tropicana hotel but he said we would try it one more time.I hope they send us good comps or will will probably stay at a different hotel next vacation.

Nice amenities. Not as upscale as some, but better than some. Rooms are assigned based on how much you pay. We were in the West Tower, which was as far from the casino as any other tower in the complex. The elevators were horrible in the morning when check-out time came around. The incoming parking situation, when check-in time came around, was a nightmare. There wasn't enough parking guys and bell boys. We didn't have internet connection in the room. The best part was the no-fee parking when you were a guest.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I stayed at the North Tower on the 9th floor. The outdoor pool was on the same tower on the 6th floor. The boardwalk was easily accessible. The employees were polite and willing to help you. All my request were met. This is my second time staying at the Tropicana. The shopping store locations was great. I loved the Cuban set up. The hotel restaurant food and room service is also excellent. Great deal for the price.

We enjoyed our stay, didn't want to go home. The elevators didn't work in West Towers very well, we waited 20 minutes for one to open only to find it full,couldn't get to Casino. Corky's for breakfast was delicious & quick. The Irish Pub - Ri Ra has great dinners. The assistance on Casino floor very helpful.Check-in clerk not pleasant,I was just another number. No ice had to wait for elevator to go up 2 floors.
