When we arrived our room was not ready, but the front desk staff upgraded us into the Rendezvous Tower, which was much nicer than the Ocean Tower. The room and service was excellent and I would stay there again if the price was right. I came to town to play poker and their poker room was significantly lacking - too close to slot machines and no more than two games running at any given time. Also, I wanted to go to the Noodle Bar, but after looking at the menu I realized that it was more of a Chinese restaurant than a noodle bar and the prices were too high for what they were offering.

Overall, we liked our stay: pool was good, staff was fine, room comfortable enough. One big minus: we were refused a free upgrade to Tower at reception, although it was advertised and we counted on it. The otel was not that full, so I do not know why upgrade was not granted. We did not get any explanation.

We did not like much the fact that people are allowed to smoke on the casino floor and in other shared facilities. Boardwalk would take some upkeep. View from the room is not good. Chinese restaurant was Ok but nothing special, staff at the place was not very friendly. There were long lines to the buffet, so we did not eat there.

We would come back if we get some deal on stay, although I am not sure I can trust what is promised here.

The room was quite large and had 2 bathrooms. Allthough one of the oldest on the strip it is well maintained. Could use a better Buffet. Check in line was horrid. Other than that we had a pleasant time at Resorts. We would defiantely stay at this Hotel again for the right price. There were more appealing Hotels futher up the strip but I did like the size of the room and the conveinence of the double bathrooms. It cut down on time for us to have fun. It also had internet in your room. It is also close to the Amusements on the Boardwalk for those traveling with children. You would just have to walk out the door and it is there.

The sunday rate was great,i dont know if would be willing to pay the normal rates required during the weekend,the room was large and clean but was nothing that would make me consider paying over 200.00 dollars a night for.The buffet was tasty but nothing special. The casino was great..The location was great .I felt like i had access to anything I needed ...I didnt have to use my car for anything.The parking location was great with easy access. The line was long when I went to check in but the staff seem to get throught it quickly and courtesly.I have recommended to a few friends to try the Sunday stay it was a value worth taking Monday off for.I wish I would have had time to stay another night.I will be back again and would prefer to stay in this location again.I dont know if it will be the same hotel but i will be back and will stay on the boardwalk .I STAYED WITH A COMPETITOR OFF THE BOARDWALK A FEW WEEKS AFTER THIS STAY AND PREFEERED THE BOARDWALK SO MUCH MORE..i WILL NEVE STAY IN ANY OF THE HOTELS OFF THE BOARDWALK AGAIN.

All in all my visit to Resorts Atlantic City Casino Hotel was not to bad. I had few issues when checking in but once they got figured out it wasn't to bad. I was kind of disappointed with the fact that I did request two ocean view rooms that were side by side and ended up getting two rooms on different floors no where near an ocean view. We where told that all the ocean view rooms where all ready booked, I'm fine with that just tell me that when I'm booking room not when I get there. The rooms themselves where pretty nice. It had two full bathrooms which makes getting ready a lot easier for two people. As far as the casino it was OK. It had a some what good selection of slot machines and tables. The one thing I was very disappointed in was the dinning in the hotel. They did have quite a few restaurants but as far I'm concerned they very over priced compared to all the other hotels and casinos on the strip. We where there to gamble not spend almost $60 on buffet for two people. We never had one meal in the casino at all. That says something when you are willing to walk down the boardwalk to find something to eat. All in all I would stay there again as long as the price is right.

would try a different casino hotel next time. had to walk too far to find reasonable places to eat. not enough discounts in the place.

had a great time. Willgo back again. My wife enjoyed the pool and went on the beach while I gambled and also the perks given by the casino were appreciated. We arrived by car which was a trip of about 4 hours and it went by rapidly. THe restaurents in the casino were also very nice and the food was good. We intend to go back in the end of the summer but hopefully it will be hot enough to still go swimming. Other things we like to do include shopping and walking the boardwalk and Atlantic City provides that oppurtunity.

I was told that the rooms were renovated however, only some were and ours was not. The lobby area was good but the Ocean Tower had alot to be desired. Our room had old furnishings, the rug had burn marks on it, the bathroom was very outdated, some ceiling tiles were dirty and the door handles were coming off. The bed linens were clean and we enjoyed the rest of the hotel. The restaurants we ate in were good and the shopping was good also.

I wish we caught the reservation mix-up earlier rather than 2 days into our vacation. Somehow Resorts at check-in mistakenly gave us a far lesser room. When we discovered the mistake Resorts offered to correct the problem, But by then we just wanted to go home. The room was large and had a good view of the boardwalk and southern beach. We enjoyed the hotel except that the room we had was right next to the service elevator. There was banging on our bed wall at all hours of the night. By day 5 I was ready to go "Ballistic!" We had to leave a day early and found out that since we used AC.com, we couldn't get a refund. This wouldn't have happened if we booked directly through the hotel. Price was good but the service elevator drove me nuts!

Overall stay was ok. The only real problem with the Resort room we stayed in, it was old, dirty looking and antiquated. Looks like it's decorated from the 70's. Old TV, old dirty looking carpet, old dirty chairs, and old nasty looking tiles in the restroom. Also having to pay for the High Speed internet when you pay that much for the room is crazy. I've stayed in Holiday Inns much nicer, cheaper, and free High Speed Internet. Will not stay here again. Showboat is twice as nice for same price. Now this is only the room I stayed in. The more expensive rooms maybe much nicer. The staff was great, helpful and friendly, and it's not their fault the place needs to be updated.

The room was not cleaned properly. One day we were left one face cloth and two hand towels for two people to share. I tried to explain to the maid service in the hallway but was just yelled at, no towels now, no towels now. The bathroom floor was never cleaned. I had to call twice to get a hair dryer and finally got one. The casino was GREAT though! The food was great! Just the rooms and the maid service were disappointing.

The hotel was very clean, they upgraded our room because we wanted non-smoking for no extra fee. The little bit of staff we came across was very nice. The casino was very busy, which made it a little more fun to play. For a first time visit I would plan to stay here again if I am given the chance. One last note the bathroom was HUGE and really loved all the space. I could put half my house in there.

Resorts has a good location on the boardwalk. It is near the amusement pier, and is within walking distance of two other casinos. On the negative side, the casino did not interest me. I didn't find games I wanted to play. Food choices are too limited. I often found myself leaving AC to eat. Also, the tap water at this casino has a strange, unpleasant odor. Value wise, however, I stayed beach-front with an ocean view at a very reasonable price.

The club Boogie nights was great although I think they should offer some kind of discount to guests staying in the hotel. Also took some of the great slots away need more games like goldfish, and wheel of fortune. Cocktail service was not great waited along time for our drinks when a server finally did come around and ask. Overall we had a nice time, also maybe another quick bite place to eat would be good like with just bar food.
