Had asked for a room with a view, when we booked. Upon check in the clerk said it was a room with a nice view. The view was that of the rooftop Heating,and works of the hotel. No microwave or Wifi. Other then that we liked the location. The casino is laid out really well. Even if you stay at the hotel, they still charge you to park your car $5.00. When you call the office and ask for something, they are very speedy at your requests.

The room was clean and that's about all this had to recommend it. The service was awful. No one ever answered the front desk phone; guest services phone was always busy. The rooms are in serious need of updating. The carpets were stained and the bathroom tile was outdated in the 50s and hasn't come back in style. I had to beg for a hair dryer, which is a common accessory in even the smallest, most remote hotels elsewhere.

While the Price was Super Great for a Thursday & Friday stay and the service was great, the room was not what we were Expecting for a Hotel / Casino on the Boardwalk with the Resorts name attached to it. The room was worn down and to top off our 2 day trip, on the day of our departure, we woke to find a disturbing surprise in our bathroom, we found a HUGE Waterbug crawling on our tolietry bag and we just wanted to leave at this point.

In addition to the encounters we had with a few younger men who could not hold their alcohol intake, they kept harassing my wife so much that we had to call security to escort them off the premisis. Since I have a friend that works @ The Showboat, we went over there to visit and he treated us like VIP's all the way, Should we return, we know where we will be staying next trip.

I work in the hospitality industry in New York, have been for the last 20 years and did not expect this from our first trip to AC.

The hotel room left much to be desired. The bedroom area was fine but, the bathroom was another story. It was dated and dirty. Good deal but still not sure if it was worth the money. The hotel main lobby was nice and the reception when checking in/out was excellent. We did not use any other services so I can not comment on these. The parking at the hotel was also very reasonable. Fairly decent location if you like to walk.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! I absolutely loved it! My boyfriend and I didn't even gamble we walked around the hotel, ate at one of the restaurants inside, and hung out in the room the rest of the time. It was perfect for a little getaway and it would be even better for a longer getaway. The bathroom was so nice and the hotel in general was really clean! The only recommendation I have is a fridge... Other than that it was a really great hotel!

Room is in need of updating. Shower did not work and sounded like a machine gun when turned on. Windows rattled as wind blew throughout the night. There were missing pictures with minor damage to the walls where the pictures once hung. We stayed here cause it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels on the boardwalk and now I can see why it cost less. When we come back to AC in a couple of months we will be checking on other hotels. Casino was niece but not as updated as other hotels.

The hotel is a bit outdated. It was clean and served its purpose of a place to sleep. The rates on the Boardwalk were the cheapest here, which is why we chose it. The line to check in around 5:30 was long and few people were working. Room service for 6 beers took about 40 minutes. We did not eat in any of the restaurants so I cannot comment on food. Our window view was the back of one building and the air conditioners on a second floor between the two, not very nice but we kept the shades closed anyway. There are the basic necessities...tv, mini-fridge, iron/ironing board, etc. The bathroom is small but there is a large mirror in the room outside of the bathroom that was useful in getting ready to go out. I would stay here again based on the rates.

Really had a good time, had a nice large room that was perfect for my family. I was a little disappointed that the pool was not open later when we checked in, closes @ 6:00pm. We went in the morning, and again problems the employee didn't show for work, so the pool didn't open before we checked out... Really wanted the jacuzzi, I had taken a bad fall, and was looking forward to soaking for a while. It was especially nice that my daughter hit a jackpot...

My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary here and it really isn't sent up for romance.This hotel must be one of the oldest hotels/casinos in AC. Our room was clean but was very sparse. The bathroom is in need of a renovation and must be from the 50's or 60's. The light switch was even cracked in half!The lobby and shops are nice and updated but money needs to be spent on room and hallway updating. The casino was not smoke free so we spent most of our time in other casinos. For the money we spent I would have sprung for a few extra bucks and stayed at another hotel.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed since we weren't planning on staying at that specific casino or using the restaurants. Easy to jump in a cab and head over to the other hotels where we had friends staying. Rooms were cheap enough and big enough for what we needed Check in took longer then we wanted, maybe because it was teachers convention and there were a lot of people staying there, but I would've expected that they would have more then one person working the front desk. Other then that, we were very happy with our stay and would probably use this hotel again.

I was looking to stay in Cape May for a relaxing leisure trip to get away however, the place I wanted to stay in was seasonal so I decided to try Atlantic City.It was not high on my list since I'm not a gambler but I was pleasantly surprised to find a reasonable and comforting palace to rest in the Resorts Hotel. The shops were beautiful, rooms clean and no cigarette smell flowing throughout the hotel.I would definitely stay again!!

Totally not what I expected. Hotel was one of the worst I've stayed in Atlantic City. Best thing they have is the Hallway Carpet. Rooms somewhat clean but overall a brick bed and a not good experience. Luckily I saved a few dollars going thru your company because I would of been really upset. However the show at Hotel was wonderful. It was just the room and not to mention the casino is a complete rip-off! I would take my money and gamble somewhere else.

I think this hotel met all of my needs. The hotel was located in a convenient location close enough to the boardwalk. We were able to book last minute and the check in and out was extremely easy and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would stay here again in the future. The hotel was very clean for the most part. i only stayed one night while traveling but it was very very very very good.

My brother and I went to Resorts to begin his bachelor party weekend. Most of the people in our party were coming down the following day, but we wanted to get started early. Resorts offered us everything we needed to get started. The room was great and the casinos had everything we were looking for. The service and all of the employees were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. For the price that is charged, I think it's a great bargain!
