Just so much to do. Casino is awesome, shopwalk is very clean, restaurants all had great food, entertainment was second to none. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and everything was wonderful. From the initial response of the associates dealing with my reservation, making sure I had all the tickets that I needed for entertainment that was there to the hotel employees and casino workers, all very polite and helpful whenever you needed anything. The access to the boardwalk and convenience to other entertainment makes the Tropicana my choice every time I will be in Atlantic City in the future.

I love the havana towers and the retaurants. I am a little angry becasue my significant other had a free stay and we tried to get a hotel room for the week of August 28th and they were all sold out. I do not think that you should send out promotion deals with a time limit if there is going to be a demand week or weekend (holiday time). But for all other things I have had a good stay, clean room, casino's were wonderful and I hope, I can come again very soon. Keep up the good work and service.

I think overall it was a good hotel. The service was good, and personally, I love the Tropicana. It has great bars, restaurants and places to shop. I think some of the rooms could have a better view of the ocean. Our hotel room was very clean. I was very impressed with the service at the front of the hotel, along with the service throughout the entire casino. The reason I stayed at this hotel last year was that my friends and I were in town for the New Jersey Education Association teacher's convention. I was impressed how the hotels offered shuttle buses to and from the convention center. My friends and I plan on returning every year to the Tropicana to spend our teacher convention weekend! Another great thing about the hotel is how close it is to the outlets. It is very easy to take a car or the Jitney over to outlets and spend a day shopping. Also, the parking is a reasonable fare, only five dollars when you have your Tropicana member card! Very affordable!! I do not think this is a good place for families to go when they have young children, the only reason being is that young children are not permitted to enter the casino floor. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana Casino and Resort. I love the way the hotel was remodeled and how the Quarter was added to the hotel. I have enjoyed the restaurant Carmine's many times with groups of friends where we enjoy a nice family style Italian dinner. We often go to Cuba Libre and enjoy ourselves at the Latin Club. That is my favorite part about the hotel. We often get to watch Latin dancers put a show on for everyone. And it is always fun when they pull you up onto the floor and teach you a couple steps. Then of course there is always the casino. That's always a great time. Over all I think the hotel has a great atmosphere. The rooms are very clean. I have never had a complaint about the Tropicana.

Beautiful Hotel.My room was quite large, very clean and very comfortable.The casino area was excellent.Your shopping area was very impressive. For example, the ceiling made to look like you were outside. Very nice. The whole set up was incredibly nice.I was in AC to see a Bruce Springsteen show and if he ever plays there again I will be coming down again and looking for a place to stay. Of course the Trop would be at the top of my list.Please keep in mind that if Bruce Springsteen plays again in AC in 06 or 07 that two comp tickets to his show or shows would narrow my list down to one hotel only. That being the Trop. I would be more than willing to pay the cost of the room for his show or any other that I might be interested in if it were worth my while. I'm not a big gambler but I do play from time to time when I'm down there.My real interest is the entertainment and restaurants.The Trop has one restaurant in particular that I really enjoy,that being Carmines.I can now say that I've eaten in Carmines in NYC and AC.Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you again.

we had a very nice stay. the casino was nice but the tables were all expensive. There should be more $5 tables on the weekend. Our room was very nice. It could have been a little bigger for the price. We would definately stay there again. The service was wonderful!

The hotel has a nice newer section with elaborate and interesting restaurants and shops. On our stay I noticed that our matress was lumpy. But I also noticed that many rooms were being fitted with new mattresses. We got a special rate which was of good value for what we got. I particularly was impressed with the Red Square restaurant. It had an ice-topped bar and interesting but expense menu.

very clean and comfortable rooms and very accessable to the casinos. the food was good and inexpensive and great locations throughout hotel, the staff was helpful all times...plenty of cash machines through out hotel and casions

we will return to tropicana soon and enjoy our stay once again. rooms are big clean convienient warm in winter cool in summer the beach front rooms are nice to look out at the very nice scenery and the ocean at sunset and sunrise..its close to resturants casinos shopping the boardwalk and loved the valet parking very cheap and and affordable and greta security so we dont worry while enjoying our vacation and the casions..we hope to return very soon..we also would like to recieve free nights and weekends at this hotel to bring us back to the fun and good times at the casinos

this had been a spur of the moment trip for my husbands birthday. he had been surprised and enjoyed it very much. we did bring our young daughter along. since it was winter there was not a ton of things for our daughter to do. it was a neat surprise that they now have the imax there. she also enjoyed the pool. my husband went to the casino on his own and did win!! the one thing i would say they need to add to the rooms would be a fridge. we had an enjoyable stay. i can longer think of anything to say so i am just going to repeat myself. this had been a spur of the moment trip for my husbands birthday. he had been surprised and enjoyed it very much. we did bring our young daughter along. since it was winter there was not a ton of things for our daughter to do. it was a neat surprise that they now have the imax there. she also enjoyed the pool. my husband went to the casino on his own and did win!! the one thing i would say they need to add to the rooms would be a fridge. we had an enjoyable stay.

at the time that i went to the hotel. the hotels were on strike. there were people running in the hall and banging on the walls. we had to leave a day earlier because of this. This was a sad thing because we really wanted to stay there for the whole time that we planned. We feel that it is important to have time alone but it was cut short. Also the buffet was being redone and we had to sit in this opened room which i think was a hall for meetings. I hope that everything is done in the hotel because it really is a beautiful casino.

Everyone was very nice and it was convenient to so many things. We actually walked from the discount shops and back to the hotel -- safe and a nice walk! Would definitely recommend this hotel. I was there before the renovations a few times and was not looking forward to coming back but what a dramatic change!! Tops the Taj for my preferences! There is something for everyone because you can go to the shops downstairs and they are not "junky" stores but quality name stores. Plus, the stroll on the boardwalk is just a few steps away. For young people there is the every famous Hooters and a younger area in the arcade area. Very versatile establishment.

the new trop is really nice and has alot to do and see for an overnight stay. i am single and my boyfriend and i have stayed before and enjoyed the bars and restaurants. also the surrounding area is nice to visit also. i really like the wine shop to grab a bottle and relax in the room. i am looking forward to staying at the trop again in the near future. i especially like the spa for massages and makeup. love the snow at the holidays in the walkway too. please send me a special rate to visit again.

The restaurants were all great. My husband loved the casino and spent all of his time there. The rooms were just average and we were overlooking all of the a/c units. I loved the location because my entire family like walking the boardwalk. Everything was great except I was very disappointed in the room and the bathroom. Did not like the fact that we had to wait until 3 to check in. The lines were long and out to the front door. Don't see why they could not check the people in before 3, once the rooms were available. We nevertheless had a great time.

I had seen pictures on-line but they did not due justice to this resort. The atmosphere and entertainment was top notch. This is by far the best time I've had in AC in the past years. I have stayed at allmost all of the esorts with the exception of Borgatta and this is my favorite. From the casino and it's constant entertainment to the variety of restaraunts and bars, I had no trouble findng something to keep me occuied...when I wasn't at the tables that is. The staff was friendly and ready to assist in whatever I needed and the location on the Boardwalk is perfect. Don't miss this place!

after parking it was difficult to find the check in desk from the parking garage. There was no signage and we couldn't find anyone to ask at the time.We walked around for a while till we found a check in desk, which we were told was not the correct place to check in for our reservation but she still checked us in anyhow , which was nice. Casino was old and under construction in parts - definety needed a face lift which I believe they possibly were getting. Shops were nice - restaurants were nice. Room was very nice also - view was great.
