We arrived at 3:30 pm and the room was a pig sty. The bed looked like there was a wrestling that had gone on. There was drink bottles everywhere with liquid in them, garbage can full, chips ground in the carpet, a pile of towels in the bathroom. We called down to speak to a supervisor about getting the situation corrected. we should not have even been given keys to a room that was not cleaned. We wanted a room with an ocean view like we had but the could not accommodate and then the maid service showed up 15 minutes later.

The Room was not clean, although it was a smoker's room, could not breath, tar on ceiling and furniture, felt like whole room was coated in tar had to have windows open entire time. Could not switch rooms. Windows in room overlooking ocean were stained and filthy.
The Hallway was not clean, could hear next door neighbors, decor was very tired.
Very unappealing overall.
The Valet was very attentive with quick service
Check in was slow with only one attendant

I stayed in the older building but the room was very large and comfortable. The only negative was there was not a hairdryer in the room which I would have expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The casino was about the same as all of the others in Atlantic City. The overall value was very good as the room cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Resorts to travelers on a budget and would definitely stay at Resorts in the future.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. The casino is a bit smaller than others, but it is still packed with slots and several areas of playing tables. There is only a mini fridge in the rooms of the Ocean Tower so be prepared! The pool is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but the beach is in easy walking distance. I hope to use the spa or salon during my next stay because both offered a variety of services that I should have taken advantage of.

We Loved it. Clean rooms, clean sheets. Mattress and pillows were hard which gave me a headache but that's just me. Resorts was a nice value and close to everything we went there for. Of all the casinos we visited on the Boardwalk this one was by far the cleanest. I won't talk badly about other casinos but I will say that some of them looked like the slot machines had not been cleaned in years. Gave me the willies.

Furniture, carpets and curtains were stained. The view out of my window was of the top of a roof with flood lights that came on at night. I find a bug on the curtain and one fell onto my bed while I was trying to sleep. Access to the room's thermostat was blocked by the armour which contains the tv and drawers. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. For the amount of money that I paid I was expecting something nicer.

We booked this hotel long time in advance, requesting a view to the beach, but we got a view... to the roof of the building. But we got a very large room with 2 bathrooms instead. For the price 87$ it was great. The staff offers excellent service. The Buffet restaurant was excellent for the price 15$, considering the offer everywhere else. The casino would need to be refreshed. On the strip there are so many other hotel, they should improve this section to retain customers in their hotel. I appreciated my stay and would recommend it to someone looking for a deal and not expecting the Grand Luxe. If you just want to be in Atlantic City, enjoy the beach, the boardwalk and all the activities offered, but still need to have a decent place to stay, The Resorts is the place to be.

The casino itself is nice, the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. BUT the rooms are absolutely gross. The carpets are out dated, dirty and nasty. The bathrooms in the rooms are something you would see in the 50's, its VERY small, doesnt have any counter space, no hair dryers, just very out dated. The rooms are plain, nothing to brag about but nothing compared to the bathrooms. The hall's have scrapes, marks, dirty carpet, walls even had drywall chips missing out of them. Just not up to todays standards.

This was our very first visit to Atlantic City, so we were a bit apprehensive, but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. We had booked the Resorts hotel mainly for the price. When we got there they upgraded us to the newer Rendevous Tower which was beautiful and very comfortable. The line up for check-in was very long, but it went pretty quickly. We found the staff to be very helpful and all in all, we really enjoyed our stay there. Would definetly go back there.

Me, my mom and my sister had an awesome time at your hotel. I like the tunnel from Resorts to the Taj it allowed me to travel very easily and safely from one to the other. I also came home with more money than I went with so I was extremely happy. I would recommend staying at your hotel to others because of the timely check in and the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a great deal for the three of us.

I enjoyed my stay at the Resorts. I thought the rooms were clean and big. I liked the casino floor also. It was close to the other casinos. I also like being right on the boardwalk. I will stay here next time I go down. Parking was also cheap. I went down for the casinos so I didn't get to check many things out but I believe there is also a theater, pool, and ballroom. A nice place to stay at.

I really enjoyed my stay at Resorts. I do have some concerns that need to be addressed with the service. On the second day, we left our room for about two hours and when we returned our room was not ready. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hour before our room was ready. This was in the afternoon about 1:30. Also there were no shower caps in the bathroom; only two trash cans in the room; and not enough soap. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay. I hope these concerns will be addressed.

The hotel was nice and clean a bit dated though. But it was good for a moderately priced hotel. It will be recommended to others to use for vacation plans. Cannot rate it on many of the amenities because only the room itself and the casino were used. Room service was not used because it was considered to be highly over priced. The store with the clothes and jewelry was a very nice store and reasonably priced. But the store with snacks and sundries was highly overpriced and will not be recommended. overall the stay was quite pleasurable.

This was excellent choice as accommodation. It's centrally located and everything nearby. The boardwalk was just outside of the frontdoor, which made it easy to stroll through the shops at the boardwalk, and also accessing other casinos was made very easy. Unfortunately we were there during a weekday in June, and there were not any shows going on. We also felt that the hotel was missing nice relaxing restaurant (there were some options available though). Overall, very nice place.

We had a blast that the hotel. It was a great location. the only thing that was a little old fashion was the bathrooms in our room. The shower head was rusty and the water got all over the floor when showering. Other than that our stay was very pleasurable. The people were all very nice and very helpful and the rest of the hotel was very clean and updated. It was not expensive for us to park our car which is always a plus. I would definitely stay again.
