Hotel was great, the only problem tried to order a movie and it cut out in the middle of it. no coffee pot in room either. other than that it was a good stay. the hotel was very clean, and when i went to the casino floor there were not a lot of waitresses to order a drink. the fiesta buffet was a bit over priced for breakfast, and the food was not that great. As soon as you got to the table everything was ice cold.

Our Thanksgiving plans fell through and my husband wanted to get away. We found a pretty good holiday rate here and decided to go for it.
We were given a nice, large corner room with ocean views. We found the casino level to be confusing and don't think we ever saw all parts of the casino. Dinner was at the buffet and I was not impressed at all. Breakfast was at the Seaside Cafe. It took a very long time to be served and the food was warm at best and the advertised "crispy" bacon was not. However, if we were looking to get away again and found an attractive rate here, we would not hesitate to go again.

The room at the Tropicana was clean and stylish. When you order a drink in the Casino from the cocktail waitress it took way to long. There wasn't enough tables opened and the only beer on draft was Bud Light. Not every one likes Bud Light. They need more staff when it comes to cocktail waitresses and dealers. The Trop. had a lot going on, many clubs, many stores. It was decorated pretty for Christmas. It has a small Vegas touch. The room like I said was clean and did not have bed bugs. I would stay again if the price was right.

The Tropicana exceeded all expectations, Arrived and was politely greeted, then as I checked in I asked about a military discount, and since they did not have one, they still were able to upgrade my room to a suite. The suite had all the amenities including jacuzzi, nice comfortable bed, ocean view, balcony, beautiful sitting room, refrigerator, and all the other essentials! I had a great time eating at P.F. Changs, great service and thoroughly enjoyed shopping and walking around the Quarter. I will definitely be back to the Tropicana for an overnight getaway, it was a great time!

I chose the Tropicanna due to the lower price than the other casinos/hotels, but it was the nicest hotel I saw on the boardwalk. Room was clean, terrific casino, and shops. Try the buffet, it was outstanding. This is the only place I would stay at and recommend to everyone. There is ansolutely nothing that I would change about this place. Even on the last day I was there, I was still finding new shops, I even found the movie theater there. If you dont want to leave the hotel, you do not have too, everything you need is right there.

This was my first time going to Atlantic City. I didn't know what to expect but I had a good time. We got there pretty late and surprisingly the line was a little long. They didn't have a room with a king size bed like I wanted but I thought my room was pretty nice. It was really clean. I was kind a mad that my room price dropped the day after I booked it, but I guess it was worth it. I didn't like that there was a charge for everything though. I definitely didn't like paying a dollar for phone use when I never even used it. I had my cell phone. Who needs the hotel phone for anything other than room service. I thought the casino was nice, a little stingy like another traveler previously stated. I didn't win anything and finally decided to stop playing before I spent my rent money. I found the employees on the casino floor to be very friendly and helpful. I didn't even make much use of the room because I spent most of the time at the slots. Prior to going I was a little worried because there were several bad reviews. I had nothing to worry about. For the most part everything was nice. I'll definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed this hotel because there was a lot to do. My husband and I wanted to do more than just gamble. We enjoyed a great variety of restaurants. There was Carmines and P.F. Chang's for those romantic dinners. When we wanted a relaxing lunch, we went to Hooters and the Irish Pub. There was also a lot of entertainment such as the comedy club and nightclubs. An extra plus for us was the fact that there was an indoor pool, so when we were taking a break from gambling, we could do some activity at the health club. The nice thing about all this was that you never had to drive or even go outside because all these things were right inside the Tropicana. My husband and I had a great time and the staff was very courteous.We would definitely come back again and I would recommend Tropicana to my friends.

We had a good time and the hotel was nice. There were several shops and restaurants to choose from which was great.
I do recommend that you have lower table limits at night. The minimums were $15 at night and there were several tables that were completely empty which could have been lower table limits. We ended up going to the casino in the next hotel one night as they had lowere table limits.
My one other complaint would be the showers. I'm not sure if all the showers were like ours, but we had a handicap shower and there was no way to take a shower without flooding the bothroom each time.
All in all we did enjoy our stay.

The room was like a studio it had everything. we needed even a coffee. the bed was huge. the maid were nice and friendly I will stay here again, I will come back in the month of December god willing. I really enjoyed my stay I have told a few friends thats the hotel to stay. Thank you so much.A also the view was loving to the beach I was in love with my stay and look forward to going back.

Room reservation was very easy online. Driving to hotel and self parking was a little confusing because of streets surrounding hotel. Once inside check-in was smooth no wait. Room size was nice and comfortable. Each room has its own climate control. Room service was a little expensive but extremely delicious. Casino was going through construction in some areas however it did not affect the slot areas. The variety of slot machines was amazing. Casino also had every type of table card game you could play. We even went and caught a show in the showroom. Ticket prices were affordable. The showroom is huge and seating was comfortable. The show was entertaining and well put together. We had a blast and look forward to going again.

During our check in, we were given very polite and professional service. We were given a free upgrade and the room was beautiful and very clean. Our room was in the south tower and was not ocean front, but we had a great view of the beach and ocean. We never made it to the indoor pool, but had a good time in the casino with plenty of different games to play. The valet parking was convenient with a reasonable $5 charge.

My wife and I stayed at the Tropicana Havana Towers for several days about 6 months ago as part of a National Convention through a professional society. My wife and I had such a blast, we decided it would be nice to return and spend our first anniversary there. Because it was just the two of us this time, and we had no time constraints, we personalized our visit, were more adventurous to try more of the restaurants, take in some shows, and catch a movie at the IMAX. We were not disappointed by the environment, the service, the food and the people... We could see ourselves coming back to celebrate our next anniversary here.

We have stayed at the Tropicana before and would recommend it to anyone. There is a lot for people of all ages to do. The Casino is huge but they also have an Imax theatre and tons of restaurants. You could walk around and shop all day, without ever leaving the Tropicana. It is located right on the boardwalk so you have access to the beach if you choose, or you can just walk along the boardwalk. All of the employees were extremely nice and the whole experience was wonderful, I will go back and would recommend this hotel to all!

We have been to Las Vegas a few times, but we had never been to Atlantic City and didn't know what to expect. The hotel was very clean and we even got an upgrade to the Tower for the same price. The view was beautiful. We watched the sun set from one window, and could see the rest of the strip from the other window. The view isn't as breath taking as Vegas, but it was still beautiful. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We heard no noise from our room either. There were several choices of restaurants in our hotel. We will definitely choose Atlantic City to vacation in and will probably stay at the Tropicana again.
