When we arrived at 6, our room was not ready and they asked us if we would have liked to wait an additional hour and a half for it to be cleaned. Check out is at 12, check in is at 4, we arrived at 6, so you tell me how it would have taken them over 7 and a half hours to clean one room we booked back in October. Not many room amenities either. Very disappointed! We are not staying there again.

The hotel interior was nice and beautiful but interiors are not enough, also, staff and services should be equally nice and beautiful. We had bad experience in the Casino with a supervisor by the name of Jim who was not as courteous as others and was a bit rude, also, the no-smoking on gaming tables was a bit too much which killed the fun for smokers. The funny thing is that, gaming tables where smoking was allowed one day became a non-smoking table the next day (same table). This created some confusion among players who were embarrassed when they lit their cigarette. Lastly, on the day of our check out, the front desk lady gave me the bill. The bill only showed the amounts we spent at the restaurants and when I asked for the complete bill, the one that shows the room charges, taxes, etc., she said, I cannot give you this bill because you did not make the booking through us, you made it through another company. Make a long story short, she did not give me the bill and I cannot tell at this stage how much this trip cost me, go figure!

The room was fabulous, the staff was very receptive of our needs. The hotel was very clean . We stayed in the chairman's tower and it was great . The casino on the other hand had not too many pay offs.We stayed for 4 day's and none of us won more than 40$ at a time this was very disappointing because we played the slots from morning to night so we lost a lot of money . But over all we had a great time and next time we might stay where casinos pay out more ... Josee

The room was not located near the elevators. The bathroom had a roll-in shower but the water drained onto the bathroom floor causing it to be slippery & dangerous. The grab-bars in the shower were not properly located & the handheld shower could not be taken off the wall. We requested a kingsize bed, which would have given us more room for my motorized wheelchair & my wife's walker, however we had 2 queensize beds. The complex is very wheelchair accessible, except for the room. I would not recommend this hotel for the disabled.

If you book the Chairman Tower, you can't go wrong! It looks exactly like the online pic.....go figure! The room is modern, bathroom is very spacious, closet space is adequate, flat screen TV, internet is available for a fee, there is a refrigerator, is was fairly quiet, located on boardwalk to avoid additional parking fees, only have to pay for parking once during your stay and it's $5 if you have a player's card. Nice visit, will return.

The hotel was very nice. It had a large room and the views were nice. The room was clean and had a very large bathroom. (Double sink, separate sitting area, private toilet area} The hotel had a lot of choices for food. The beach and boardwalk were very clean and we went on a few nice long walks. There were a few people who approached us to try to get us to look at timeshare units and this was a little annoying.

I had a great time at the Taj Mahal, the room was clean, the people was great. Check in and out was really easy and no lines. The casino is awesome, you can play all night loved the black jack table. the boardwalk and the carnival was really nice as well. my family went the Atlantic city for the first time and they cannot stop talking about how fun they had gambling, walking the boardwalk and going to the carnival. Would definitely recommend staying at the Taj Mahal Casino.

We requested a non-smoking room which we did,not receive. After traveling more than 3 hours we were told that we had to have the room reserved. The housekeeping was poor. Even the request to have the room cleaned was ignored. We contacted the manager about our problem but he dismissed us as if we were not important. The Taj Mahal is not in actuality what its advertisements claim it to be. We would never stay at the Taj Mahal again.

I had a good time in this hotel, the service was excellent, nice room. The casino offers
different game its pleasant. I like it because you have plenty of place, smoking area.
The bar with a night show. I will return to Atlantic City and recommend my friends.

The room in the Chairman tower was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing looking out at Atlantic City at night all lit up. The bathroom was incredible with a walk in shower and double sinks. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The casino is the best around with slots as well as table games that you don't find open in other casinos. I Definitely would recommend this hotel and casino to anyone traveling to Atlantic City! You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing hotel!! Our room ended up being upgraded to the grande suite! This suite had everything. Several views of the ocean, a jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms, a walk-in shower, flat screens, extremely comfy bed...I could write about the description all day. If you ever get the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, bring a few extra dollars and upgrade to one of these amazing suites. You won't be sorry. On a scale of 1 through 10, I give this hotel a 15!!! Great job Taj Mahal!

Booked a room in Chairman tower through AtlanticCity.com., requesting high floor/ ocean view. When we arrived, we were told that we had a regular room. Luckily we had a confirmation email from Atlantic City.com and after a 20 min wait we received the correct room. (although view looked out at construction site) Hard Rock cafe was really only viable restaurant within Taj. Hard to find restaurants in the casino. Enjoyed people watching on Boardwalk. Be prepared to walk...

This was my first trip to AC and in comparison to Vegas I was very impressed with the hotel as well as the surroundings. It just would not be a trip to Atlantic City without going to the Taj! Really very nice well kept place and with many friendly people. I can only imagine what it must be like on the weekend as my stay was during the week but all in all I was quite content. I love going to this hotel for a quick getaway! I feel refreshed and ready for the work week ! My boyfriend and I love the rooms, casinos, restaurants, and shopping! The service is great at all times! They were able to accommodate every need at any time, day or night! For my boyfriends birthday, I was able to call customer service at 2 in the morning, after he had fallen asleep to surprise him with breakfast in bed, a birthday cake, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a birthday cake. It was great! He was so surprised and I was so excited! Overall fantastic! I love it here!
