I enjoyed my stay very much. The check-in was quick but even though my room was not ready right away the staff was very apologetic. The room was very clean and orderly and the food was great especially the breakfast in Breadsticks. The bathroom was clean and modern - the only thing I would have wanted was a better view. My room was in the back and you really couldn't see anything decent when you looked out the window. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

Long lines at front desk. Front desk clerks surly & unpleasant (6 occasions). Two lights burned out in my room. Old, dark, dingy looking hotel. Asked for "late checkout" and got it moved from 12:00 to 1:00; went to beach all morning; they deactivated my keys at 12:00, locked out of room; wait in line at front desk; get keys reactivated. What if I'd had a plane to catch! Parking $5.00; internet exorbitant; both should be free.

Room was dirty, had a lot of stains on the carpet and on the chairs, rust in the bathroom. Room was very small, not worth $175!!! Hotel lobby and casino were clean, staff was helpful. Had a little confusion as far as billing was concerned, but was cleared up quickly. We stayed at this hotel because they were sponsoring a concert at Boardwalk Hall. Next time, we will stay closer and at a newer hotel. I would not recommend Resorts.

We waited on line for everything. It took over an hour to check in. Waited on line for one and a half hours to get seat assignments for the show. Waited for a half hour at restaurant to eat after the show. Waited for 45 minutes to eat at the breakfast buffet in the morning.The food at Gallaghers was very good. The food at the buffet was not very good. The show was awesome and we had excellent seats. Would I go back again? Maybe.

Check-in line was a little slow (2pm). A nice, clean hotel but missing minor things like coffee-maker in the room. There were very nice restaurants & eateries in the hotel. It was relatively quiet, but we could hear neighbors in adjoining rooms and the room entry door rattled at night. Room itself was spacious and pleasant. If you are not finicky, it's fine. If little annoyances bother you, pay a little more and stay at a nicer place. Location is great as the hotel is centered on the boardwalk.

My stay at the resorts was phenomanal, from the clenliness of the room, to the exquite food, from the hotel buffet and restarunts, to the peace and quiet and relaxation comfort on the floor in which I stayed. the only thing i did not like was the view, and that the hotel was located far off from the strip shoping mall area. other than that I will recomend the Resorts to other and will stay again if othe in Atlantic City on business or pleasure.

The trip was great my girlfriend had never been to Atlantic City before. We decided on Resorts Hotel because it seemed the most affordable. When we arrived both of us wre taken back by how spectacular the hotel and casino looked it had a brand new feel to it. The staff was very helpful, we tried out room service, the food was very good and delivered in shorter time than expected. The spa and pool area was great. We also saw the Legends show which was terrific. The buffet was also very good the price was right, and the food was very tasty. We plan on coming back either this winter or next summer, and Resorts will be our choice.

The hotel was nice. They could use more retaurants for children. The staff was very nice. The pool was good. My husband that has a bad back loved the hot tub. It helped him alot.It is close to all the other casinos.We would stay again. I do think they should put in a game room for the kids.That would help keep them busy if it rained out.The game floor is set up nicely.It is easy to get around.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel and casino and we will be happy to return. I went to the beach and saw the sunrise the next morning. I would like to see a show maybe for the next visit. We will be back in Atlantic City in July and August and want to check out the meals since we were unable to eat any meals. I can't wait until to visit again and hope to be a winner in casino.

Hotel was great, check in had long lines. No hair dryers, no safe and no refrigerators in room. Called for hair dryer and no one showed up!! The beach was nice, however you have to rent everything, they could at least give you a beach chair. Had breakfast at one of their resturants and it was very good. Played at the casino and did not win, not a good play out. One more comment at check in they could not locate my reservation, good thing I printed out!!

Beautiful hotel.The room was huge. Everything was neat and clean. Ok view of the boardwalk. Staff appeared to be helpful when assistance was needed. This was not only our first trip to Atlantic City, but our 1 year anniversary. We were able to enjoy ourselves right there in the hotel without leaving. Everything we needed was right there. Dinning was wonderful, and we had a great time in the casino. And the shops came in handy for necessities and souvenirs. Would defiantly recommend to a friend, and look forward to our next visit.

The room was great. We stayed in a deluxe room and were very suprised when we had two bathrooms. It was perfect for my friends and I to get ready to Rock the Casbah! The only thing that bothered us were the few dirt stains we found on our pillows. Instead of causing a fuss we just simply flipped them over and went to sleep. The amount of space in our room was amazing. None of us were expecting it to be so big.Everything was enjoyable! No complaints. The next time we go to Atlantic City we will be staying at the Resorts.

The line to check in was long and only 2 people were helping the non-elite guests. Travelers who had checked in earlier to find their rooms not ready were encouraged to cut the line thus making the line stand still for new check-ins. After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I was told that I could not have the room with 2 double beds that I had requested and they would not give me another room. I walked into my room to find a carpet stained in numerous areas and peeling paint. The ceiling tiles were stained brown from leaks and there was peeling paint and mold in the vent. I immediately called this website for assistance. My service representative was wonderful and called the front desk in the hopes of cancelling my reservation and moving me to another hotel. Resorts refused but moved me to a somewhat cleaner room. This room still had stickers on the furniture from the last family who visited and peeling paint. There were fewer carpet stains but it was still disgusting. I will not visit this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Resorts. It exceeded all expections. The only thing that I didn't like was the extremely long lines. I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. I had to wait very long to eat. We had breakfast twice at Breadsticks and waited over 30 minutes both mornings. In addition, the wait at Breadsticks for lunch was over 45 minutes. The wait at the Casino card counter was close to an hour. Most of the "talk" on these lines was the wait! Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and was very pleased at the ease of using this website to book my trip.
