Horrible, we will never stay at this hotel again. The interns said the room were updated and they were old and outdated. In the bathroom the mirror and sink were cracked. No blow dryer in the bathroom, which I didn't bring mine. Nail polish on the tub, old rippled table. The view was the worst. Each view was overlooking the ugly old roof. If we weren't so tired from the ride, we would have gone to another hotel. We were very disappointed and this visit was for a special occasion. We have been to several hotels in AC and this is by far the worst. We didn't even eat or gamble in it and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I realize that economic times are tough and everyone should be cutting back. The absence of people in your restaurants became evident to me when I compared the prices to the quality of food. SURELY you can make both more attractive!
Casino traffic was very light but I didn't notice table limits set to entice the minimal crowd. I can do better in my local casinos without having a 1000 mile drive to do it. Biloxi is closer and all around a better atmosphere.

The bath mat and the shower curtain were dirty. A tile was loose in the bathroom floor. One of the towels was dingy. There was a broken mirror in the bathroom. The ottoman had stains on it. The front desk person had a nasty attitude, when I called with a question. It was not courteous service. The refrigerator was extremely small for the room, It was one of little cube size with the minuscule freezers that you can't fit anything in.

The lobby and exterior of the Resorts hotel is deceiving. They have spent all of their money on the exterior and the rooms are in dire need of repair. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom has not been updated in at least 30 years. The hallways was dirty and there were cigarette butts ground into the floor. I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little extra money for a better place. I stayed here with two girl friends but everyone else was old and the hotel was cheesy.

The hotel is so badly in need of renovation that it's laughable. Perhaps the second, newer tower is in better shape, but the carpets, the plaster, the furniture -- everything in our rooms -- should have been thrown out or redone years ago. Resorts should be embarrassed to actually offer such shabby rooms to those it expects to gamble away money in their casino. Once bitten, twice shy, baby. I'll never stay there again. Even at the good rate we got, it was a rip off.

The phone was not working. They kept saying they will fix the phone and never did. I had to go to downstairs so many times to talk to the front desk. There were 2 women from valet parking in the front desk. There were not very friendly. I was not the only one complaining. No sign for do not disturb for the door. The tub had a big bubble. OMG the ceiling were so disgusting had alot of brown spots. My whole family were very disappointing. I was not happy at this hotel. I was looking forward this hotel, but I was not too happy about everything.

I found Resorts to be very old and it needs lots of updating. My room door was left open all day after it was cleaned in the morning. I wasn't too happy with that. The rugs, walls and doors all need replacing. The casino was average, but clean. Didn't like choice of restaurants and shops and disappointed there was no buffet breakfast. Valet parking was a great deal - only $5.00 for entire stay. Stayed at Resorts 4 years ago, but not sure I would stay here again.

This was a horror from the word GO! The first thing is that it took me 40 minutes just to check in. Then when I get to the front desk I asked them about the Show tickets I was suppose to receive and I was told that the show already ended.It started at 2 o'clock . What are you but you could not check in until 4pm. What are you suppose to do you can't check in so you can't receive the tickets. Then I was told that I could see the show the next day @ 7pm. That's no help because you have to check out by 12pm. You're suppose to sit around for another 6 hours and do what loose all your money I guess until you can go to see one show. Yeah Right! They did not offer me anything as compensation and I did ask and they said nothing they can do. Not even a coupon for breakfast. Unbelievable. The room was dingy and the bed was so hard I had to get up and sleep in the chair in the middle of the night because I could not endure the pain in my back. My new wife was in so much pain we had to just leave. This is not a place I would ever stay again!!

The Sports book was closed. The pool was closed. The buffet was closed. TV didn't work. The bathroom had rust on the ceiling. None of the above things were reported on the web. We had to go to another casino to eat and play. We have been to many casinos in Vegas and CT and have never had this problem. We have not been to Atlantic City in 10 years and do not plan to return. We will stay closer to home where we are treated better.

Well first one elevator was broken so you had to share one with 15 people; literally and the max it says if for 10 on the warning label. Which still didn't stop the prople from squeezing in. Then the bellhop was pissed because he only got a 5 dollar tip for wheeling our bags to the room like that's a hard job to do. should've taken it back. The room was small for 700. And if you want internet access it'll be 15 per day.And they only have like 5 drink servers on the floor with prob 50 tables so drinks took forever and a few times the girl forgot to bring the drinks. I don't even wanna go on...Hopefully they give me a free room since it was my birthday and all i heard from everyone else was why we chose to get a room here. And to top it off i only stayed because it was a hotel/casino but this review selected all of the selections. that's funny !

One side of the room (one wall) was dirty. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom even though there was supposed to be one. There was only one tiny soap to wash your hands and no body wash or second soap. There is no room service and you cannot take food up to your room from the restaurant downstairs. The line to check in was long and there was only one person checking the guests in. The casino was alright.

Perhaps because it was a smoking room but the room itself was old with stained furniture. Most of our time was spent in the casino so I didn't really notice things until we were ready to leave. We have stayed in Vegas smoking rooms and they were much nicer rooms. The bathroom was clean but without a "hair dryer" and almost all hotels I know come with a hair dryer.
Service was Ok but we received 3 different directions/information on the complimentary tickets for the show that was advertised for on the website. We did get to see the show and it was worth the hassle to follow up on the misdirection. One last item of note was that we found Atlantic City to be a bit more expensive then Vegas.

Room was dirty, had a lot of stains on the carpet and on the chairs, rust in the bathroom. Room was very small, not worth $175!!! Hotel lobby and casino were clean, staff was helpful. Had a little confusion as far as billing was concerned, but was cleared up quickly. We stayed at this hotel because they were sponsoring a concert at Boardwalk Hall. Next time, we will stay closer and at a newer hotel. I would not recommend Resorts.

I wasnt happy with my stay because the person that checked me in wasnt friendly,the people on the floor wasnt friendly,they looked like darn i have to be here..The window in my room made noise all night cause it was loose...Asked for a room when i reserved it and got the opposite...will be down for the races but will stay at another casino..and the house keepers was hooverin around the room waitin to clean it an askin if we was checkin out yet when i had pleanty of time left before i had to check out...
