As my first time in Atlantic City, I enjoyed myself greatly. The hotel check in was easy as 123. The employees were always a great help. Not once did I encounter a rude employee. The room was great; nice comfortable bed,clean and the room always stayed cool. I also had a great view of all of Atlantic City, beach and the other hotels in the area. The casinos were excellent. Though I was unlucky, I enjoyed myself playing the machines and earning points for my winnings. The food was on point for a very decent price. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who are thinking to get away for a while. Tropicana is where it is at. Nice hotel for a great price. You will enjoy every minute spent. Thanks Tropicana, I will be returning very soon this time with more people.

Nice amenities. Not as upscale as some, but better than some. Rooms are assigned based on how much you pay. We were in the West Tower, which was as far from the casino as any other tower in the complex. The elevators were horrible in the morning when check-out time came around. The incoming parking situation, when check-in time came around, was a nightmare. There wasn't enough parking guys and bell boys. We didn't have internet connection in the room. The best part was the no-fee parking when you were a guest.

My friend and myself had a wonderful time. It was his first time there and was very impressed. We both will definitely be going again. I had not been in Atlantic City for quite some time and forgot all that I had missed. The hotel was gorgeous, clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was quite a variety of things to do besides gambling. The shops, the dining. We both agreed that one night is not near enough time for all the things that we wanted to do. We will make sure that our next stay is much longer, nonetheless we had a wonderful time. Thanks for having us.

Great room at the Tropicana, and was very impressed with the no smoking policy in the casino. The staff was excellent. Will stay there in the future. The beach is clean and the parking was quite easy. Hope at the next stay to get a room with a beach view, but the king size bed was worth the trip. Just didn't get a chance to visit all the shops and the restaurants. Like having a live band in the casino bar on a Monday. Good idea.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I stayed at the North Tower on the 9th floor. The outdoor pool was on the same tower on the 6th floor. The boardwalk was easily accessible. The employees were polite and willing to help you. All my request were met. This is my second time staying at the Tropicana. The shopping store locations was great. I loved the Cuban set up. The hotel restaurant food and room service is also excellent. Great deal for the price.

We enjoyed our stay, didn't want to go home. The elevators didn't work in West Towers very well, we waited 20 minutes for one to open only to find it full,couldn't get to Casino. Corky's for breakfast was delicious & quick. The Irish Pub - Ri Ra has great dinners. The assistance on Casino floor very helpful.Check-in clerk not pleasant,I was just another number. No ice had to wait for elevator to go up 2 floors.

When we arrived at the hotel we immediately went to check in and we were able to get into our rooms right away. Check-in and check-out was so easy. The reservation counter were polite and friendly.
(Especially Charlie). He was fantastic. he waiters and waitresses were also very friendly and accommodating. We really had a great time and we will definitely come back to stay at the Tropicana.
Rooms were clean and housekeeping were always around asking if we needed anything.

The amount of money we spent this weekend in A.C. - I could have went to the Bahamas for the same amount and got the pleasure of going to the Bahamas. The window in the room we stayed in was ridiculously too high - could not see out of them. The pool was too small to accommodate all the kids and people in it. I don't think we would stay in AC again !

The beach was dirty - too many shells in the sand.

I would second guess a stay at the Tropicana. There are much better hotels with better amenities for the money. There was a significant lack of service. The help is actually quite miserable people. This day of age no high speed internet? The casino was nice but in turn you gamble for hours on end with no comps?? If I had to rate the trop on a scale of one to ten against other casinos in Atlantic City I would give a 5. Over priced for your return

The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the variety of shops, food selection, and casino slot selections. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and will highly recommend this place to all out of towners. In the future, plan to make reservations for the same place since the price was reasonable and the service was great. Rooms, hallways, and all other aspects of the hotel stays clean and neat. Thanks for a great stay!

As a first time visitor, it took us some time to understand the Tropicana layout and to realize that the friendly staff is positioned throughout the facility to help direct people. We also did not find that the activities were well advertised and, as a result, did not take advantage of those activities. We would, perhaps, get more out of our stay if we were to visit a second time.
We found that casino tables were readily available and enjoyed the experience, although several of the dealers could have benefitted from a personality course. We found the slots to be as fun as throwning money into a wishing well. There was not much action to entice a player to play on.

I like the location, atmosphere and entertainment. The shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. Checking in and out was pleasant. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I like the way the hotel is arranged. I have received discount vouchers from the hotel in the past and look forward to receiving more. I plan to visit Atlantic City again this year and plan to reserve a room at the Tropicana. I enjoy the healthy environment of slots and areas that are smoking prohibited. In the past, all the smoking was a turn off.

My first stay at Atlantic City was great! Once I got to know the Tropicana it was very user friendly. Just wish I would have know to get a card that would count towards my gambling for comp points. Didn't win, but I would still return! Clean hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are signs everywhere to help you and if you need to ask the staff they are more than happy to help you.
I didn't win, but I plan on returning as soon as I can! Thanks, Karen in PA

This hotel was romantic, and fun. The bars and restaurants were great. The room was stunning with a terrific view! I felt like I was a V.I.P. =). The Tropicana was in a great location , walking distance to all the other resorts. Parking was also outstanding. Plenty of parking spots and I felt my car was secure and that means a lot cause I am a car nut and worry about vandalism and theft 24/7. Overall I would love to go back to the Tropicana with my girlfriend and make another trip and have make great memories!
