Arrived late and Sylvia, the clerk at the West Tower was so pleasant and took time to find us a room suitable for our stay. From there on it only got better. Having Zytania's at the floor level of our hotel helped in our plans for our stay. We didn't have to spend time waiting in lines for our meals and we ate whenever we were hungry. We will be back!!!!! Oh yes, didn't do too bad at the slots either.

I was VERY surprised that the hotel charged unusually high internet fees. This is the first time I have ever paid for internet service at a hotel. All the hotels, which I have stayed in for the last ? years, (even cruise lines have limited access) had free internet services in the room in addition to multiple computers readily available for guests in a designated area. I heard other guests making negative comments about internet services. Before I booked a room again, I would check your internet accessibility and policy. This is an important issue which should be seriously addressed. It is also something which could be easily resolved.

Liked the fact that i did not have to enter through the casino to get to my room.
There was a good selection of food and shopping.
Would be nice if there was wireless internet and if all rooms were equipped with high speed accress. The amenities were scanty, and the food was overpriced. There were no low cost options. It took a very long time to get my car out of the valet parking, making it easier to self park.

Very clean and comfortable..tho being handicapped and using quad cane had no place to sit and wait for valet to get vehicle in the lobby or outside. We were not informed upon checkin that wheelchair could of been used until the day we checked out. Staff courteous and congenial, the room was immaculate and all ammenties accessible.The distance walking for one with quad cane was extremely long and toward the end of opur stay was quite uncomfortable. had we been aware of the vast spaciousness and distance of all available we would of gotten a wheelchair.

The staff was very nice and quite helpful, and took an extra step in helping get a scooter. It made my stay much easier. We had a room bellhop who was so informative and kind and understanding. His name is Joe. The food was delicious and directions were so easy to follow. The room was clean and I would stay there again. I would even travel to AC by myself. Everyone was there to give you that extra hand. People had told me about the Trop and now I was able to prove it true. Thank you for such good service.

It was a plesurable experience. I would definitely come back in the future and recommend to my friends. The service was excellent and everything was convenient as far as the casinos, the restaurants, the parking and shopping. I know during the Summer, I will take advantafe of the pool and the beach and also the boardwalk. I didn't come with my wife this time but I will bring her next time since it definitely is nicer when staying over. I'm sure she will like it just as much as I did. Thank you for a very, very nice time

Was very pleased with my visit and dining experence. Arrangements for my stay was done on the internet with out any complications. My arrival and check in was quick and my room was ready.
My dining experence was excellent with the food prepared prometly and properly. The waiters were very polite not only to me but others as well.
The selection for dinner provided interesting choices.
Although I did not eat at some of the restaurants the number and types of eating facilities seem more than adequate.
The retail outlets provided a wide verity of items at a modirate price.
All in all I was very pleased with my stay.

everything was really nice although the hallways to the rooms was extremely warm. also people were smoking on a nonsmoking floor and in the elevators. the resteraunts were really nice a little pricey at carmines but the food was good. we went to adam good crab shack and they had a band that was really cool. it would have been helpful to receive a map of the hotel we couldnt always find where we were and had to ask alot. all in all our stay was really good. we will be staying here again in the future. can't wait to visit again!

Did not like the fact that the parking garage was so far away from the registration desk. Had to go through casino and stores before we found the registration desk then we had to backtrack to get to our room. Restaurants were too upscale as we were looking for a very simple meal in the evening and had to go to a small restaurant a couple of blocks away. Having said all that we hope to be back to Atlantic City in a few weeks and we if rooms are available we plan to stay there again for two nights instead of one.

We were so excited to play in the casino where we stayed so every other amenity was a bonus. We would like to have seen more options online and probably would have stayed in the the Havana if we had viewed the rooms first. The restaurants were great (P F Chang and Carmine's). There was a nice variety of slots and we learned roulette for a nice change. We were looking for more $5 tables.
Most staff were friendly except for a women at the front desk who was rather curt in her response to our query regarding the check-in time. In trying to edit I cannot correct the response that this visit was for a "romantic getaway" which it was NOT.

I really enjoyed the hotel and casino. My girl friend and i had a great time there. we were with another couple who were there on there first weekend away together. I absolutely loved the sounds of philly and enjoyed dinner at pf changs. spent alot of time at the shops also with my girl friend. she had a great time shopping there and i had a great time in the casino. it was a little late in the year to enjoy the outside cause it was chilly and windy but it was still nice to take a walk on the boardwalk in the early afternoon.

I loved the mall. I felt like I was on a cruise ship. The stores and restaurants are great. Can't wait to go back. The Havana Cuba atmosphere was a lot of fun. I want to go the The Libre restaurant next time. The Tango bar was fun. I met some people from New York. They bought my friend and I a glass of wine. It was delicious. Also went to an Irish pub type restaurnat but can't remember the name of it. The Casino was great. Drank champagne. Walked the boardwalk one day. It was a beautiful day. Thanks.

Run down, not well organized, too spread out, gym and pool (in-door) too small and they charged you. Location on the boaRDWALK WAs OK. The multiple towers were confussing and the elevators were so slow I was tempted to walk the 10 flights at times. Guest services are no existent in the early Am. Comedy Club abd restaurants were nice. Buffet was poor. No hair dryers in the rooms, TV didn't work, No iron or iron board in the room. Couldn't find a newspaper in the hotel before 8am and had trouble at a slot machine that they said they would NOT come and fix-they did eventually.

Tropicana offers almost everything a person could dream of. Great restuarants such as Carmine's, many exciting shopping stores and great hospitality among the employees and other people. Alittle disappointed that I didn't get the king size bed as asked, but the stay was very comfortable! The casino was wild - however there should be more bars in this casino because it was alittle difficult to find one and also ask the casino waitresses for drinks. The location is perfect - right off the waters and the Boardwalk. Not too far from other Casino hotels... I recommend everyone to take a serious notice on this hotel!
