My first stay at Atlantic City was great! Once I got to know the Tropicana it was very user friendly. Just wish I would have know to get a card that would count towards my gambling for comp points. Didn't win, but I would still return! Clean hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are signs everywhere to help you and if you need to ask the staff they are more than happy to help you.
I didn't win, but I plan on returning as soon as I can! Thanks, Karen in PA

This hotel was romantic, and fun. The bars and restaurants were great. The room was stunning with a terrific view! I felt like I was a V.I.P. =). The Tropicana was in a great location , walking distance to all the other resorts. Parking was also outstanding. Plenty of parking spots and I felt my car was secure and that means a lot cause I am a car nut and worry about vandalism and theft 24/7. Overall I would love to go back to the Tropicana with my girlfriend and make another trip and have make great memories!

I stayed in the North Tower of the Tropicana Hotel for two nights. I found my room to be clean and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. I enjoyed that I could look out over the city and see the ocean too. It felt safe in the Tropicana including going to and from the parking garage. Maid service was fine and had everything I needed when I arrived. I will stay at the Tropicana when I return to Atlantic City later in the fall.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, on top of that we had to apply an additional $50.00 refundable 6-8 weeks via mail after check out. I enjoyed Cuba Libre and the Quarter very nice. For a minute I thought we had arrived at an airport...lol The valet, bell boy and front desk were very pleasant. I would visit Tropicana, but would not pay to spend the night, not worth the price. What I liked the most about Tropicana was it's diversity...multi cultural. Thanks!

Checked into Tropicana at 10PM - guaranteed arrival, pre-paid. Clerk told me the meeting I came to attend did not exist - 20 minutes later "found" it. Went to my room - was given handicap room (I'm not)- room was filthy-never prepared for next guest. When bags were delivered, told to call manager, but he wouldn't answer the phone. Called housekeeping who said it was my fault - they couldn't access "my" room with their key. Took 1/2 hour for them to get there. They re-made bed & pretended to clean bathroom - which amounted to picking up wet towels & providing clean dry towels...bathroom was still filthy. Had no refrigerator or in room coffee. No maid service provided next day - a problem because handicaped shower allowed water all over bathroom. On check out told there was no complaint logged, so how could they do anything - remember, the manager didn't answer phone! Added $2.00 charge for using 800 service on phone - used hotel phone only to register wake-up call. I was told the charge is added to all rooms - and the desk clerk said couldn't be removed. The Manager did - and said would send me a certificate for "complimentary stay" - why would I ever go back? Worst accommodations I ever experienced - even third world countries have been fantastic - so what's the problem here?

This was our second time at the Tropicana and we really liked it. I also stayed for a weekend with my daughters. Mother daughter bonding and went to a show.The rooms are clean, service is great and the casino is nice.
We also like the location of the Tropicana because it is close to the shops and you do not have to walk far to get to other activities. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

I would rate my stay at the Tropicana Casino & Hotel as Excellent A
I am very likely to return to the Tropicana Hotel And would definitely recommend it to friends.
Overall value for price was great.
My Reservations were well in order.
The staff is very friendly and hospitable.
Rooms were comfortable and clean and everything in the hotel in working order.
I enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana a lot better.
I was also impressed with how they provided shuttle service to/from other Casino.
I have had nothing but positive experiences.
This hotel made me feel comfortable.
My family and I really appreciated how we had to have a room key to enter into the building after certain hours.

Would stay at your hotel again. The new wing added is beautiful. Its like being in Las Vegas. Excellant choice of resturants to choose from.
My children love the Imax Theater.
Would tell all my friends and family to stay at your hotel and casino. Shopped at White Horse Black Market (great store). Also had dinner at PF Changs (great Food), would go back again.
We will be back on July 3 for my children to go to the movies at you Imax theater ( we will be bringing some friends too).

I really liked the hotel. The shopping was great and the restaurants are fabulous! Everyone in the hotel and casino was very friendly and helpful. Although everything there was very expensive and I was definitely down on my luck! I lost every bit of the $250 I brought to gamble with and was only up $40!!! The rooms were very clean and the maids were very nice. They weren't noisy in the morning or rude. Tango's lounge had really talented entertainment with Tony Sands charming the guests of "the Quarter" with classic Frank Sinatra songs. I had a lovely time and I'm looking forward to going again, but next time with my girlfriends to hit the night life!

Very nice for a getaway. Clean room. A good time. The casino was in a good location to enjoy a walk on the boardwalk and also to enjoy other casinos. The service was good . P F Changs was great also enjoyed a40 oz at A DAM GOOD Sports bar. The shopping atmosphere in the Quarter was very nice,a little pricey. I would definitly go back again soon!! The summer would be awesome for a family getaway. You could enjoy the boardwalk a little more than in March. You don't even have to leave the Tropicana if you don't want to cause everything is right there.

My room was fantastic, people were nice, lost at the casino but still had fun, tons of pretty ladies...yipeeeee! great in room movies...food was pretty good. There were great bars and restarants directly in the hotel which made partying very convienent...i would recomend this hotel/casino to all my freinds..i came from baltimore with 3 of my friends and we all had a blast although my one friend drank to much and passed out 2 hours after we got there...the main bar next to the casino (mangos) proved a great place to get hammered and meet women

The hotel is beautiful and the people in the casinos were great. It was easy to check in however the lady that checked me in was not that friendly and did not want to see my copy of the confirmation I had printed out. I had requested smoking room and confirmed it with her at check in, but was given a non smoking room. It was too crowded to make the change at that time. Other than that, it was great.
I liked all the shops and resturants that hotel offers. We would stay here again and would recommend friends to stay here as well.

Everything went great for us. The only problem we had was that we booked online and booked the Havana Tower and at check in we were not in the Havana Tower. The clerk was able to get us into a room in the Havana Tower since we were travelling with other people and had requested that location. The room was very nice and had a nice view of the ocean. We didn't leave the Trpoicana Resort at all. The casino was great, Carmine's restaurant where we celebrated a birthday was wonderful. Everything worked out and we had a great time and hope to return soon.

The room we had was excellent. Just wish we could have won some money, but that is the way the cookie crumbles. Maybe next time. If you ever get a chance to go see the show The Ledgens please go see it. The show was wonderful. The hotel was a challenge to get around in but we did manage to find our way around. The personnel was very friendly and gave very good directions. Need to eat at the Seaside Cafe. Excellent food. And don't forget to sign up for your comp cards when you get to the hotel. The only thing is you can't get your money for 48 hours afterwards.

I enjoyed my stay. I am thinking about going there to stay again. I will book my room a little earlier this time. I would like to get a little more information about the Hotel. I didn't get to view everything in the hotel. I enjoyed the fact that there was machines of all denominations. I enjoyed the fact that there was no smoking sections. I would like to see more side restaurants. Like a Pizza Shop. I would like to see a place in the hotel that you could shop for soverniors. The ones they had in the hotel weren't that good.
