Everything was fairly great. The only complaint that I had was the shower in the bathroom. There was no tub and the whole floor got wet when I would finish. There was also a thumbing coming from the ceiling when other people would take showers other than that I had a good time. I had fun in the casino's. The view from my hotel room was great. The mall was walking distance which was very enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My boyfriend and I had a great time and I would definitely return again for another trip.

This hotel is very clean and new but there problem at shower facet in the bathroom.
I heard this hotel is brand new but some work like installation facets and some caulking work were not done correctly.
I want you guys check every rooms for small things like that I mentioned above.
Otherwise, everything is good and nice.
Oops, one more thing, if someone who stays hotel
you guys give them free parking. I paid $5 dollars for parking fee and I paid $750 for stay hotel 2 days. I think this is not fair.
I recomend that if someone stay in hotel give him/her free parking.

It was confusing to find our way to check-in from the parking garage and took a little too long after being stuck in traffic. We also got a little lost re-finding the parking garage when leaving the hotel.

I didn't spend as much time as I would have liked at the casino, so I only saw a very small part of it. I was also with a non-gambler, who was there with me only to see the Rolling Stones at Boardwalk Hall that night. I might have enjoyed the hotel a little more if I was with my casino buddies! Next time I am in Atlantic City I do plan to check out the hotel's casino again and see what it has. I hope it's in the very near future.

Actually we had 3 couples (all over 50) get together and go to the Trop for dinner, gambling, shopping and Karaoke. We just love the Karaoke bar you have and the Mohitos at the cuban restaurant. We had a marvelous dinner at he Italian restaurant and enjoyed shopping and the casino. We definitely will be back! We were surprised that the 3 rooms were different, however, I was the one that made the reservations but we received a room that did not have a refrigerator (as on of the rooms did) or a bar (as another of the rooms did) and we all paid the same price. I booked the 3 rooms online at the same time. Also, when we checked in, the line was extremely long and we had to wait approximately 45 minutes. There were open terminals but no one was manning them for checkin. Other than that our time spent at the trop was wonderful.

Thank you for allowing me to rate your Hotel. I think the Hotel overall was very nice. I did think that my hotel room could use a little work though.I thought that the room was a little plain and cold appearence wise.It really needed new carpet and trim work. I also think that the bed and linens were not of a fresh smell. i know that they changed the bedding but it just did not smell fresh. The TV also didn't work great; i could not get movies or check my portfolio. I think that the Hotel has great restauraunts within and the bars and nightlife are great as well. There is plenty to do to have fun.

I was very pleased with the whole process, from check-in to check-out, the Tropicana accomodations were superior. My wife and I are not big gamblers, although we do enjoy playing the slot machines, there were plenty of activities, shops and entertainment to keep us busy. We came to Atlantic City for a weekend getaway and were not disapointed. It has been about 25 years since our last visit, it wont be that long until our next!

I was VERY surprised that the hotel charged unusually high internet fees. This is the first time I have ever paid for internet service at a hotel. All the hotels, which I have stayed in for the last ? years, (even cruise lines have limited access) had free internet services in the room in addition to multiple computers readily available for guests in a designated area. I heard other guests making negative comments about internet services. Before I booked a room again, I would check your internet accessibility and policy. This is an important issue which should be seriously addressed. It is also something which could be easily resolved.

Liked the fact that i did not have to enter through the casino to get to my room.
There was a good selection of food and shopping.
Would be nice if there was wireless internet and if all rooms were equipped with high speed accress. The amenities were scanty, and the food was overpriced. There were no low cost options. It took a very long time to get my car out of the valet parking, making it easier to self park.

We were so excited to play in the casino where we stayed so every other amenity was a bonus. We would like to have seen more options online and probably would have stayed in the the Havana if we had viewed the rooms first. The restaurants were great (P F Chang and Carmine's). There was a nice variety of slots and we learned roulette for a nice change. We were looking for more $5 tables.

Most staff were friendly except for a women at the front desk who was rather curt in her response to our query regarding the check-in time. In trying to edit I cannot correct the response that this visit was for a "romantic getaway" which it was NOT.

I really enjoyed the hotel and casino. My girl friend and i had a great time there. we were with another couple who were there on there first weekend away together. I absolutely loved the sounds of philly and enjoyed dinner at pf changs. spent alot of time at the shops also with my girl friend. she had a great time shopping there and i had a great time in the casino. it was a little late in the year to enjoy the outside cause it was chilly and windy but it was still nice to take a walk on the boardwalk in the early afternoon.

I loved the mall. I felt like I was on a cruise ship. The stores and restaurants are great. Can't wait to go back. The Havana Cuba atmosphere was a lot of fun. I want to go the The Libre restaurant next time. The Tango bar was fun. I met some people from New York. They bought my friend and I a glass of wine. It was delicious. Also went to an Irish pub type restaurnat but can't remember the name of it. The Casino was great. Drank champagne. Walked the boardwalk one day. It was a beautiful day. Thanks.

Tropicana offers almost everything a person could dream of. Great restuarants such as Carmine's, many exciting shopping stores and great hospitality among the employees and other people. Alittle disappointed that I didn't get the king size bed as asked, but the stay was very comfortable! The casino was wild - however there should be more bars in this casino because it was alittle difficult to find one and also ask the casino waitresses for drinks. The location is perfect - right off the waters and the Boardwalk. Not too far from other Casino hotels... I recommend everyone to take a serious notice on this hotel!

I like prompt business and the room service was slow and the check in time was not efficient the check in desk people act as if they are all new.

All though the rooms were beautiful I was amazed by the cleanliness of the rooms they were quite large and the casino floor was not it was the worst of all I went down the elevator to get lunch and from the time I got off the elevator the security was following me and they were quite rude I carried the key with me everywhere. But they were not business like what I was comfortable considering I am not a gambler and I did not step on the casino floors I was not amazed by that the hotel itself I was happy.

Loved the hotel and the shopping quarter but the shops were mostly out of my price range. Food selection was okay, a bit over priced if you ask me. But we had fun! It is also a shame that the outdoor pool wasn't open when the weather was right for swimming, even though the season had finished I still think the pool should stay open for hotel patrons if the weather is still warm enough. Staff were a little rude on checkin. I am used to nice friendly staff in Australia and a little smile and a thankyou is always appreciated.

Check in well organized, think the luggage storage is a great idea and helpful to early arrivers and late leavers. Check out also well organized. Room very nice, casino good with many penny and nickle slot machines. Found many nice stores and great restaurants. Especially liked the Market Place Deli for morning coffee and snacks.

Hotel is sort of isolated from other casinos escept the Hilton. However the bus does run frequently between the other casinos. I do feel that $2.00 for each ride is a little expensive. Would like to see a daily pass for say $5.00 and ride as many times as you wish.

Enjoyed having the hotel on the boardwalk.
