I think the Resort is a great stay for the price you have to pay, but the Casino does not have as many table gambling options as other Casino on the strip. I end up gambling at other Casino around the Resorts due to their lack of resource. The floor pit boss was very helpful in helping me and my guests, on where we needed to go in order for us to gamble on the games we enjoy. But never the less my stay at the Resort was good, cause I've only spent about only 7 hours at the hotel.

Sunday evening 5/18 Check in line was long (we were there about 7PM). I would have expected some extra help to come on the desk and clear the line. I could hear people talking about a conference. I've been to many myself. But first impressions are everything, and there were at least 10 people behind me waiting, if not more. On my online reservation, it indicated I would get free parking and a "buy two, get one breakfast free) Monday morning, but the person at check-in was clueless and made no offer to make good on that. My husband and I were there celebrating an anniversary, so it was disappointing that we didn't get the full offer. We love to play blackjack, and I thought the tables were clean, and looked new, casino bathrooms were also clean and bright, and we took advantage of the offer to eat at the counter at Breadsticks Monday so we wouldn't have to wait longer. The room was lovely and the bathroom was huge, bright and welcoming. We've like to come back but I was a little disappointed

My husband and I went away for an anniversary trip. We had a wonderful time. The weather was great for walks down the boardwalk. The hotel was very roomy and clean. We wished there had been entertainment in the hotel during our stay. We had to walk quite a way down the boardwalk for that. Also we were advised by the front desk that the hotel did not offer any type of breakfast buffet. That would have been a welcome addition to our stay.

Resorts is an awesome place to stay in! Their rooms are spacious and comfortable...it's what I look for in a room. The beach decor is pleasing to the eye. Although i found their bathroom to be a bit small, the large closet made up for it...i was able to keep all my things out of sight. The casino & shops are upbeat and exciting. The staff is pleasant too. I love staying at Resorts, they always have great deals that include a show! I always come back to see Legends in Concert, and catch up with my favorite stars. I never leave comments about my stay at any hotel...but I honestly must say that Resorts is on top of my list, so i had to give "em props.

Had a good time. Stayed in the casino longer then I through I would have. Kind of got caught up in the fun. My big problem was, I was up till 5 am and asked to get a late check out like at around 4 PM But was told no or I would have to pay $130.00 for another night. After playing with 500.00 and being tired. I just checked out. I will never use Resorts again as I feel that I wasn't given any good customer service

Stayed in this hotel on business a few years ago, therefore when I needed to fly in to and out of ACY, and spend one night in the area, I knew I would be comfortable in Resorts. The only negative of the experience, was check in. Chili's must have had a business meeting at Resorts. Many, many employees were all checking in when I tried to check in. I think if there is this type of activity, perhaps there should be a special check in line for the business folks. Others checking in wouldn't have to wait. Thanks for the chance to comment.

This was a horror from the word GO! The first thing is that it took me 40 minutes just to check in. Then when I get to the front desk I asked them about the Show tickets I was suppose to receive and I was told that the show already ended.It started at 2 o'clock . What are you but you could not check in until 4pm. What are you suppose to do you can't check in so you can't receive the tickets. Then I was told that I could see the show the next day @ 7pm. That's no help because you have to check out by 12pm. You're suppose to sit around for another 6 hours and do what loose all your money I guess until you can go to see one show. Yeah Right! They did not offer me anything as compensation and I did ask and they said nothing they can do. Not even a coupon for breakfast. Unbelievable. The room was dingy and the bed was so hard I had to get up and sleep in the chair in the middle of the night because I could not endure the pain in my back. My new wife was in so much pain we had to just leave. This is not a place I would ever stay again!!

I was not happy with the room we had in the ocean tower at Resorts. The rooms were dated and did not feel very clean.I thought the buffet was too expensive for what you were offered. The food was just okay.I'm not a very patient person so I did not enjoy waiting in line for everything (buffet, breakfast. I would also like to see more police presence on the boardwalk at night. The price was right, $59 per nite.

I really like the hotel because it has an indoor pool if you don't want to gamble. The only problem was with the room was the furniture tables were scarred and cigarette burned. The furniture should be change and I didn't like that there were joining rooms I felt someone could unlock their side and come in. The maid service was great. The front desk were pleasant and helpful trying to put guests in rooms before 4pm. The restaurants food was delicious and reasonable price.

When we arrived at the Resorts Hotel, we did not know what to expect. We showed up two hours early before check-in time and they were able to accommodate us. My Fiancee, Jorge never stayed on the Boardwalk before. He was really excited. Once we got to the room, we were both ecstatic. We could not believe how big the room was. We only paid $72 for the room including tax. It was so spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

The Resorts Hotel/ Casino was a great get away retreat for the family. We enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very nice and kept up well. The maid service was good and on time. My kids went swimming and to the exercise room. They enjoyed themselves. On the other hand, I gambled a little and did a lot of browsing, and spending at the shops and restaurants. I wish there were more activities to do in the weekday as well as the weekend. I understand there is a theater inside, but there was nothing showing the days we stayed. In the future I would like to see a comedy show or a music concert. I saw some coming up soon in May and June of 2008.

I had a wonderful, fabulous ocean view. It was breath taking. The room was spacious including a walk in closet, king size bed and small round table with two chairs. The room was adjacent to the elevator therefore providing easy access.I was very pleased with the room.

The saloon and the spa were also outstanding.The staff were so very pleasant and the services were fabulous. I had a saloon and a spa day and the experience was excellent. I term the experience pamper me beyond fabulous.

The location was great for shopping,( on the boardwalk or the outlets), also ideal for beach walking, swimming or sun bathing. The restaurants were also very good. I had the opportunity to eat at three of the restaurants and the food was very good. The staff was pleasant and cooperative.

The front desk staff were pleasant and cooperative. They were very helpful and patient whenever I had questions.
The porters were very friendly and service was quick, I did not have to wait for my baggage to be picked us.The house keeper service was very good and the room was clean and fresh. The house keep was also friendly and willing to assist.

I would recommend the hotel and I would also re-visit the hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. My room was in the older section of hotel. Comfortable room but could have been cleaner[hair from previous guest on bathroom floor]. It also would have been nice if more of the hotel restaurants had been open. I can't really complain too much because I got a great price for the room.For a summer stay this hotel would probably be a great location. It is right on the beach and very close to the steel pier[amusements].

When we arrived at the hotel there was someone to greet us and answer all of our questions the room was perfect, everyone was so friendly and nice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at with or without children. I didn't really visit the casino because I'm not a gambler but when I did its clean the employees are just as nice. The shops and the food was great so please visit the resort to see its a memorable experience. And to think this was my first getaway andI thought it was going to be bad, I received a huge surprise.

The hotel was great.Check in time was terrible. We had to wait in line almost 45 minutes. The room was great. The only problem was the closet was bigger than the bathroom and there was a problem with the water running out slow in the tub while taking a shower.The view of the ocean was nice.The restaurants in the hotel were closed so we had to go outside the hotel to eat. But that was okay.I will be staying again. Hopefully in May.
