We enjoyed our stay at Resorts Hotel Casino. The upgraded rooms are Fabulous. The general hotel/casino decor is great. The room service and food was excellent and the view from the 50th floor was indescribable. The shopping was great at some boardwalk locations and the new shopping outlets "The Walk" which has some of the finer stores, "Loved IT" We would definitely stay again and recommend it to some family and friends. Our overall opinion is that, we had a great time and will return.

My stay at the Resorts was amazing. The room was so fabulous and cozy. House keeping and other staff members made it feel like I was right at home. The pool was great and the casino was outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay at the resorts because everyone was very outgoing and helpful. Also the bed was so comfortable and the air condition felt so good. If I was to recommend any hotel to someone, it would be the resorts. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Very nice hotel. Economically, well worth it. Only negative was the incredibly long wait to check in. They only had one person assigned exclusively for check-ins and the check-in line was the lowest priority for everyone else behind the counter. A hotel of this size needs more staff to accommodate the check-ins at peak time. As for the rates, cleanliness, rooms, facilities; they were all first class and I would definitely stay here again, and likely will.

First impression: there was a huge line ( about 40 min wait) just to check in - noisy - and a bit smokey from the adjacent casino - I thought- this isn't nice- but the check in at the counter was quick . The room was great- but the TV wasn't working right- the channels wouldn't change ( i determined this after my beach swim later )I called the desk and they sent a technician right away ( within 15 min) He seemed knowledgeable - but couldn't fix it - there was something wrong with the outlet - so they suggested I change rooms; I was on the 42d floor- they said i should come down to the desk to get the key because they didn't have someone available to bring it up to me-. I packed my stuff went all the way down to get the key to get back up to the 40th floor only to find that the new room wasn't even made up yet!- I called the desk - and the manager apologized and put me in a suite! So even though it was bumpy at first- they addressed it and set it right ! The room was fabulous -
( the HBO was NOT working on the TV - maybe i should have complained - they might of given me the penthouse!) I would have preferred to not have to hold my breath ( smokey) to walk through the front lobby to get to the elevator - but unless they ban smoking in the casino ... maybe put doors to the casino? I picked this hotel because I wanted beach -- and the price was better than many of the others-- well worth it!

I expected to arrive and find my room low to the ground, facing the street, back from the beach. To my pleasant surprise, my room was one of the few actually facing the ocean, and very close to the top floor. In fact, the room could not have been better. The atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Thank you!
The pool was sort of a disappointment. It was very nice but closed far too early. We didn't get a chance to enjoy it much. Also, there was no internet connection in our room, which I found surprising.
Overall, though...one of the best get-aways I've ever had.

If I were to return to Atlantic City, I would love to stay in Resorts Hotel again. I do not plan to stay in that city again though. Other than the wait staff in the Burger Bar everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. The price was low for how nice the rooms were. The front desk workers were polite and helpful. Other than being in A.C. the hotel was perfect.

The stay was great, we had a beautiful big room which had an ocean view. The pool and the jacuzzi were very nice. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We were able to sit back and relax, just like we wanted. The service was very good. The buffet was alright. The food was good but they need more variety. The did not have many choices of foods and people do expect to have a choice when eating at a buffet, other than that everything was very clean and organized. We loved it! Thank you.

Overall the hotel was nice. Location was great, especially for the kids. It was a little confusing trying to find the restaurants, especially if you were in the other tower. (not the ocean tower). I called housekeeping to get extra pillows, this took about 4 hours to get. But when I did get them I was satisfied. The room was very nice and clean. Because we asked for a smoking room I felt we were put in the back of the hotel. But all in all it was a very nice stay and we will gladly come back.

Our Hotel was very comfortable and convenient to just about all boardwalk activities and other casinos !
Thought they could have added some perks for people staying with them. Such as some free passes to the gym and or some coin for casino play ! I stayed at this hotel years ago and received $10.00 in casino cash and a free breakfast, but nothing this time! All in all it was a nice stay and I will stay at this hotel again in the future !

Pleasantly surprised by the quaintness of the room. Casino was great - won a few bucks!! Quite a walk to the other end of the boardwalk but that allowed us to go into other hotels as well and shop at the stores. Food at the restaurant was OK. People at the hotel were very courteous and helpful when asked. Free drinks are offered while playing the games in the casino which was nice and they were good too. Would recommend this hotel.

My stay was very nice,check in time was 2 o clock,but they let me check in at 1,that was nice.the maids were very helpful,had a very good time.The hotel was close to all my needs,the Irish Pub was right up the street,a good place to eat good for the hole family.If you have kids Steel Pier is right across from Resorts.Atlantic City is easy to get around,just jump on a jitney,they are great if you want to go to the Marina.

This was a great experience.. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious.. Very accommodating we had to switch rooms and there was no problems in doing so as well as a family emergency that caused us to leave a day early no problem again... Life can be so stressful at times it is so comforting to know that people are willing to work with you and make life a little easier like they did:) We would give it a "10" God Bless!

The hotel staff were all helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable than I thought possible.
My wife won 1250.00 in your casino, Breadsticks has the best soup my wife and I ever tasted.
The only real downside we encountered was a gentleman tried to get us to leave and stay at the Wyndam, when we were coming out of the casino.We thought this was a little tacky.all in all we had a wonderful time and will return.

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel, the boardwalk is just right outside of the hotel and you can enjoy a walk with your family, it is also very convenient because you have everything close. also the buffet have the best food that I ever eaten at any buffet, every thing was fresh.
the rooms were very clean and they have the right temperature before you enter to your room.
the room service is very efficient too you get what you order on a timely manner.
I can assure you that when we go back to Atlantic city we are booking at The Resort Hotel & Casino.
