From check in to check out, everything was handled in a professional manner. The staff was very helpful and the upkeep of the hotel was great. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Resorts and would return possibly with the children the next time. I would surely refer friends to the Resorts hotel. You may want to venture to the Boogie Nights held Friday and Saturday partying to the 70's and 80's music!

The hotel was fine, could maybe use a little updating in the bathrooms in the rooms, but the casino was great. The ONLY real 'downer" was the check in personnel. We arrived at 10 minutes before 1 PM. There were 2 people in line ahead of us. When they walked away from the desk, I stepped up to the counter. The woman behind the desk stated, "check in is at 1 PM, you can come back then, or wait here". Now, I must add, there were 2 employees doing NOTHING but talking to each other behind the desk. They weren't even working on the check in computers! So I stepped away from the desk to inform my companions of the delay. Within maybe 2 minutes, another younger woman appeared from behind a closed door behind the desk. She immediately made eye contact with me and asked if we wished to check in and the process took only 2-3 minutes! Now why the first 2 employees couldn't start check in 10 minutes before the scheduled check in start time is beyond me, especially when there were only 2 waiting to check in! Since the price was fantastic(thanks "AtlanticCity.com") I will probably stay here again!

Everyone was very nice
The slots were good
Rest rooms were clean in the common area
Hotel was clean except for our room. On the surface it looked OK but the tub was so old that it most likely would not come clean things like The curtains were so old and dirty that they were starting to come apart.
I know we got a good rate on the room because of the dates, but I would never stay in a room like this again no matter what the cost.
We were here earlier this year and stayed in another Hotel a block off the boardwalk that was new so maybe we got spoiled.
We wanted to stay in a Hotel where they had slots so that we could play late at night without walking back to our hotel.
Maybe I should have called Management when we saw how bad the conditions were in the room.
I am sure this room is not one that they charge more money for during the week-ends.
Sorry it really put a damper on our stay.

The hotel was clean, the people were courteous, & the location was great! This was my first stay in Atlantic City and I really had a great time. The casino is open all night so if you are not much on sleeping there is always something to do. I would advise anyone to stay at this casino, even if you are not a gambler,you can't get much closer to the beach. there are also plenty of places to eat and shop on the boardwalk.

As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by valet. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The decor on the 10 floor hallway was out dated or seemed not to flow. When I entered the room it was adequate for the money I spent. The room was a little older then expected. The room was clean but service should take sometime each month and clean the air vents on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. This concludes my review.

Resorts was a great location but VERY in need of an updating design-wise. Carpeting in the hallways was very Brady Bunch and I noticed the ceiling tiles were stained with water! Got to be a mold problem somewhere as I now have a sore throat after my one night stay. But the location was excellent - right across from the beach. AC was not as I remembered...it is totally kid friendly and very built up - sure there are the bad parts but the good outweigh the bad.

My name is seina and i went to atlantic city for my 23 birthday it was cool i walked out the door and the beach was right there and the steel pier was there also we went to the casino and i loved it i won $100.00 off of a penny i had my 2 year old daughter with me and she loved it to she loved the pool and the beach they even gave me a crib to use for free i was very pleased

I would not say “No way!” do not stay at Resorts Atlantic City Casino Hotel. It just was not what I was expecting for $400 a night. Room had a funny smell and walls really need a new color. The sheets were not the best; it felt like plastic. The bathroom was not appealing as well: no bright light, no room to put your stuff. Other then that was fine: the room was big enough and it was clean. We did not use any room service, but people at front desk were nice and helpful. Pool area was clean and simple. I guess it is a good hotel for families or singles. I would not go there for a romantic getaway and most likely I will not stay at Atlantic again. Two years ago we stayed at Borgata (that is my kind of hotel) and I can say that Resorts are not even close to it.

The hotel was very nice. I think housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. I found the buffet to be quite expensive. I also didn't like the wait while change over from breakfast to lunch. I think patrons should be allowed to enter during change over. However, everything I ate was good except for the BBQ salmon. It had a very fishy smell and the bottom was not cooked which was unpleasant for me. Otherwise a good place to stay.

The problem we have the bath. is wasn't clean very well. And the carpet to. But any way, we call to clean, but is wasn't any person available for clean. And "we" clean the bath. Also we no have any soup/shampoo/condition/ we call and pass the same. Later we go to by out shampoo/soup/condition/. And the last problem we have, we don't have towels for each person, we are 4 in one room, 4 in another room and they give to us only 5. we go to find more.... Sorry my English is not good.

The price I got for this room was excellent. I checked-in in at 3pm to find the room not ready till 4pm after a long trip this is not good. I was promised an Ocean View room only to end up with a view of the Trump Taj Mahal rooftop. The maintenance people were prompt to fix a loose faucet knob and everything else was fine. Will stay again when the occasion come again and hoping to get a room with an ocean view he next time. Anyway nice room.

We stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Even though we could not get a ocean view we still had a very nice stay. The people at the front desk need to become more knowledgeable about the room locations and views. Our reservationist was a little clueless. The maid staff was very friendly. We were kind of upset that the buffet closed at 6:30 and the pool closed at 6:00. This is a little to early for a casino hotel. Overall this was a good bargain!

Room was small but clean. In room refrigerator was helpful keeping leftovers cold. Co- worker had told me resorts was a dump good thing I didn't listen to him. Buffet was good it had a nice selection good desserts it was reasonably priced unlike some over twenty dollar buffets in other casinos. Would stay at the resorts anytime. Casino was very nice also it had a nice mix of new machines and my old favorites. No complaints about my visit.

For those who have infants,
The only issue was that someone complaint about my 1 year old being in the pool, they said is some type of health violation. Besides that we had a nice time the rest of our stay. Most of the employees were very nice. I felt very comfortable at the hotel. The restaurants were very nice and the food was good. I believe I like that the best. The casinos were a good size to just have some fun and keep your self a little busy.
