My stay was good we stayed at the Havana side I liked it much better we ate at the palms the food was'nt that great but all in all our stay was romantic and pleasurable and we would reccomeend it to our friends we are considering a weekend with our children and hopefully we can get a chance to enjoy the pool and spa and another restaurant it was a pleasure i dont have much more to say i would rate our stay 5 out of 5 and we will definitely be back with our children for another stay . We enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana. We have stayed in other hotels in the past but we found this one to be great for the price. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had adjoining rooms and my aunt and uncle could stay in one room and we stayed in the other. It was nice that we did not have to go out in the hall everytime we wanted to get together. We ate at several of the restuarants on site but our favorite was the buffet we had during brunch. My aunt and uncle are older and my aunt needed a wheelchair throughout her stay at the hotel. The hotel accomidated us very well. They made it easy for them during their stay. We also used the parking garage and it was very convienient and easy to get to . We also used the valet and it was prompt and well organized. I would stay at the Tropicana again. The shops and the lobby are very well prepared and look very inviting. The staff was helpful and checkin went very smooth. I hope to stay at the hotel again at my next visit to Atlantic City.

my wife and I were staying here for our honeymoon, but this was a big mistake. We kept telling the desk this be they insisted wew ere not in Las Vegas and there was nothing they could do special for us. We hope in the future that the trop casino and hotel will take into consideration that maybe a special bottle of champagne or breakfast in bed or a comped romantic dinner can be included with the room, just to make a married couple feel somewhat special on their honeymoon. we had to change our room three different times because of problems with our rooms, first we just had a room with 2 beds, well that asn't going to work, although it would have brought us closer together as we slept, then we were given a room with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was broke, then finally a room that was nice and everything worked. still, the desk did not offer anything special for us being we were there on our honey moon,we were kind of dis a pponted. we would stay there again, but we do hope that the trop does make some changes and maybe add some things for married people or anniversaries.

I was really impressed @ by how spectacular the hotel was I was pleased with the service and the rooms I came with my family including an 8 and 13 year old boys whom you could almost never please but they really enjoyed the stay as well from the rooms to the restaurants and stores. For them also becuase it was so convienent because of the IMAX theater and because it was close to a Burger King and the beach. I really enjoyed the stores I was able to shop in and also the entertainment. I will definitely be back. I also recommend the hotel to my friends and family when they say they are going to Atlantic City.

Enjoyed the Tropicana so much that my husband and I have been back several times since our first visit in 8/05, the most recent visit on 8/18/06. Love the Fiesta Buffet, Cuba Libre, and the general ambiance of the hotel and casino. Enjoyed the shows ("Floor Play", and the Comedy Stop), and the pool. Love the palm trees, the palm fans, and the great latin music played throughout the Quarter areas. It makes you feel as if you're in the tropics without leaving the US! Going back on 10/13/06 for 2 night stay. Hope to see the new show "Viva Casino" this time around. I would suggest that the hotel management consider the building of a kids pool (near the tennis courts) because sometimes the young ones in the regular pool can be annoying. Also, the temperature regulation in the casino and other portions of the hotel (that is not including the actual accomodations) can be better - sometims too hot. In general, my husband and I love the Trop!

The hotel we actually stayed at was Caesar's. So the ratings I am giving are for the Caesars casino. We enjoyed the hotel and staff so much we wanted to come again this year. Since we had some unexpected expenses on our home this year it was not possible. We plan on coming back next year. We thought the staff gave us the best service that we have ever experienced. The buffett was excellent,the beach the casino were top notch in our book. Even the casino operators were very helpful to us( it was our first time in a casino)they treated us like we were old friends. I have recommended Caesars to all our friends, and look forward to our next stay there. I also thought the security there was second to none. Like I said, very enjoyable vacation that week. Also, during the week they had bands playing out on the beach,(beach bars)one right out in front of Caesars, that to was very enjoyable, especially at night. We also liked how is easy it is to go to beach from the casino, down to a lower level, without having to walk through the casino in your bathing suits. Like I said, Caesar's was by far the best hotel experience that we ever had. So thank you all for that.

I had a very enjoyable time at the Tropicanna! I definitly recommend it to my family and friends. The workers were very friendly and curteous. The parking garage wasn't hard to understand. I didn't have a hard time finding my way around. I took my family there for the first time and they were very satisfied with their stay. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We had a nice walking distance to the ocean, there was wonderful shopping at some nice stores and good selection of restaurants. The overall positive energy of our stay brought us some good luck at the casinos! It was a very outstanding experience staying at the Tropicanna! :)

I always enjoy my stay here at the Tropicana. It's clean, great pool and surrounding area with bar. The area around the pool was very clean and you could easily find a lounge chair. I also enjoy the fact that there is a variety of dining and nightlife choices, as well as novelty and clothing stores to shop and browse in.
I alos enjoyed the location of the casino.
You can walk outside and are right of the beach. There's also seating outside to "people watch" if you wish.
The casino is just okay.They need more tables, it looks empty in certain sections.

I like the stay at this hotel because my kids and wife can go the room (to sleep or watch TV,etc) and that gives me a chance to go to the casino. The buffet restaurant was affordable, lots of choices for food.
Coming to Atlantic City for a day is usually my idea because it gives me a chance to get away from the kids and have fun at the casino. "(you see I am a stay home dad rasing 2 kids)"
The parking cost $5, I would like it better if it was free. "But all in all, it was GREAT.."
