The hotel was fantastic. Our room had a fabulous view and was very spacious. It also had a jacquzzi which added something special to the room. The staff was pleasant and always urteous. The casino was a fun place to play. Clean and many games to choose from. There were too many shops and restaurants to choose from. That is always a good thing! You would definitely never be bored at the Tropicana. We will recommend it to everyone we know. It is definitely our favorite in Atlantic City and we plan to come back as often as possible. We had a great time overall and can't wait to do it again.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. They have so much to offer. The rooms are always great. The entertainment is always great. The places to eat are always good. The new Quarter makes this resort very nice. There is alot of shops to browse in and even a deli that reminds us of a New York Deli, almost any way. Just walking through the Quarter is enjoyable. They make you feel like you are outside in some places of the Quarter and you are really safe inside from the outdoor elements. We would go back to this resort again many times if we could. We also enjoy their pool and hot tub!

Everything we needed was either in the hotel already or located on the boardwalk. Brand new shopping mall is great! New and upscale shops within the mall and completely new so no lines or huge crowds! I loved the shopping and dining in the hotel. Spa was fabulous! Very trendy and beautiful spa, employees were friendly and professional. Everyone at the hotel and casino seemed to be in the best of moods and were extremely friendly and happy. Not to mention RED SQUARE restaurant was gorgeous. Lush dark red interior with private red velvet booths for each couple, deep red drapes that were able to close off each nook/booth were you dined. I loved the ambiance of this restaurant, perfect for the romantic dinner for two. Not to mention the food was exquisite. I loved my short stay at this resort and would come back again, the rates were a steal at $65 a night after looking up the rooms online.

I would defenetly stay at this hotel again. We had such a great time and we did not have to go to another casino to gamble. My boyfriend plays poker and it was great that you had a poker room in the casino because some hotels do not and we have to travel to another casino to gamble. The rooms were nice and there were alot of resurants to choice from right in the casino so we didn't have to travel outside, plus the check in was not different locations to check in and out was nice no waiting in long lines, the show we saw was excellent "the best of broadway". We had such a great time we would defenetly stay again.

I thought the Hotel was beautiful and classy. I loved the fact that I didn't have to leave the Tropicana Hotel for anything. Everything was right there like food, shops, gambling, entertainment and casino. It was a great experience and anytime I visit Atlantic City this will be my choice. It's a beautiful city inside one hotel. "City Tropicana", would be my own personal name for the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone I know who wants to go to Atlantic City. Plus, I found great parking and access to the rest of Atlantic City via the Boardwalk which was just a step out of the door.

Very clean and spacious room.....but, I heard everything in the hallway at night time......banging of doors, domestic fight that was handled very swiftly by security. Only problem I found with the room stay was the noisy hallway. Loved the shopping and restaurants and it was a great overnight stay in AC. Went to the Pier and could have spent all night browsing the shops. Gambled a bit but was travelling with my 16 year old daughter and didn't want to leave her alone. We really had a nice overnight get away and would recommend for the price on a Sunday evening.

We have stayed here a few times, and it is wonderful. We always have a great time. The rooms are clean and there is a lot to do. The casino, shopping, movie shows etc. If you dont want to gamble you can always find something else to do. It is also on the beach so you can walk the boardwalk or go on the beach. The service is wonderful, everybody is always very friendly and helpful. There are also many restaurants to chose from. The only thing I didn't like is we were charged $1.00 to order room service and $2.00 for delivery. Other than that this hotel is great!

my stay at tropicana was wonderful. the hotel was clean, comfortable and everything i expected it to be. I just wished the room service would have been alittle quicker than what it was. the staff was very helpful and pleasant from the time we arrived till we checked out the next day.The pool and spa should be opened to a later time on weekends so that couples coming in after work will have the luxery of relaxing when they arrive. Overall my stay was wonderful and i had a great time with my girlfriend and she loved every minute of her first time in atlantic city.

Disappointed that the room requested was not available and that the front desk was not helpful in advising. I expected that since the room was pre-booked and paid for - I would obtain the type of room that I wanted.
However, the restaurants were amazing, the casino fun and the casino staff were exceptional. The parking valets were helpful and courteous.
The only other problem with the hotel is that my room was extremely far from the main desk. Getting lost was extremely easy in the hotel. Unless you noticed the signs, you walked in circles trying to find either a store, the casino or the front desk.

The suite was excellent, a king size bed, divider wall with an extra sitting room. The bedroom section as well as the sitting room each had their own television. The casino is huge, and the closest thing to a Las Vegas hotel or casino that I have found yet in Atlantic City. Cuba Libre is hands down the best restaurant in Atlantic City, and is in this hotel along wit h other great places to eat. Every time i go to atlantic City, i have to go to trop, even if only to eat or buy treats for my dog as well.

I reserved (2)rooms 1-room twin beds,and the other room king size bed.I was told that was not available,so twin beds it was for both rooms.I am a very tall man so i find the king size bed more suitable to my comfort needs.I am willing to look past this,only to be acommondated in the very near future with my reservation request.Me and my family travel to atlantic city often and i would stay with you again if all our need are met.I also found the buffet price was high compared to some of the other hotels.But my overall stay was good.

I would like to start by saying that I had a fabulous time. The accomodations were upgraded to an immaculate room with ocean views. The staff, security, etc. was very helpful in assisting us with our needs and in guiding us to our destinations for the day/evening. The Havana was great too. Nice music, atmosphere and the drinks were great. The dealers were helpful in explaining games and rules to us. During our stay, we became time-share owners. Hope to visit soon to enjoy other hotels, casinos, etc. again soon. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will recommend others to visit.

I liked staying at the Trop because I like the Old Havan feel of the hotel. I also like the restaurants, like Carmine's, and I like to gamble and look at the shops. I especiallylike the little grocery store; it's very convenient. The rooms, even the standard rooms, are nice to stay in, and comfortable. My friends and I went there for my birthday, and they all had a great time there. We loved the rooms (except we would have liked to have a refridgerator) and we liked the decor of the hotel. Thanks for a great stay, again!

Great Hotel, excellent shopping, awesome Imax experience. I only had a problem with the casino experience. The casinos need to be a little more ventillated, because of all the smokers, a non-smoking section would have been nice and would have given a more comfortable environment. Imax theater was awesome, as that was my first time, and that I wasnt even aware there was one on the premises. The scenery of the shopping areas and how they intertwined with the hotel and casino was incredibly done. All in all, my significant other and I had a great experience and will definetely book another stay in the near future!
