I was not impressed at all with this visit.
I have visited the Tropicana numerous times
with conventions and always had a wonderful time. At that time it was Tropworld. On my next visit I would like to stay at one of the other Casino's. Anytime I stayed in Atlantic City, it was at the Tropicana. In all fairness I know that some re-modeling is being done, this might have something to do with it, however I find that courtesy was lacking.....Thank You

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana. The restaurants were great (except the buffet). We went to the Comedy Stop at the Trop and laughed ourselves silly! We also enjoyed the IMAX theater there. After a long day of walking it was nice to just go and relax. The casino was very nice and people were helpful and friendly. The room was huge and had a great jacuzzi tub. We would definitely stay there again. I would recommend that if cost is an issue, then stay during the week - the rates are much, much lower!

This was a nice hotel. It had a really good buffet and a very nice casino. The rooms could have been better. The beds were not impressive at all. If your intent is to gamble, this hotel would be fine. It is within walking distance of several other very nice casino hotels also. It is right on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean out most of the windows. The "chair" taxis are usually waiting at the door as you exit onto the boardwalk to take you where ever you want to go.

Casino hostess never meet our needs when ask for something to drink she never brought it to us. She was unfriendly, she looked at us like we were bothering her. She made us feel very uncomfortable. We spent a lot of money there for her to be rude to us. We will consider this when we come back to Atlantic City for out next romantic getaway. We will consider other hotels before this one. We never get discounts sent to us like the other hotels in Atlantic City. We got better service from other hotels compared to this one.

The room was a standard hotel room. It was very clean. Our biggest problems were trying to get hot water in the shower. At first it seemed like the water was just luke warm. Upon jiggling the faucets the second day we took showers we finally got some hot water. Also, we chose to self park on a Friday night-big mistake! We were unfamiliar with the hotel parking garage area. My husband was lost for 30 minutes while I registered and he couldn't reach me to tell me he was lost because I could not get any cell phone service in the hotel lobby.

The hotel was beautiful. There are so many shops and restaurants. It was also clean.

The remote in the room wasn't working and we received a new one in less than 1 hour.

Next time we would like to get room over the beach. I lived in New Jersey for most of my life and moved out to the mid-west. I miss the shore and really enjoy coming back every year. Atlantic City seems to grow more each time we visit.

The Tropicana Resort is the best deal in Atlantic City. I had the opportunity to stay at Tropicana before and the experience was the same, very good experience. As an airline pilot I had the opportunity to travel around the world and rate hotels for my company, I strongly recommend The Tropicana as one of the best resort around the world.

My wife was very happy with the room and the service. She could not stop taking photos of the hotel to show to her friend.

The only problem we found was getting drinks while playing on the casino floor, we ordered and they never arrived and the person was very rude when we asked for the Third time about our drinks. The other casinos on the strip we had no problem with getting what we asked for while playing. The rest of the staff and food were excellent as were the shows we saw while there. Other then the waitress on the floor being rude I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided excellent services but unfortunately they gave us a room that had a view facing a brick wall (room 947 north tower). It really wasn't that big of a deal since we really booked a room to sleep, more than anything else. Room was clean, food was delicious, staff was courteous, hotel room price reasonable. They had an outdoor pool but we were unable to make use of it because of the horrible weather. Now if the damn slots machines just weren't so damn stingy.

We had a great time. The people were really nice and friendly. If we had any trouble they dealt with it right away.The room was a good size plus it was nice and clean.It was in a nice spot on the Broadwalk. It's not in all the action but it's close enough. We still get to have a nice walk and spend time alone with the one you love. The machines and tables were alittle tight but we still had a good time playing them.
So if you're thinking of going here good chose.

The hotel service was very accommodating.We arrived very early and were able to check in a few hours before check our regular check in time. The room was very clean and spacious. Good costumer service received when needed. There was always something different to do such as, clubbing, swimming at the pool, hanging out at the casino, shopping or just having a nice dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have fun and spend a good time.

Overall Our stay at the hotel was nice and relaxing. We had a really great time. The new Havana tower is beautiful. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from and also plenty of stores to shop at. The casino has plenty of tables and machines to play. The machines are updated and are all fun to play. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip. I'm hoping next time we do stay, we get a chance to go visit the spa.

My husband and I had a great stay . The valet parking was a problem with us. Things have changed in this area and no one bother to explain to us how this all works now. Some valet were rude about . You know it does not take a great effort to take a few minutes to explain the changes. Other than that it was great. I would stay there again and will be sure to tell my family what a great stay I had. Again, thank you.

My experience with Atlantic City was very good. I have utilized your website before and our experience was top shelf. We will utilize your website in the future. I was disappointed in my cost for the room on a Saturday night. I had been to the Tropicana Hotel in July and thought this would award me a better price. I will return but I will not pay that much to stay on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, we are still working and the weekend travel becomes our best opportunity. Overall a nice trip.
