The accommodations were fantastic. The internet station was very convenient. The access to the casinos was good along with all the great shops at the outlets. Tun Tavern was very good. Nice to be able walk and not drive after a few drinks. Food was adequate. Hotel was very well maintained - room was very comfortable and bed was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Would like information on any specials running for weekends in the winter. Liked the fact that it backs up to the AC Convention Center and the ease to get out of the city without having to go through the city for AC Expressway access.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton and loved the price of the room. It was very close to the Atlantic City Outlets if you are looking for shopping. It's about four long blocks to the casinos but you can get on a bus in front of the convention center that stops at all the Casino's for $2.25 a person. The room was a nice size and the bed felt wonderful to sleep on. I also enjoyed the view outside the window. It gave me a clue of how to get to different places I was looking for. I was very pleased.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was a nice size. The hotel room was furnished nicely. I especially liked the location of the hotel because it was within walking distance to the shopping area and boardwalk. The jitney bus service to the casinos is across the street and affordable. I enjoyed working out in the fitness center. The one issue that I had with this hotel was that the pool was not clean. I was unable to swim in the pool with my family because it was noticeably dirty. When I am selecting a hotel, one of the most important feature is the pool so this was greatly disappointing for me and my family. However if you don't care about the pool this maybe a nice place for a short stay.

Over all the hotel is great, only one exception is the carpet in the room is dirty. I would stay at the hotel again if they can give me a room with a cleaner carpet. This is the first time stay at the hotel for my children and they really enjoy every moment of it. The price is very reasonable compare to other hotels in Atlantic City. If you like gambling, you might have to drive or walk a few blocks to the casino hotel.

I stayed at the Sheraton because I heard it was very nice. It was a nice hotel however when I went to check in they had my arrival and departure date wrong (it was changed & they said they weren't notified) but I had the confir # & person's name I spoke to so it worked out however the person checking me in "Customer Service Manager" treated me like an annoyance. Also, the elevator's were not working in the hotel one entire evening so we had to walk up and down the 6 flights to our room! You would think they would do something nice for the guests that had to tolerate this but nothing - not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".

The lobby is plain, the rooms are not sound resistant...more like a motel. You could hear people closing their doors and talking in the hallway. We changed rooms to be as far down the hallway as possible...it was an improvement.

Surprised this is a dog-friendly hotel. Wife has a phobia with dogs. If we had known, we would not have stayed here.

It's quite a walk to the Boardwalk & beach. This is a negative for older people.

I did not read the description in the website carefully. I thought hotel is located in board walk near other big hotels but it was four blocks away and parking was expensive and far from main door.
The receptionists were really kind and helpful. the room was clean and had HD TV fax and high speed internet. My son enjoyed staying there because of pool. The price was reasonable and I liked the view of our room. If you do not care about walking to beach it is good place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Atlantic City for our 5 year anniversary and we had a great time. The staff were so nice and helpful and the hotel had everything we needed . The Sheraton is in the perfect location every thing is in walking distance shopping, restaurants and casinos. We didn't drive our vehicle after we had it valet park at check in.
You must eat at the Tun Tavern inside of the hotel great food a little expensive but, well worth every penny.

I stayed at this hotel because the price was a little cheaper than a casino hotel on a Saturday night. The place is clean and gorgeous. Check-in was a little timely and there were issues getting my room that I booked through a 3rd party. In the end, the service was great.
I was under the impression the hotel was only 1-2 blocks from the boardwalk when it is, in fact, at least 3-4. This was a little disappointing but not a hard walk.
I was also under the impression that there was a continental breakfast. When I got there they said it was only for gold card members. The restaurant manager was nice enough to let me take a danish and some fruit anyway, which I appreciated, but don't expect free breakfast when you stay! It is actually a restaurant.

For business it was fine, but for pleasure, no way. I have an issue with booking through AC, I did not earn any club points on my card for doing so. The morning I was leaving, I came back to my floor with two cups of coffee, when the elevator doors opened, there were ignorant people laying on the floor in front of the elevators, almost tripped. Felt like i was in the ghetto. Anyway, you don't have to worry about me staying there ever again, even if it is for business, I will stay at some other hotel.

The Sheraton is a great place to stay. Very clean and the service is impeccable. Close to the casinos, and the great shopping and restaurant attractions! From the valet service, to the hotel pool and bars, this hotel has everything a vacationer could want. Located right across the street from the convention center, the train is easily accessible for those people who do not like to drive. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone, from the young gambler, to the older couple down for a romantic weekend!

Nice Sheraton hotel, nothing special but a good deal if you stay in Atlantic city for the weekend and you don't wanna spend too much. The only bad thing is that it's about 15-20 minutes from the boardwalk and if you loose all your money in the casinos you have to walk home..You can take a taxi for 10$. However it's near to the shopping area so if you're going for the outlets that's the best place to stay.

At check in we were really disappointed because the one and only request that my wife made was to have a king size bed. The walk to the other hotels to play in their casinos was a downsize. Maybe in the summertime the walk would be perfect. At checkout i was disappointed again because when i asked how may points i received from our stay i was told "0". If i paid $707.00 for 2 nights with you and receive nothing in return I will pay the $789.00 to stay at Trump or Tropicana. the least you guys could have done was give your guests a complimentary breakfast the first day or at least a discount.

My visit to Atlantic City was great. My husband and I had a great time. The distance from the hotel to the casino was great, we did not use our car the entire stay. There was sometime to do for everybody. If you like to shop, there are plenty of outlets. If you like to gamble, there are plenty of casionos. If you like to eat, there are plenty of resturants. The hotel was clean by a little noisey over my bed, I guess because it was holiday time and people were excited. I am planning to use this hotel for my job's vacation in July and Aug '07, it will be about 32 people.

I have stayed at this hotel on two other occasions and have always been impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. I miss not having a casino in the hotel but then again it adds to the charm, and not having the noise and crowd of the casino is a plus when you just want to relax. I do plan on staying here again in the future and will make it my business to visit the pool. The walking distance to the shopping area and eating establishments helped make my stay even more enjoyable as I love shopping. The only downside was that the Jitney buses stopped running at 7:00 p.m. so we had to take a cab since it was late when we left the casinos.
