It was a great place with a lot to offer! There were many choices of some great places to eat and enjoy the environment. The restaurants offered many different varieties of food and the service was fast and great! The casino was very clean and taken care of and all the staff was friendly. The shops were great and offered something for everyone. The set up of the establishment was very unique and gave an atmosphere that would keep you live and awake with excitement. The rooms were clean and great but some places in the halls and rooms smelled like stale smoke.

We come to the Tropicana every year and absolutely love it. We tell everyone about the hotel and all you can do! This hotel is perfect for our romantic get aways and the shows are very very good. As good as anything i've seen on broadway in new york city. We do look forward to always finding something new at the Trop and really enjoy the grotto. The Palm is our favorite and make sure we have one of the many high quality bottles of wine that are always in stock. Re Ra's is awexome as well. Always lots of fun. We came to this place to relax and change our rutine. Everything turn out to be very nice. The staff, the parking, the room and the fitures in it was nice. We liked our room, big enough and very clean and comfortable.The price was very good, and we enjoyed using the pool. The steam room and jaccuzi, and the setting of the pool made it feel like summer.. At night we went to see the "Best of Broadway" show, which was very good. The whole athmoshpere at the is very pleasant. And we deffinetly recomend our friends and family members to come here.

There was not a lot close by to do within walking distance for a 21 year old. We brought him there to celebrate his 21st Birthday on the 3rd. The entertainment early at the bar was good and he enjoyed playing the slots. There were a lot of room service carts that the food was eaten in the hall ways for that afternoon and still there early morning. Rooms were ok but your bed spreads were very heavy!! Had to taxi to other places because the other casinos were too far for walking in the cold. We enjoyed looking at the shops and bought things.

our stay at the TROP was alot of fun, and very entertaining as well. the location is suberb, as well as all the employees and the great places to eat. the QUARTER has everything you need to offer.
all kinds of shops, stores, and all different types of food to eat, weather it be just something quick, or a fabulous meal at a place like CARMINES, or PF CHANGS. outside, you can also reach many of the other casino's in minutes, as the TROP is very centrally located. behind the hotel is the famous atlantic city boardwalk, which is breathtaking during the summer months.
i highly recommend this great hotel and casino for a fun time.

We had a terrific stay. We never had to leave the hotel, they had everything. Comedy Stop was awesome. Reasonbly priced with a fun and exciting atmosphere. All hotel and casino staff were very courteous. The restaurants and gift shops were a delight, resonably priced and plain old fun. When they say that the Tropicana is the luckiest hotel in Atlantic City, that was an understatement. The hotel rooms were very clean with excellent service. Check in and check out was a breeze and there were many staff members around to help with any of our questons. We will go back for another stay very soon.

The hotel is so beautiful and everywhere you looked was so nice, shopping experience was great and the resturants are out of this world!! the only thing that bothered me was that I got up in the morning went to take a shower and there was no hot water!!! I didn't say anything to check out clerck because I just wanted to get home. but you really need to look into that. other then that the stay was really pleasant. I enjoy the comedy show and the casino was great. I will be coming back soon there are some unfulfilled areas that my husband and I did not get to accomplished.

The layout of the hotel was very nice. The service was just ok. While gambling you had to wait long lengths of time before the server bought you drinks upon request. For the amount of money I spent for one night I could not believe I would have a stopped-up sink in the bathroom. The fact that the suits only had one bed was not very pleasing, considering there were three of us, one whom was my mother. For those of you who like to play the Big 6 wheel game, be-aware there is only one wheel. However, we did enjoy our stay and would visit the hotel again.

This was our first stay at the Tropicana, we chose that hotel because of the low cost. I was very pleased with the room and cleanliness, but very disappointed in the service. From valet parking to front desk to consierge, so many people were so rude! It wasn't even a busy day, we went on a Monday! I have never had an experience like that at Atlantic City before. For example, we needed the number for another hotel's poker room, the manager of the poker room at Tropincana suggested we call the front desk, he said "They'll be happy to get the number for you". They were not happy at all. The man who answered, said "Why do you want their number?" Then huffed into the phone like he was angry that I called him. When he gave me the number, I said thank you and he just hung up the phone. It took me 30 minutes to get him on the phone in the fisrt place, as the phone rang and rang, for being such a slow day, no one picked up the phones at this hotel. I called front desk, consierge, room service, and valet parking several times during the stay and everytime I was transferred to voicemail. In the future I will pay more and stay at the Taj or Ceasers. I have never had an issue with either of those hotels.

The hotel was an excellent value for the money. Our rooms were clean and well kept. The casino was simple but yet very attractive. It has pretty much anyone you would want in a casino hotel Make sure you see the best of broadway show. We saw the Best of Broadway show and thought it was an excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was away from some of the other shopping and entertainment so I would not recommend it if you can't do alot of walking. This hotel is an excellent value and we would definatly stay there again.

I had a great time at the Tropicana. My room was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. We had a great dinner at Carmines restaurant and had fun in the casino. The accomodations were great and I truly reccomend the Tropicana. They have a variety of places to eat at as well as several bars and nightclubs that are fun. The only problem was that we could not find a place for breakfast in the morning. The only breakfast place had an hour long wait for a table and we could not wait. All in all i would stay again.

There was a leak in the bathroom, and when called to report the hotel manager Michelle never apologized during our conversation she called back and apologized. She offered to change our room but their was nothing available at the time and she said we would have to wait to see what becomes available. She acted as though we had gotten on her nerve. I know this is an ongoing problem in this particular room because the ceiling had been repaired already. The next morning we had no hot water. The hotel itself is nice, service could be better. They could not give us any adjustments because we had paid through you guys and they recommended we not use this service anymore. They said they can offer much more when we pay directly through them.

Our hotel stay was awesome we arrived at the 5pm we were treated like high rollers the hotel workers were very polite and helpful. When we got to our room we were impress with how clean the room was. We relax for a little while and made reservation to a restaurant called Cuba Libre. This restaurant was awesome the food was great and the service was excellent. If you like spanish food this is a must. When we finish dinner we went to the casino to play some slots we did not win but we still enjoyed ourself. I recommend this hotel to everyone from young to old. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent service - All staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure that we had a pleasant time. The "Best of Broadway" stage show is excellent.
The hotel is beautiful, not very expensive, and convenient to several major casinos, restaurants, clubs, etc.
Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we all plan to return on a regular basis.
We saw two IMAX movies and enjoyed the experience and our evening meals at the Irish Pub, and Wellington's couldn't have been better. The cafe was an excellent place for breakfast and the food everywhere we ate was delicious as well as reasonable in price.
