This was our first time in Atlantic City. Resorts was easy to get to, but quite a distance from the main "downtown" area. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side which made it difficult to get outside and walk and enjoy the boardwalk and shopping.
The disappointment we had was that there was no breakfast buffet during the week and even one night we were there, no dinner buffet either.
Jane and Sam in health club were great! It was until nice overall stay.

This was my first time at the Resorts Casino and Hotel and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone that wants to have a really good time. My mother and I loved it and will be back very soon! Everyone was pleasant and nice. The location was awesome. Our view was an ocean view and it was absolutely gorgeous. I have never had a view like that anywhere.Thank you for a wonderful evening and overnight stay!

We do like Resorts, as far as the hotel itself goes. Our room was comfortable, and clean. It is decorated nicely and for the most part, it was quiet.
Our intention was to go for 2 nights and just rest and relax... a short, and needed getaway. However, the casino did attract our attention, and we do like to walk the boardwalk, so there was not much rest to speak of, which was our fault!
We made the choice to go to Atlantic City and Resorts, because it was within driving distance from home in DE, and the cost of the room. Will we return? Chances are 50/50. We had little choice in places to dine that were within walking distance (we like to park and then not drive once we check in) and if you are a non-smoker, with any upper respiratory issue, smoke was definitely a huge issue in the casinos. There are non-smoking areas in the casinos, but it appears that they cater more to smokers, and the smoke penetrates the non-smoking areas, as well. Those were our two big negatives about the visit, and that is a concern about a return trip for us.
To be honest, we see little improvement, if any, to the boardwalk area. It is dirty and the shops boarded up and sloppy, unprofessional, signage does not make you want to go into the businesses, if they are open.
The new PIER, is a very nice place to visit and walk through, with high priced stores that we could not consider shopping in, but I would definitely tell you to not miss it, especially around Christmas. It is decorated beautifully, and a site to see in itself. There is a water show in the very rear of the mall, and we were anxious to see it, however, that too, was not operating!
I would not consider walking off of the boardwalk for more than one block away from the ocean. It looks like it is a dangerous area to traverse. In Atlantic City, you have what is a nice looking area, then a very unattractive area, and then back to a nicer area.
In so far as the casinos go, I would not go for them alone. I would surely go into the Delaware, non-smoking casinos, which seem to be paying better. The slots in AC are very tight, and it seems the casinos are not very "giving" where the lounges and eating places are concerned. We enjoy listening to live music and having a few drinks, and we could not find any place, other that shows that were $30 and up. It just isn't like it used to be!

The check in was quick and friendly. The room was
spacious and lots of closet space. The casino is big and has lots of slots and table games. The staff is very pleasant and eager to help answer any questions. They were agreeable to give comps after a reasonable amount of play time. I ate at the Buffet for breakfast and Dinner.
They had lots to choose from and plenty of everything. The Fresh Ham that the hand sliced during Breakfast was juicy as were the Roast Beef and Fresh Turkey at dinner.

Another wonderful stay at the Resorts. This was our second trip to Atlantic City and it was another wonderful trip. We had such a great time that we can hardly wait to return again. This was our twenty fifth wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better way to spend it. The weather was great and we were able to spend some time on the Boardwalk. We plan on returning for Valentines day and will be looking forward to another great stay.

We had to switch rooms because our first room was not clean and was extremely small. There also wasn't any view. Our next room was cleaner, larger, and had an ocean view. The Ocean Tower was in desperate need of an update. The carpets in the hall were very outdated. We did not have a hair dryer in our room but got one when we requested one.
The Casino was enjoyable especially to find a $10 Blackjack table in the middle of the afternoon.

This is our second time staying there,We stayed there when they open the hotel and casino in 1987.We had a very good time then and this time too.Went to see a Christmas show that Sunday nite that was very good and had dinner too that was good.The hotel room was big and I like the way the bath room was looking,very good.Our view from the room was,a very good view of the City and Beach,we will be back again.

The hotel room was nice a roomy. The front desk was very polite and mannerable. The room was slightly clean. The room was pretty old and needed some minor renovations, which they were probably going to take care of in the very near future. I stayed in the older part of the hotel, but it was very quiet. I stayed in one of the older hotel towers, but the newer one required more money, because it would of been an upgrade.

Excellent hotel for the value. Would definitely stay here again! My friend and I looked for a inexpensive hotel and found this one. We were worried that it would not be a nice hotel and we would regret booking it. That was not the case at all. In fact, the hotel was one of the nicer ones we had stayed at in Atlantic City. All the staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We did have to go elsewhere for nightlife but it was no big deal.

The hotel is in a great location just along the boardwalk. The hotel rooms themselves are very spacious, have a great view of the beach, and the room rate was the best in town for a Saturday night. On any given weekend the hotel throws a 70s 80s disco party that is full of people from all ages. If you want to gamble the hotel has a casino that is open all night long. If its dining, gaming, or enjoying a drink at the bar, this hotel has it all in one.

Room was old bathroom and had mold and mildew. Very small bathroom not worth the price. Would only stay here if it had an up to date renovated room. For a casino hotel they should really renovate all of their rooms if they would like repeat customers. I paid $150 for a room. I would have been better off staying at an Econo lodge. At least there you know what to expect.
Please forward feedback to Resorts so they can clean up their act and compete with other casinos.

The hotel was average as best. We only stayed due to the price of the other hotels along the boardwalk being so high. We stayed in the Ocean Tower which is not that bad but the bathroom in the room was disgusting. The hotel was empty so gaming was decent, but there is not a lot of bars/lounges to enjoy throughout the casino unless you are an ultra player. No place to get a late night bite to go unless you ordered room service which was a little odd. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

I booked this room as a gift for my Mother to have a nice w/e away and see a show. She had a fabulous stay, and was happy with all of the service and amenities the hotel had to offer.They did have a problem with the first room they were given but the hotel staff fixed the problem immediately and upgraded the room. The location was great as she saw a show next door and took the skywalk back to the hotel.

Loved the hotel! Clean room. However; pool was closed and we weren't made aware before our stay. Bathroom also needs remodeling. But I loved it and would stay there again next time in Atlantic City! Casino was a nice atmosphere. The food was great! Wish we wouldn't have had to pay for parking since we were hotel guests. The room service was great- very romantic. Check out was fast and simple. We had an all-in-all great stay! Can't wait to come back!
