The hotel was okay, my room had some water damage. I would stay again. I won $200.00 on the triple 7 machine. Great shopping in and around hotel. Didn't get a chance to check out pool or spa. Would like to get information on obtaining free room offers. Close to beach area and walking distance to mall and resturants. Located on far in of Atlantic City Convention Hall, but still in great walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay for the Mother's Day weekend with family. Looking forward to staying soon.

This hotel was a great time. I was there with Danny Bonaduce opening the new Boogie Nights night club and I must say that this hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and the room was well kept and equipped. It contained a mini refrigerator, which is something I have yet to see while staying at other rooms in Atlantic City and the surrounding area. The Resorts hotel will definitely be amongst the places that I will recommend for both friends and family to stay at while in Atlantic City

In general,the hotel is O.K. But I must say that the service of the waitress at the casino was very very slow. Something else that bothered me was the food.The buffet was supposed to be open 24 hours but when I was there some of the foods were not accessible... and ,if I am at it the hamburger I had at one of the restaurants wasn't what I expect from such a hotel. they charge for internet use when they know it isn't so efficient.

Impressive, large, roomy-slight problem so when reported, got moved to another room-no questions asked. First room huge, nice sitting area, next room did not. Bathrooms-huge, almost as big as some rooms, double sink, separated toilet and shower as well as vanity for make-up. Valet took luggage to rooms so did not have to drag ourselves, mid-week/winter so some restaurants/shows not available, connected to other hotels so nice to visit without going out in cold.

My issue was with the lack of open facilities. We booked this hotel because of the spa and pool facilities, however, none were actually open at time of visit, we were not pre-informed and when I made comment to the front desk I was told that the outside company should have informed me of this- they didn't. To add further disappointment, the buffet also "decided" not to be open the night of our stay. The casino was good, but if you are not an addictive gambler and actually want something else to do, don't come to this hotel in winter.

We found the price to be good, the casino is nice, the Bar and Grill was a nice place to eat dinner and hang out. However we found the rooms needing some updates. The bathroom mirror was tinted with a color but it started to peel from age and you could not even see yourself in it. The sink was just a sink I vanity would have been nice, so you have a place to put your bathroom items. The pool area seemed nice for families to use and offering spa service is a nice plus.

The Resorts comps are not very good. They don't have enough open restaurants. It was just okay.I would recommend their dealers to be a little more friendly then they are. I just felt like some of the employees had such attitudes as if we were bothering them. That is not good for business.It was our first stay at the Resorts as it's location is great on the boardwalk. Their housekeeping was great. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Room service was good as well.

From the start all was fine!! the outside appearance of the hotel looks great, parking as well!! First bump and only bump, was during check in at the front desk!! The line was so long and the clerks took forever to handle people waiting!! we were on line for 37 minutes, trying to check in!! Other than the check in issue all was well!! the large rooms and hotel hallways are very clean!! thank you resort hotel and casino for a overall great experience

I arrived at the hotel with some trepidation of what my experience would be. Today I can say with total conviction, that this trip at the Resorts afforded me the ambiance of activities conducive of someone trying to ignite their relationship. The rooms were adequate, the restaurants were great, and the casinos was very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this Resorts hotel to anyone. My only desire would have been that the hotel would have been closer to the new outlets. We came back home and are trying to get a group together to come back in the near future.

Upon check-in, the desk did not have my reservation correct, which was for 2 nites. They said we only had one night, but I had called to confirm on our way there. After some argument, and time 20 minutes, she hesitantly gave us a room. They did not have the room I reserved,with a view, but gave us one in the new tower, which was absolutely beautiful, although no view at all, there fore worth the trouble. On our 2nd day, room service twice entered our room while we were still in there, certainly not prepared for that! If I wanted my room cleaned I would have put the sign up! After enjoying the sites, we were excited to go to the advertised Buffet for our dinner at 7 p.m. To our surprise it was closed. We had to go the the Breadsicks cafe, and were somewhat disappointed, in fact, my husband sent back his meal, which we weren't charged for. All in all for the $, its a good place to SLEEP.

We did not spend much time in the room. There were three of us in one room but we were only provided towels for two people both days. We did put in quite a bit of time in the casino. Our Resort cards were a pain to get the slots to accept and had to keep re-entering them. We were a little disappointed that the buffet was closed down for the three days we were there. We would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel was advertised as new, but once we checked in and went to our room, we soon discovered that there were only " new sections "in the hotel and we were in the old section.
The room was in much need of new paint and fix ups, which even though outdated/ older, could easily been more presentable in appearance. No coffee pot or blow dryer in our room either , which I was really surprised at. I thought even the lower class hotels had these in their rooms. One phone call and housekeeping brought up a blow dryer. We are used to staying at Mariott hotels, so am used to a better quality of room.
The staff at our casino were all very nice and courteous and acted very professional.
Overall, outside of being disappointed at the quality of room that we had everything was great. The staff, service and the casino was very nice.

I would stay at the Resorts again actually to see how the suites are because the regular rooms are okay but there are better like the Tropicana & Havana towers. I am actually a member there and they have spectacular rooms,suites. As well as Caesar's hotel but the service at resorts was great staff excellent.Me & my spouse had a very relaxing 3 nights. Only one complaint our toilet had a serious leak in rm#717 so we constantly had to clean up water every time we used the bathroom.
Out of all the hundreds of times I've been to AC this was my first time at the Resort hotel as well as casino.

I called before arriving and told hotel that our flight would be late and they said they would hold until midnight, we got there between 10:30 & 11pm and our room wasn't available. They gave us another room that we didn't care for and then moved us to the room we had originally asked for the next day.Everything was very inconvenient when you do your best to let them know what is going on and then the hotel doesn't follow through.
