Totally not what I expected. Hotel was one of the worst I've stayed in Atlantic City. Best thing they have is the Hallway Carpet. Rooms somewhat clean but overall a brick bed and a not good experience. Luckily I saved a few dollars going thru your company because I would of been really upset. However the show at Hotel was wonderful. It was just the room and not to mention the casino is a complete rip-off! I would take my money and gamble somewhere else.

I think this hotel met all of my needs. The hotel was located in a convenient location close enough to the boardwalk. We were able to book last minute and the check in and out was extremely easy and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay here again in the future. The hotel was very clean for the most part. i only stayed one night while traveling but it was very very very very good.

My brother and I went to Resorts to begin his bachelor party weekend. Most of the people in our party were coming down the following day, but we wanted to get started early. Resorts offered us everything we needed to get started. The room was great and the casinos had everything we were looking for. The service and all of the employees were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. For the price that is charged, I think it's a great bargain!

Pleasantly surprised with the room and hotel. It was large, great bathroom and comfortable bed. I had booked the Ocean Tower but was given an upgrade to Rendezvous Tower. We were 2 couples. One had never been to Atlantic city. They loved it and the hotel. We would definitely go back to this hotel again and again. Casino machines were quite tight and it was not equipped with a poker room which was disappointing as we had to go to another casino for that. Great getaway.

We had a good time at the resort, love the room,
location and it was close to the boardwalk and beach. I hope we can come back next year. The weather was rainy but having the parking garage access to the resort and easy access to the restaurants, shopping, night club. Everyone was nice and friendly. I did miss the sitting area out and about in the lobby and other areas. We love the his and her walk in closets and bathrooms.

The room was very dirty and out dated. We ended up checking out a night early and going to another hotel. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. You really get what you pay for. The bathroom was very nasty and I didn't want to step into the shower. The people on both sides of us were very loud and after complaints were made to the front desk nothing was fixed. I even asked to be moved to a different Rommel but was told no. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The price was much lower than the other casinos and I was really worried that the rooms would be old and dirty. To my surprise, they were clean, a little dated but not bad at all. The front desk employees were very helpful and the casino personnel were just as accommodating. Restaurant waitress and help were very pleasant. Steak house was very nice and the food was cooked and served to perfection. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Kudos to all!

The Resorts is the worst place we have stayed at in the 13 years we have gone to AC. The whole building needs to be torn down or at least remodeled. The whole place stinks like mildew. The rooms are NASTY Every thing was sticky. We washed down everything we touched in the room before we put things away. Staff was not willing to help much. Talked to a few. They said they were worried the Resorts would be closing. That doesn't mean they have to pass their feelings off in their work. We use to own at the Flagship. It was to mush hassle traveling back and forth. So we sold the Timeshare. We have been staying at the Casino's instead.We have stayed at the Tropicana-Sands-Showboat-others. Have never had the bad time like we had this time. Would never go back to the Resorts again ever!

I stayed at the Resorts Atlantic City Hotel and Casino. This hotel is very clean and friendly. If you every needed anything any of the staff were more than willing to go out of there way to get it for you. Check in was fast and friendly. Check out was so easy, all you needed to do was return your keys amd you were done. Our room was cleaned every day. I liked that check out was twelve o'clock so you had no rush to leave in the morning.

Overall, the hotel's hospitality is very good. They are willing to accommodate with families with young children. The lobby is very nice and clean and even looks new. I was a little disappointed when i got to my floor. The hallway looks old and the room I stayed at does not looked maintained well. The room is very big, had two walkin closets, two bathrooms, and two doors(one is emergency door). There was something wrong with one of the bathroom sink and the water pressure for one of the toilet bowls. Not very good when you flush. The ceilings was not very maintained, I see yellow stains(to me that meant a leak previously). But over all, the rate is cheap enough for a short stay(especially if you are out on the streets/on the casino floor,it won't matter most of the time).

The hotel location was great. On my last trip, I stayed at another casino a good mile or 2 from the boardwalk just to save about $15 a night. I like stepping outside my door and walking 2 minutes to the beach.
I loved my room! Very clean and spacious (2 bathrooms!). I think the room was actually worth more than I paid. I've been in rooms that were smaller and cost 60% more. The only minus was that I got a nice view of the adjacent roof and connecting building. I'll ask for a beach view next time.

I did NOT stay in one of the remodeled rooms of the Resorts Casino ... possibly they were much nicer. I will say the room I was in showed some serious wear and tear compared to other casino/hotels I have stayed in the past year or two. I usually visit Atlantic City 2 to 3 times a year for shopping or events taking place in Atlantic City.

The casino itself was nice. I would not recommend sleeping at the resorts. The rug was not clean and the 2 chairs in the room had stains on them. When I took a shower, the water was not going down. It felt like I was standing in a small lake. The price was reasonable, maybe that was why the room wasn't so good. I should of stayed at Trump, their rooms are a lot better. I would not stay at Resorts again.

Our check in was very efficient and fast, despite the long lines. All of the hotel staff was pleasant, from the folks at the front desk to all the wait and housekeeping staff. They seemed genuinely concerned that we have a nice stay. All service requests were handled quickly. The view of the ocean from the room was wonderful. The only down side of our stay was the torrential rains on the first day that flooded the parking lots and the entrance to the hotel, but again, the hotel staff handled any issues with disgruntled guests professionally.

When we first booked the room we were excited and scared too. We never stayed in a casino hotel before. We were very impressed that we didn't hear any noise from the casino or any entertainment around us. We have never had someone help us with our luggage or park our car. When we finally had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna and whirlpool without our children we were in heaven. I would recommend staying at the Atlantic city casino hotel to anybody who would ask. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation.
