Another wonderful stay at the Resorts. This was our second trip to Atlantic City and it was another wonderful trip. We had such a great time that we can hardly wait to return again. This was our twenty fifth wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better way to spend it. The weather was great and we were able to spend some time on the Boardwalk. We plan on returning for Valentines day and will be looking forward to another great stay.

The check in was quick and friendly. The room was
spacious and lots of closet space. The casino is big and has lots of slots and table games. The staff is very pleasant and eager to help answer any questions. They were agreeable to give comps after a reasonable amount of play time. I ate at the Buffet for breakfast and Dinner.
They had lots to choose from and plenty of everything. The Fresh Ham that the hand sliced during Breakfast was juicy as were the Roast Beef and Fresh Turkey at dinner.

We do like Resorts, as far as the hotel itself goes. Our room was comfortable, and clean. It is decorated nicely and for the most part, it was quiet.
Our intention was to go for 2 nights and just rest and relax... a short, and needed getaway. However, the casino did attract our attention, and we do like to walk the boardwalk, so there was not much rest to speak of, which was our fault!
We made the choice to go to Atlantic City and Resorts, because it was within driving distance from home in DE, and the cost of the room. Will we return? Chances are 50/50. We had little choice in places to dine that were within walking distance (we like to park and then not drive once we check in) and if you are a non-smoker, with any upper respiratory issue, smoke was definitely a huge issue in the casinos. There are non-smoking areas in the casinos, but it appears that they cater more to smokers, and the smoke penetrates the non-smoking areas, as well. Those were our two big negatives about the visit, and that is a concern about a return trip for us.
To be honest, we see little improvement, if any, to the boardwalk area. It is dirty and the shops boarded up and sloppy, unprofessional, signage does not make you want to go into the businesses, if they are open.
The new PIER, is a very nice place to visit and walk through, with high priced stores that we could not consider shopping in, but I would definitely tell you to not miss it, especially around Christmas. It is decorated beautifully, and a site to see in itself. There is a water show in the very rear of the mall, and we were anxious to see it, however, that too, was not operating!
I would not consider walking off of the boardwalk for more than one block away from the ocean. It looks like it is a dangerous area to traverse. In Atlantic City, you have what is a nice looking area, then a very unattractive area, and then back to a nicer area.
In so far as the casinos go, I would not go for them alone. I would surely go into the Delaware, non-smoking casinos, which seem to be paying better. The slots in AC are very tight, and it seems the casinos are not very "giving" where the lounges and eating places are concerned. We enjoy listening to live music and having a few drinks, and we could not find any place, other that shows that were $30 and up. It just isn't like it used to be!

This was my first time at the Resorts Casino and Hotel and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone that wants to have a really good time. My mother and I loved it and will be back very soon! Everyone was pleasant and nice. The location was awesome. Our view was an ocean view and it was absolutely gorgeous. I have never had a view like that anywhere.Thank you for a wonderful evening and overnight stay!

This was our first time in Atlantic City. Resorts was easy to get to, but quite a distance from the main "downtown" area. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side which made it difficult to get outside and walk and enjoy the boardwalk and shopping.
The disappointment we had was that there was no breakfast buffet during the week and even one night we were there, no dinner buffet either.
Jane and Sam in health club were great! It was until nice overall stay.

Check-in was quick. Although we were an hour early, our room was ready.... very clean and spacious. The "Legends" show was fantastic. After the show we ate at the Gallagher's burger bar (?) and were impressed by the excellent service. We did not feel pressured or rushed, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
Only negative was our TV remote did not work. Although we called about remote, and also spoke directly to Resorts personnel at desk, remote problem was never corrected.

Hotel was visually welcoming, clean and accommodating when they had our room reservations wrong but after that there was no personal attention or guidance. If they had included a few perks as other hotel/casinos do, it would have felt like they cared we were there. There was nothing that would entice you to come again. There appeared to be no big "winners" in the casino. The atmosphere could have used some excitement. It was a good value, though, as we needed it for just a stopover.

It was the first time at this hotel. At least 90% of the staff that we encountered were sure to say hello how are you today.
I work at a resort and that is very important to a lot of people that you have friendly staff.
The rooms seemed clean and spacious.
I would definitely stay again.
I cannot rate on a family with children or business level because i was not there for either purpose. The price was good.

The front desk people were well informed and courteous. The room was nicely sized and had extra pillows in the closet as well as tasteful decor. The bed was comfortable and cozy which allowed us to sleep very sound.
We enjoyed the "Legends" show and ate well in the Breadsticks restaurant on the evening of our arrival.
The key drop off checkout was very convenient and efficient which allowed us to pace ourselves for enjoyment throughout the day.
This was a very enjoyable experience and a much needed getaway.
Our only small criticism would be the gaming tables, though slow were very crowded and perhaps could have had another one or two open to alleviate the crowding.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Resorts. A couple of the drawbacks were as follows: 1- Had to wait in line over 30 minutes just to check in, 2- Gave incorrect show times for Legends so we missed a show that we really wanted to see, 3- Maid came in just after we had checked in the room to do nothing? She just opened the door and came in like no one was in there! Some of the pluses for Resorts: 1- Large stand up showers, 2- Very clean rooms, 3- Non smoking casino access

Room check-in is a bit slow. Our room was not ready at 4:00 pm, and we had to return at 4:30. At 4:30 it was still not ready so they gave us a different room. Employees were friendly and helpful, room was clean. The location is very good, a nice walk on the boardwalk to the other casinos. They seem to have the lowest priced rooms, not the fanciest but I'd rather save my money for the slot machines!

The hotel room at Resorts was very big and exceeded our expectations ... it even had a large jacuzzi tub and king size bed! It's always nice to stay at a casino, but booking a room directly with the casinos was way out of our price range. AtlanticCity.com made it very affordable and easy, even on a short notice. We booked our room about 1 week prior to our stay.
We will definitly be using AtlanticCity.com for future stays in Atlantic City!

We had a wonderful time-very clean-The rooms are beautiful-gambling is great-The only problem we had which nearly ruined our trip, was the cashier in the redemption booth near the Boardwalk-She was very rude and needed sensitivity training-(Margarita)Whether the customer changes their mind or not about how they would like their money, I feel that the Hotel staff should comply-Not get angry-Check out was a breeze-What we found interesting was that the smokers had a different section of the hotel casino--There was even an outside area for smokers-That put a damper on things--Money is generated by people that smoke and drink-It relaxes them and they play more-The waitresses on the casino floor only offered Coffee, Soda, Water-What happened to the free drinks--Atlantic City you are in for trouble-People are going to start going to Las Vegas

I enjoyed my stay at Resorts. My wife found it an aggravation that there was no hair dryer in the room. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I liked the fact that the bed linen is changed every day. The buffet offered a good choice at a good price. My only problem is that the hotel is a bit far from the centre of the boardwalk. It was a pleasure to have non smoking areas.
