Very excellent room for me stay. I wish can stay again sometimes also it excellent casino to play and sevices is very good & fast sevices. All casino workers very friendly to cutomer. A room very clean & very nice. I hope can stay at casino on another day with all my family to enjoy all the best you got. I will refer to someone wiil interst it at Tropicana Casino I will tell all about Tropicana everything exelent things you treat us last time. By the way everytime we ask comp for food it very easy & food it very good. Thank You

Our stay was excellent with great rooms in the Havana Tower. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, not very expensive, and convenient to several major casinos, restaurants, clubs, etc. The hotel casino is very beautiful and quite possibly the best casino in Atlantic City has to offer. Very clean and bright while other casinos are very dark and are not as vibrant. Excellent service - All staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure that we had a pleasant time. We utilized room service for breakfast and the food was well-prepared and reasonable in price. For lunch and dinner, the food everywhere we ate was delicious and also reasonable in price. The choices of restaurants allowed all of us a great choice without leaving the premises. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we plan to return on a regular basis. Our stay was romantic and pleasurable and we would recommend it to our friends.

The hotel casino was very bueatiful i believe it is one of the best casino's atlantic city has to offer.very clean and bright!! other casinos are very dark and are not as vibriant.However we stood in the south tower area and the rooms were very small and a little dirty.But for the price of the rooms i think it is a excellent valve.I recommend this hotel to those who love a fun and and great casino with lots of diffrent places to eat and a great line of entertainment awaiting you throughout your stay at this resort.

I actually was there with a few friends celebrating a birthday. We had a great time. The rooms were a little on the small side, and felt the sleeping area should have been larger and the bathroom could have been smaller. We enjoyed all the restaurants, bars and shops that we saw. We found it hard to get to the boardwalk, and the waits for the elevator for the West tower were very long...Casino was very crowded actually too crowded in the evening, but we found it nice during off hours, like 2 am. The decor of the hotel was amazing..

We went for my son's 30th birthday. The casino is great, enjoyed the movie at IMAX. Enjoyed dinner at Cuba Libre Rum Bar. The service at the hotel was fantastic. Extra cot we ordered was sent to the room right after we got to the room. The cot was very comfortable to sleep on, which was totally unexpected. Check out was very convienent through the television. Playing the slots in the casino was great. The boys loved playing the table games, Black Jack and Carribien Stud Poker. We will definitely be coming back for future visits. I would recommend the Tropicana to anyone.

Perfect for our needs. We meet at your hotel, 8 of us, on our way to a Graduation in Cape May.
We decided on the Tropicana because of the recent revovations, location and reasonable price. The hotel room exceeded my expectations at that price. The shops provided all of us with last minute items we neglected to pack. The choices of resturants also provided everyone with a delicious dinner without leaving the premises. People in our party arrived at different times and the check-in went smoothly and we were even able to add a room.
A long trip broken up by a nice stop in a very nice hotel & casino which suited everyone's needs.

We alway's enjoy our time alone at the tropicana
hotel.It's our favorite hotel and number one choice after staying at a few.The staff And atmosphere is one of most pleasent we have seen.
The pool and spa are highly recommended by us.
The food is also great.And when you want to enjoy
a little pleasure in the casino, It's always
a pleasent atmosphere.Oh and don't forget to stop
at the mall in the havanna towers where you can shop till you drop!!!! shopping is always a pleasent experience after you've visited the spa.
we definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to see you guys' real soon!!!!

Excellent service - All staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure that we had a pleasant time. The "Best of Broadway" stage show is excellent.
The hotel is beautiful, not very expensive, and convenient to several major casinos, restaurants, clubs, etc.
Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we all plan to return on a regular basis.
We saw two IMAX movies and enjoyed the experience and our evening meals at the Irish Pub, and Wellington's couldn't have been better. The cafe was an excellent place for breakfast and the food everywhere we ate was delicious as well as reasonable in price.

Our hotel stay was awesome we arrived at the 5pm we were treated like high rollers the hotel workers were very polite and helpful. When we got to our room we were impress with how clean the room was. We relax for a little while and made reservation to a restaurant called Cuba Libre. This restaurant was awesome the food was great and the service was excellent. If you like spanish food this is a must. When we finish dinner we went to the casino to play some slots we did not win but we still enjoyed ourself. I recommend this hotel to everyone from young to old. I can't wait to go back.

There was a leak in the bathroom, and when called to report the hotel manager Michelle never apologized during our conversation she called back and apologized. She offered to change our room but their was nothing available at the time and she said we would have to wait to see what becomes available. She acted as though we had gotten on her nerve. I know this is an ongoing problem in this particular room because the ceiling had been repaired already. The next morning we had no hot water. The hotel itself is nice, service could be better. They could not give us any adjustments because we had paid through you guys and they recommended we not use this service anymore. They said they can offer much more when we pay directly through them.

I had a great time at the Tropicana. My room was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. We had a great dinner at Carmines restaurant and had fun in the casino. The accomodations were great and I truly reccomend the Tropicana. They have a variety of places to eat at as well as several bars and nightclubs that are fun. The only problem was that we could not find a place for breakfast in the morning. The only breakfast place had an hour long wait for a table and we could not wait. All in all i would stay again.

The hotel was an excellent value for the money. Our rooms were clean and well kept. The casino was simple but yet very attractive. It has pretty much anyone you would want in a casino hotel Make sure you see the best of broadway show. We saw the Best of Broadway show and thought it was an excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was away from some of the other shopping and entertainment so I would not recommend it if you can't do alot of walking. This hotel is an excellent value and we would definatly stay there again.

This was our first stay at the Tropicana, we chose that hotel because of the low cost. I was very pleased with the room and cleanliness, but very disappointed in the service. From valet parking to front desk to consierge, so many people were so rude! It wasn't even a busy day, we went on a Monday! I have never had an experience like that at Atlantic City before. For example, we needed the number for another hotel's poker room, the manager of the poker room at Tropincana suggested we call the front desk, he said "They'll be happy to get the number for you". They were not happy at all. The man who answered, said "Why do you want their number?" Then huffed into the phone like he was angry that I called him. When he gave me the number, I said thank you and he just hung up the phone. It took me 30 minutes to get him on the phone in the fisrt place, as the phone rang and rang, for being such a slow day, no one picked up the phones at this hotel. I called front desk, consierge, room service, and valet parking several times during the stay and everytime I was transferred to voicemail. In the future I will pay more and stay at the Taj or Ceasers. I have never had an issue with either of those hotels.

The layout of the hotel was very nice. The service was just ok. While gambling you had to wait long lengths of time before the server bought you drinks upon request. For the amount of money I spent for one night I could not believe I would have a stopped-up sink in the bathroom. The fact that the suits only had one bed was not very pleasing, considering there were three of us, one whom was my mother. For those of you who like to play the Big 6 wheel game, be-aware there is only one wheel. However, we did enjoy our stay and would visit the hotel again.
