Unless they are currently doing renovations, my room was "very basic" like a MOTEL & the bathroom was dirty & looked like a men's room.I called the front desk & had my room changed, only to be moved to another room(a suite) that looked exactly like the first, except it had a couch, I guess that made it a suite.Checking out the attendant was popping gum and very rude! Never coming back here! My birthday weekend was almost ruined, if it wasn't for playing "Wheel of Fortune" in the casino, it would have been HORRIBLE! The halls are dark and the room doors look like you are in prison, not warm, welcoming and relaxing at all! Thi is RESORTS not Motel 6, but that's what it felt like.The buffet is the worst, there weren't many choices and the desserts were not pleasant to the palate.Only stay here as a last RESORT!

This was our very first visit to Atlantic City, so we were a bit apprehensive, but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. We had booked the Resorts hotel mainly for the price. When we got there they upgraded us to the newer Rendevous Tower which was beautiful and very comfortable. The line up for check-in was very long, but it went pretty quickly. We found the staff to be very helpful and all in all, we really enjoyed our stay there. Would definetly go back there.

From the beginning the stay was not looking good. Our check in took 45 minutes because they had only one person working. Then we finally got our room and when we walked into it, it was horrific. There was only a view overlooking the building next to us and the side of the Taj. The hotel was like staying at a motel and I will never stay in something low class like this hotel again. The casino was nice and the staff in the casino was very helpful and friendly.
Comments : - Wow bad time! I am sorry to hear this. Resorts usually gets high marks. Call us next time and we will make sure to take care of you.

Not happy with entire stay the room was old no view and very stuffy.Even when you used shower there was no ventilation so the entire room would fill up with steam when you opened door. you looked out a dirty window looking over the parking lot. The casino was also troublesome it had very loud music to the point it gave you a headache also you could not even sit at the machines without being bothered by beggers looking for a free handout. I watched this one guy do this for over a hour right in front of security and they did not do anything. We finally
went over to Taj much nicer experience.

The line to check in was long and only 2 people were helping the non-elite guests. Travelers who had checked in earlier to find their rooms not ready were encouraged to cut the line thus making the line stand still for new check-ins. After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I was told that I could not have the room with 2 double beds that I had requested and they would not give me another room. I walked into my room to find a carpet stained in numerous areas and peeling paint. The ceiling tiles were stained brown from leaks and there was peeling paint and mold in the vent. I immediately called this website for assistance. My service representative was wonderful and called the front desk in the hopes of cancelling my reservation and moving me to another hotel. Resorts refused but moved me to a somewhat cleaner room. This room still had stickers on the furniture from the last family who visited and peeling paint. There were fewer carpet stains but it was still disgusting. I will not visit this hotel again.
