Everything was fairly great. The only complaint that I had was the shower in the bathroom. There was no tub and the whole floor got wet when I would finish. There was also a thumbing coming from the ceiling when other people would take showers other than that I had a good time. I had fun in the casino's. The view from my hotel room was great. The mall was walking distance which was very enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My boyfriend and I had a great time and I would definitely return again for another trip.

Everything was excellent, as usual. I've stayed here many times before & would return because of the show ticket combo or the lower rates. The poker room and the Health Club/pool facilities are almost the best in Atlantic City
There were two disappointments:
1) The parking fee is a nuisance.
Most of the other casinos at least make provisions for their card holders to avoid getting charged.
2)The Buffets
I'm always slightly diappointed in the price of the buffet. It has always been a fine buffet but seems expensive compared to Vegas or Laughlin buffets which are much more elaborate & cheaper.

The Tropicana Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City is a very great place to stay. Everything about the casino and hotel is very modern. The casino has all the new games: slots, poker, blackjack, and roulette. The pool and gym is very modern: the weight machines are up to date and the pool is extra large. The rooms are very comfortable: great views, extra large beds, and newly painted and furnished rooms. The staff is very friendly and supportive: luggage is stored at the front desk for free (24 hrs.), of which, is great if waiting for a late day bus.

The parking addendants were rude, they cursed, very unprofesstional. The Parking manager was even worst a Mr. King I can't even believe they would have someone like this as a manager, what a disgrace. I would NEVER stay at the hotel again nor would I ever recommed this hotel to anyone. That fact that I gave the parking attendant $50.00 to keep my car in front and readily available for me when I leave, and then to get my car and be humiliated by the attendants, and then have to pay an additional $5.00 in which I never had to pay before just plain right sucked (excuse my french) This hotel losted a very valueable customer. As a matter of speaking my gambling figures to be on average $5000.00-$8000.00 when I stay there. Its back to the Borgata. Have a Nice Day!

My stay at the Tropicana was'nt a nice experience. The fire alarms went off 2 times in the matter of 2 hrs. The 1st time was a false alarm. The 2nd time the fire alarms went off I called the operator to see what was going on becuase I did'nt want to walk down 5 flights of stairs again. I was told it was a false alarm, I asked the operator a question and she hung up on me. I was very upset with my experience, I was going there to have a good time and I did'nt.

The new quater was very nice would like to see more choses at the Imax. I really enjoyed the comedy show and the Spirit of Christmas shows. The casino did not have much escape from the smokers would like to see that changed and more table games like poker and other table games.
The food was great at the buffet and the resturants I tried them all.
I would like toers I see a late night eatery everything seemed to close early and the casino stayed opened all night with no where to eat late would like to see something late to eat so that I could stay in the hotel and not have to leave.
But over all the resort was great for staying at one place with out having to hop around to different places. I really enjoyed this resort better than the others I stayed in the past.

This hotel is very clean and new but there problem at shower facet in the bathroom.
I heard this hotel is brand new but some work like installation facets and some caulking work were not done correctly.
I want you guys check every rooms for small things like that I mentioned above.
Otherwise, everything is good and nice.
Oops, one more thing, if someone who stays hotel
you guys give them free parking. I paid $5 dollars for parking fee and I paid $750 for stay hotel 2 days. I think this is not fair.
I recomend that if someone stay in hotel give him/her free parking.

The tropicana is a great place to stay. You never have to leave the hotel to have a good time. The room was excellent as well as the service. there are a number of excellent bars and restaurants that you wont find anywhere else. the room was spacious and clean. the check in was easy. the food was great, the service was great, the drinks were great, the women were wonderful. overall it was a great experience that i wish i could do every weekend. unfortunately that would be the end of any relationship i had and my liver. good times

It was confusing to find our way to check-in from the parking garage and took a little too long after being stuck in traffic. We also got a little lost re-finding the parking garage when leaving the hotel.

I didn't spend as much time as I would have liked at the casino, so I only saw a very small part of it. I was also with a non-gambler, who was there with me only to see the Rolling Stones at Boardwalk Hall that night. I might have enjoyed the hotel a little more if I was with my casino buddies! Next time I am in Atlantic City I do plan to check out the hotel's casino again and see what it has. I hope it's in the very near future.

Actually we had 3 couples (all over 50) get together and go to the Trop for dinner, gambling, shopping and Karaoke. We just love the Karaoke bar you have and the Mohitos at the cuban restaurant. We had a marvelous dinner at he Italian restaurant and enjoyed shopping and the casino. We definitely will be back! We were surprised that the 3 rooms were different, however, I was the one that made the reservations but we received a room that did not have a refrigerator (as on of the rooms did) or a bar (as another of the rooms did) and we all paid the same price. I booked the 3 rooms online at the same time. Also, when we checked in, the line was extremely long and we had to wait approximately 45 minutes. There were open terminals but no one was manning them for checkin. Other than that our time spent at the trop was wonderful.

Excellent service! The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. The restaurants were all nice. Sometimes the store areas and walkways throughout the casinos seemed to be playing loud music at times. The piped in music could have been a little softer than blaring out at times. The room was very clean and nice. The views from the room were great too! It's a very convenient place to stay since it is on the boardwalk and accessible to many tourist areas. The parking garage was adequate too. 5 dollars seems reasonanble to park as some other hotels were more expensive to park.

Thank you for allowing me to rate your Hotel. I think the Hotel overall was very nice. I did think that my hotel room could use a little work though.I thought that the room was a little plain and cold appearence wise.It really needed new carpet and trim work. I also think that the bed and linens were not of a fresh smell. i know that they changed the bedding but it just did not smell fresh. The TV also didn't work great; i could not get movies or check my portfolio. I think that the Hotel has great restauraunts within and the bars and nightlife are great as well. There is plenty to do to have fun.

I was very pleased with the whole process, from check-in to check-out, the Tropicana accomodations were superior. My wife and I are not big gamblers, although we do enjoy playing the slot machines, there were plenty of activities, shops and entertainment to keep us busy. We came to Atlantic City for a weekend getaway and were not disapointed. It has been about 25 years since our last visit, it wont be that long until our next!

Our room was lovely, smelled great, just hard to walk from check in to the tower. I would like to know how to get to the hotel without walking through the casino area. Also we had a hard time finding food after 11PM, all the restaurants turned into bars. The atmosphere in the walking area around the shops was lovely. I truly enjoyed my stay, all the people that took care of us, housekeepers, check-in, bell persons, valet parking were all friendly and helpful. We did not see the pool area, but would have loved to, next time. Thanks.

The Tropicana met all my needs. My visit was a lot of fun and I would definatly stay again. I would like it much more if I could win a little next time, although that was not my only reason for my mini vacation. Your staff was very helpful, as I found myself turned around numerous times during my stay. Although I am not ready for Christmas, the decorations were beautiful. The Christmas tree in the Casino was unbeleivable. How many Poinsetta's do you actually use in your displays? I was able to see your Christmas show while I was visiting. The music was great but the dancing left a lot to be desired, a little to much jumping around. All in all, I had a wonderful time.
