We were very disappointed in this hotel. Check in staff was very rude, hurried and not helpful. We called down for our luggage and they told us...45 minutes. My husband went down to get it himself. They didn't allow him to use a cart. In the evening we called housekeeping for an extra pillow. Housekeeping told me that it would be 30 minutes because she is in the middle of changing sheets. Totally unprofessional. From Check in to check out. We left and stayed at the Hilton the next night. What a difference! We felt like royalty.

The resort Casino was a very pleasant hotel and casino. The staff was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the fact that parking was only $5 for our entire stay. That was awesome. It was also a nice touch to have valet parking, especially after a long 4 hour drive. The Casino is an older hotel but its in wonderful condition; Better than some of the newer hotels. I would love to return in a few months to experience this wonderful hotel in the future. I will be back again for sure.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean with lots of space.There was a nice walk in closet. The beds were a little hard, not soft but still comfortable. The casino was very spacious with plenty of slot machines to play.We did win a few dollars. The hostess were always around to service drinks The rates for the room was very affordable. The pool was very nice. My friend and I would differently come back.

I was looking for a reasonable weekend rate for a quick trip to AC. Other "name" hotels were asking 3-4 times the rate at Resorts. I wanted to stay at the beach and be close to all the other hotel/casinos. Resorts was perfect; close to everything,on site parking, restaurants were a good value, employees were friendly and polite and the room was CLEAN. I would recommend this to everyone. This website was a tremendous help in finding a good hotel with a good rate. Expedia, Hotel.com and other well known travel sites couldn't come anywhere near the price I found here.

The hotel was a good deal but the casino had no poker room, few tables and tons of slots that didn't pay out as well as Bally's for example. The town was downscale and I will go to casinos that payout better in the future. The fact that they wanted me to pay $12 / day for internet connection was a major negative - most hotels offer wireless service for free. The food in the buffet was a very good deal.

Besides not being able to check in until almost 4pm, when others were checking in ahead of us, it was a nice stay. I had to make the clerk call to see if our room was ready because it showed as not ready yet. I was very annoyed when I found out the room had been ready for some time but the status was not changed in Housekeeping. Now that made it a long day to have nowhere to rest!

I would like to say that my stay at Resorts was one I will never forget! Having a jacuzzi right inside the room made it very romantic! Also, the fact that the Casino was right in the Hotel made it even better! I did not have to travel far to gamble! My family enjoyed the fact that we were so close to the boardwalk, beach, and all the other attractions! We are really looking forward to returning and staying even longer! Thanks for making my stay at Resorts in Atlantic City one I will never forget!

We had an amazing time at the Resorts Casino Hotel, we brought my mother-in-law who was visiting us from London. She said she a great time playing in the casino. She never thought that the rooms were very affordable.We stayed for only a night but it was worth it. The room that we had was very clean and had a great ocean view from the window . At nighttime the view was simply breathtaking with all the lights around. We would definitely be back this summer and stay again at the Resorts Casino Hotel.

I had a wonderful time, my partner asked what happened to my smiling face the closer I got back to the city..I said I left it at The Resorts. I will definitely be going back really soon. The staff was extremely helpful courteous and friendly. The getaway was well needed and the Resorts hit the spot. Next time, I will be staying at least a week. I highly recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who just wants to get away and have fun.

We had a great time we just wish the pool stayed open longer than 6'oclock at night.It was very nice and clean and hope to be able to afford to come again.We all loved it, it was very nice, clean and fun for all of us. Liked the hotel and casino was ok but I was very disappointed that the casino did not pick up my 28 dollar food tab upon checkout. I gambled alot over the two day period.The excuse was that they could not pick it up because my room was not comp.I do not understand why that is. I never had that problem in another hotel.They need to understand there are many places to stay and other hotels would have picked up the tab

We had a beautiful large room,very clean . We experienced one problem. The tv is situated in a lovely cabinet, but it doesn't swivel enough to see comfortably from the bed. We loved the buffet. It wasn't huge with selections,but we didn't care because we care for quality not quantity. We were very happy with our meal and the service of the staff. Actually, service was good at all venues. We didn't win in the casino, but we enjoyed ourselves nevertheless. Thanks.

I enjoyed the hotel stay. The only problem with any of the hotels is during "off-season". I found that the lack of restaurants in which to eat at was a problem for me and my family member. We had to find a restaurant which was open. On the last day of stay we just wanted a good breakfast knowing that we had a long drive, however, the only choice of food was limited to one choice of meal. We also were disappointed in the hours of the pool, we did not get to enjoy it at all. The hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable, hotel service was great.

The staff was very pleasant and worked hard to accommodate. They seemed to be hampered by some mis-communication and working somewhat at cross purposes. This is not their fault, but perhaps more helpful management (getting some bottom up suggestions) would help.

When we got in the room, (which was very large)the safe had been left locked. It took a few calls to get the two people required to open it up to the room. Once they got there they were quick and very nice.

Room service was exceptionally prompt and the food was plentiful and hot when served.

It also took quite awhile (and a LOT of walking from desk to desk) to figure out how to confirm that if were "on the list" for the Legends show. I have come to the conclusion that there is no "list".

The show itself was enjoyable. The Impersonators all had very good voices, although some were better than others at physical impersonation. Particularly, it wasn't kind to the Elvis impersonator to have concert clips of the Original on big screens on either side of the stage. The dancers were spectacular. They knocked themselves out in number after number for the whole show. .kudos to them. The band was also excellent. My favorite part of the show was the closing number medley during the bows.

All in all it was a very good stay.

We were put in a room that was to be for handicap you would not be able to fit a wheelchair from the living room to the bathroom. The bathroom is also very small. The front desk had a few issues due to bad attitudes that the staff showed. They also need to have more wheelchairs at the front desk. We was told they had them so we didn't bring ours. The casino was great. The restaurants need to be opened later and the prices need to be less for food.
