We had a nice time. The girl at the counter at check out could have been a little nicer but overall we would stay again. It was close to a lot of things, everyone in the casinos were very nice. We wish the buffet would have stayed opened longer.
Although the next time we come down we would like to stay longer, we didn't really have to much time to check everything out like we would have liked to. We ate at the hamburger restaurant and it was good.

I only stayed based on promo. The previous hotel that I stayed at gave me coupons and discount tickets on all the restaurants and bars where this hotel only have be a key and the little folder to hold the key. I was sadly disappointed by that as well. The hotel room was fair, and I could not believe they wanted to charge $10.00 per person to go in the little gym that was empty everyday. I did not like the casino either. Maybe the hotel is too far down the boardwalk. I would only stay if I had no other choice.

I wasn't impressed with the room. The bed was horrible, it was like sleeping on the floor!!! I stayed in the new part of the hotel too! The pool was very crowed with a lot of children, running and screaming! They should really set a couple of hours aside for adult swim! I know that a lot of places do that. The restaurants aren't great either, it took 40 mins to get eggs at 1130 am??? Oh well the weather was great so that was the one thing I cant complain about!!

Hotel rooms in the towers are very old, with poor amenities and decor. In fact, the rooms are a bit depressing. The hotel needs to renovate its towers, improve its desk services and its overall image. Weekend rates are not commensurate with the quality of the hotels rooms. In fact, the rate was outrageous! However, proximity to other casinos, the boardwalk and the new shopping mall is excellent. It is less expensive than other casinos if one has lower expectations for a prime casino room.

My overall experience was fair. If you are going to have refrigerators in the rooms you should also have a microwave oven. The pool also closes a little early. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel. The hotel was very convenient to Boardwalk and Beach. Parking also was very convenient and not expensive. Ocean Tower rooms need a few renovations to bathrooms and television upgrades. I would recommend this hotel to someone on a budget and wants a decent room.

I stayed at Resorts Hotel and Casino to attend the Boyz II Men concert with a friend at the House of Blues, Showboat Casino. Resorts was the cheap and close to the venue. The rooms and hallways were last remodeled in the 70's (out of date). They did not provide a coffee maker or a iron. The air conditioner did not work well, and I had to turn down the thermostat below 60 degrees so the room would be comfort. Next time, I will pay more money and stay at a nicer hotel.

I was disappointed with the room arrangement because we were supposed to have adjoining rooms with my sister who we were traveling with. We ask for this when we made our reservations. When we checked in the girl was not very friendly. People weren't very nice when we asked them for directions to different places. All and all we had a good time and didn't loose our shirt at the tables.I thought the tables were easy to learn;which made it more enjoyable to gamble.

Great stay, although the bathrooms do need updating! We enjoyed the easy access to/from the parking garage and the easy to follow overhead signs to provide direction upon arriving. This was our first stay at this hotel, but not our first in Atlantic City. I might suggest some type of Anniversary stay promotion on the weekends. We found the Hotel to provide exceptional value compared to other hotels we have stayed at on the Boardwalk. We'll certainly keep this Hotel in mind for future stays.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the pier for the children that I was traveling with and it had a indoor/outdoor pool. I also stayed there because it had a good price. I was thoroughly disappointed in the pool. The first day we got there we found that the pool was only open unit 6:00pm. Most of the other hotels had pools open until 10pm. This was a huge disappointment to my children. There were never any clean towels at the pool and the deck was extremely dirty with food and debris. We called for extra towels to our room 3 times in one evening b/c there weren't any towels at the pool and never received 1 extra towel or a response. The next day we went to the desk to complain and still never received a towel...of course we went to the pool, and low and behold, no towels.
I also tried to find out about the internet service that you can purchase for your room, and never could find anyone who knew anything about it. I finally talked to a manager, (too late of course) and was told about the service. The answer I got from the manager was "The keyboard is in the drawer under your TV" Well, I tried to use the keyboard in the drawer under the TV for the "easy" in room checkout to type in my email address for a receipt and there were no batteries in the keyboard. I went to the room of the other guest that we were traveling with to use their keyboard, but there keyboard also didn't have batteries. I called the desk to get some, and of course no one ever responded.
The rooms were beautiful, the casino was nice, but the customer service was terrible. You can have the nicest place in the world, but if you are treated poorly, you will not return. We stayed at a small motel on the way in to Atlantic City in Lancaster that was not anything but a room with beds, but the customer service was wonderful and the people made us feel so welcome that we will definitely stay there again and I recommended this place to several people. Customer service makes a nice stay spectacular.
Lastly, I think that all of your rules on this survey, is discouraging. So, I have to be a well educated, computer savvy, long winded, Harvard grad to write any comment to you, what about the average person....they don't get to respond. It's an "annoyance" to hear from them I guess.

They need to have WI-FI for free. This hotel is not Handicap friendly. Rude desk help on one visit. No Food after hours. The room service is too expensive. After 12:00 the restaurants are closed. The buffet is awful for the price. They advertise like crazy but when you get there is very little choice. Cold or burnt food. Floor was very sticky. Why charge people so much for nothing? I even got charged .75 for local calls. I felt I wasn't wanted.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Check in staff was very rude, hurried and not helpful. We called down for our luggage and they told us...45 minutes. My husband went down to get it himself. They didn't allow him to use a cart. In the evening we called housekeeping for an extra pillow. Housekeeping told me that it would be 30 minutes because she is in the middle of changing sheets. Totally unprofessional. From Check in to check out. We left and stayed at the Hilton the next night. What a difference! We felt like royalty.

We were put in a room that was to be for handicap you would not be able to fit a wheelchair from the living room to the bathroom. The bathroom is also very small. The front desk had a few issues due to bad attitudes that the staff showed. They also need to have more wheelchairs at the front desk. We was told they had them so we didn't bring ours. The casino was great. The restaurants need to be opened later and the prices need to be less for food.

I was not happy with the room we had in the ocean tower at Resorts. The rooms were dated and did not feel very clean.I thought the buffet was too expensive for what you were offered. The food was just okay.I'm not a very patient person so I did not enjoy waiting in line for everything (buffet, breakfast. I would also like to see more police presence on the boardwalk at night. The price was right, $59 per nite.

The room decor was old. The curtains and chairs were stained. I was not impressed by the amount of time it took the reception desk to answer the phone. A customer service representative responded after the third try. We attempted to eat dinner at Breadsticks, but the line was extremely long. We ended eating at Plates in the Taj Mahal. The walkway they have was great considering the cold weather. We ordered room service and the breakfast was great and affordable. I would recommend staying there again.

Room was old bathroom and had mold and mildew. Very small bathroom not worth the price. Would only stay here if it had an up to date renovated room. For a casino hotel they should really renovate all of their rooms if they would like repeat customers. I paid $150 for a room. I would have been better off staying at an Econo lodge. At least there you know what to expect.
Please forward feedback to Resorts so they can clean up their act and compete with other casinos.
