The weekend was a pleasurable one. We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the ease of valet parking. Service was awesome. Check in was a breeze. Totally enjoyed the room but would have loved a better view. My only disappointment was the linen. The pillows appeared to be feather which poked me the entire night and was very uncomfortable. I also had a pillowcase with holes in it. Enjoyed the casino even though the pay out wasn't good. Overall, the experience was awesome and we're looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at the Showboat hotel/casino. We also enjoyed gambling at the slots and tables. The Showboat is a very quiet hotel so because we were up late we were able to sleep in with no problem. The check in and the check out went very smoothly. It was my boyfriends birthday and he was very surprised because it was his first stay at a casino/hotel. We are really looking forward to our next visit. We will tell all our friends what a pleasant experience we had down in AC.Thanks so much.

The room was average. Two lamps did not work, one did not have a light bulb in it. The furniture was really beat up. The nightstand had a cigarette burn in it. We did not get the "coupon book" as noted when we booked on Atlantic City.com and the Hotel did not know what we were talking about. Staff very pleasant. The staff at the table games were very attentive, always willing to explain the game. We will return just hope the room is a little better.

Hotel stay was great. Room was very clean and quiet. We had dinner at the Buffet. Food was great but it said it was a seafood buffet. Found fried shrimp and that's it. Unless you are a high roller (they had their own area which had seafood. But overall I will stay again!!! The casino was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was a great romantic getaway and I cant wait for the next time.

It was the only third time in Atlantic city. First time staying over night. I have to tell you it was great.The room was good it had what we needed. Location was great close to the parking lot and close to the beach. easy excess to everything.The buffet was excellent and huge It had a little bit of everything. Customer service was good.The checking in was easy and quick you can even checkout on the tv in your room thought that was pretty cool.

The hotel was fine, could have used better house keeping in the hotels hallway and elevator lobbies.The thermostat covers by the elevator had alot of dust on top of them.Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was clean,but the bathroom could have been cleaned better.Soap residue in the sink and tub and some dried brown stuff splattered on the bathroom door.The mirror also could have been wiped better. One very important thing was there were no bed bugs.

Hotel was very nice right on the boardwalk and it was in our price range. It was within walking distance from the other casinos and shops that were in the areas, and very clean, staff was very friendly and there were several restaurants to choose from on the premises. This hotel is right on the beach. There is easy access to all the attractions in the area and right where everything is going on, and view of the Atlantic ocean, we had a good time.

The hotel was great. The bellhops were available and helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. My family enjoyed their stay as well. The bed was comfortable, but it did not have a lot of covers. Would have preferred a larger quilt. I am allergic to down pillows. Overall, the hotel stay was excellent. I would have enjoyed a much better view of the Atlantic Ocean and the entire city. Accommodations for smokers is probably less than non-smokers.

Room was Ok only negative no water pressure in the shower I would stay there again this time I would bring my own shower head to see if this increases water pressure. Check in was fine they upgraded our room to a suite for an additional charge they did offer non smoking rooms which was a plus I was surprised that people were smoking on the casino floor which you couldn't avoid which I didn't care for. My wife did like the hotel but she also didn't enjoy the smoking we had to walk thru to get access to our floor.

We had a great time. The hotel & casino were the cleanest we visited. Also The Royal Noodle House is a hidden gem. A can't miss place for a quiet meal.
The duo playing in the lobby was great. Also people were very helpful when needed.
We will stay here when ever we are in Atlantic city.
The only complaint I have at all is too many beggars on the board walk. something should be done about this. That's about it the Showboat it a great hotel.

I took my Fiance on her Surprise Birthday Getaway. We had such a great time staying @ the hotel,in the casino & going to the 311 concert. As we pulled in the parking garage,I later noticed that we ended up parking on level 3 & our room was on the 11th floor. We thought that was neat! Long story short ,our stay was very nice and we would love to come back again for another romantic getaway as soon as we can. Thank you!

Hotel stay too expensive for the amount of time spent in it. Just a place to leave your bags and it costs about 180.00...unbelievable...never again. Need more entertainment other than dancing girls in a bar/club till 4am. the band was good however. we never win, you make so much money you can afford to fix the machines so lower class people will have a chance here. Coupons given were for hotels so far away we had to pay $15 to get a ride there and was not worth the trip.

This wasn't my first stay at the Showboat Hotel/Casino. But like always the room was clean and very comfortable. Thanks for the wonderful stay.It was a nice birthday weekend. I will certainly return.It would be nice if you would offer your customers the convenience of having their small pets with them. I have a 8lb yorkie that cried the entire time I was away. Some hotels offer that, I would be very happy if this was considered.

I had a smoking room but upon checking in, found that there were no ashtrays in the room and had to call housekeeping for ashtrays; asked for and received extra towels from housekeeping, but when my room was cleaned, the extra towels were not replaced. I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool was not an indoor pool. I suggest that you have tea as well as coffee in the rooms. But for these minor things, I found that, as a hotel, I found the Showboat to be quite satisfactory, and most of the employees were beyond courteous.

The hotel was great to stay at, I will visit again in the future. I always play casino slots at this hotel, this time I stayed over night, it will be an longer visit next time. It was relaxing, and the room size was great for two adults. The check in and out was quick and easy. The parking I think should have been free for guest staying over night, whether if they were platinum, diamond, or gold card members or not a card member.
