I booked this room online because I was impressed with the way things were being described about your hotel. The room I requested was for 1 king size bed, instead I got 2 full size beds. When it was time for me to check out, your front desk personnel was trying to charge me extra for valet parking even though I didn't drive there. It was only after I showed my anger that the front desk realized that he was checking me out of a different room even though he had my credit card with my name on it in front of him. There were also other issues with the room such as the thermostat having a problem for the first few hours.

I booked and paid for a kingsize bed which was confirmed but I only got two full beds and I was upset. I tried to get the hotel to move me but they claimed to be booked and offered me a ten dollar refund. I am highly disappointed in the Sheraton and will never stay there again. My fiance's legs were hanging off the bed because he is such a tall man and our stay ended up being very uncomfortable. I will try another hotel next time I go to Atlantic city.

I could not believe the rooms when we got there. I have stayed at such places as the Embassy Suites, Residence Inn, The Resort In Atlantic City, The Mirage in Las Vegas, The Ramada in Virginia Beach, and may places that cost half the price of these rooms, and they were small, and suckey. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I was turned off by the small pool area, and nothing the website said would be in the room was there for "free" anyway.

Sheraton AC offered quite a standard suite of service which was expected of any business / leisure hotel. Nothing spectacular or defining happened during my stay. The Link was a good offering as it provided free wireless internet at a common area. Location-wise, Sheraton AC is next to The Walk (great if you love shopping), but some distance (10-15mins) away from the nearest casino. Rooms are well-sized and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Sheraton AC, but don't expect any bells and whistles.

I stayed here because of the price of the hotel. The week I went everything was very expensive because of the Air show and I was able to get a good deal through AtlanticCity.com. The pool and hot tub were fun and the workout room was great. The room was a good size however, the beds were not very clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and the cleaning people would not take the trash out of the room.

The hotel is priced accordingly for its location next to the convention center, train station and outlet stores. If that is a benefit for you I might recommend it. We found it to be rather noisy, sub prime restaurants and not very clean. It would probably be better suited for a young family. I can’t say I would choose this hotel again. We found the hotel staff to be extremely nice and helpful. That made up for some of the negatives.

Upon Check in we went to are room and we were pleased that the room was so big and well designed. When we checked out the bathroom the sink was leaking all over the floor. I called main desk but it took over a hour to fix. We waited to take a shower after a long drive to arrive here. After the sink was okay we go to take a shower and there was no water. A pipe broke somewhere in the hotel. They gave us another room and they made a mistake with the room number on the keys and we tried to get in another persons room. Back to the main desk to get another set of keys to the right room. Still no water in this room also. Back to the main desk and asked for a room in another hotel in Atlantic city because we were very frustrated by then. This being 3 hours after check in and still not washed. As a recompense they gave us 3 breakfast coupons for our stay. The plumbing in our room made noise every time the person in the next room used theirs, and this started at 5 in the morning. I would not advise anybody to stay at this hotel until they fix the plumbing.

The hotel was convenient to all, especially good for convention center access. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner and the carpets were stained. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet, and there was lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The view was really nice. All of Atlantic City could be seen. It did the job for what we were looking for. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. Skip the breakfast buffet, though. Sour milk and short staffed.

I would recommend the Sheridan as a place to stay for leisure. However,you may have to wear your flip flops in the shower. I had to take a shower with my flip flops on due to a grunge build-up feel to the bath tub like it was wiped out but not really cleaned and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. also, the carpet in the main part on the room had a huge Pink stain. My first impression was great until I took a shower. saw the imperfections right under my nose. I was sort of disgusted and disappointed because of the dirty bathroom and huge pink stain. It could have been taken care of before we arrived. Maybe the maid was hoping we wouldn't notice. When I stay at a hotel, I want a great experience for me and my family and friends and in this case it wasn't great it was merely ok. I had an nice time but it wasn't the best room I stayed in in my lifetime.

This was a nice hotel for the money. I reserved a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. When I reported the error, we were moved to the new location within a very short period of time. It was a great one-night stay for my girlfriends' group, and we plan to return for a longer visit. One problem we had was getting to the hotel from the expressway--bad directions and we were in the wrong wrong lane.

Bed is too soft and loud sounds of the flash on the toilet. It keep us awake the whole night. Otherwise this hotel is good for convention and strategically located. Friendly staff but housekeeping takes time to repond to my call for an extra pillows. Near the shopping area and convetion center. Clean hotel and nice smell corridors. Parking was far from the hotel. The concierge and the bell perso were friendly. Trained staff in the front desk dicreet on the room numbers.

Hotel was reasonably priced. However, it was far from the boardwalk, the casinos and restaurants. It was a long walk or wait for the shuttle to get to where the entertainment was located. However, it was close to the shopping area and the highway. We were able to enjoy shopping in the outlets and we found a few coffee shops to have coffee and dessert each day. It was an interesting place to stay since it is the home of Ms. Universe. Thus, it had several photos, dresses and crowns on display. It gave us something to talk about. It's not a bad place to stay.

Great location...walking distance to outlets and across from Convention Center where you can hop on a jitney and go. Great view of the Casino strip from the 12th floor. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Front desk staff could be more friendly, no smiles or hearty greetings when we checked in. Bell staff and valet staff very friendly (guess that's why they get tipped!)Great pool area although small for the size of hotel. Restaurant and bar good place to eat and meet new friends. Loved the Miss America gowns that were displayed along the lobby.

Very fun hotel close to all shops and beach also your agent Carmella really help me she is excellent wish more people would be like her pleasant and a lots of good service. Also the pricing was excellent for family stays . parking is also very convenient. The noise level is very low very good for sleeping at nite. We felt very secure during our stay at this hotel. We plan in going again in Atlantic city maybe next year and will definitely call you again thanks.
